I am unhappy with when I did one big lump sum deposit that they are unable to tell me if my balance in my account will cover the rest of my debt I owe and keep taking out my monthly payments. Well I just started the program and so far it has been one problem after another. They had the wrong account number on file. They tried to get a payment from my account before the date that I agreed to. One of the accounts still took the ACH from my account even though I provided them with the documentation that Freedom Debt told me to do. I am just really concerned at this time.

Erica was awesome!! However my welcome call was really stale. He didn't have any personality and he was very pushy when asking to go over my accounts. He kept pushing to let him add them. I'm assuming he gets some sort of commission or something if they get entered. But other than that, everything was great.

Only one credit card debt left to resolve out of 8. I am pleased to be resolving my credit card debt. It’s hard making ends meet with the monthly deposit for ending the debt but a huge relief ending it.

I like the service but they have been holding the funds which they have more than enough money and hasn't pay the last account. I should of graduated by September and is February 2020 and it still hasn't been paid. I am a little frustrated by this.
