There are many extra hidden fees that were not disclosed to us that prevent us from actually making quick progress to pay off our debt. The fees get taken before the credit account is paid. We were never told that we needed to report the savings on negotiated accounts as income on our taxes!! We still receive calls from creditors-and have had accounts where legal action has been taken against us. Terrible debt relief-it’s not helpful at all. This is just a different way to pay off all credit accounts but there is no benefit at all. We are paying more than we would have if we just paid our credit bills.

Every time I call I learn more and more about how the program works. When you start the program all you want to do is just pay off your bills, you don't worry about the details. At this particular moment I am not happy with this debt relief company. I have said I am in desperate need of a loan to take care of a highly personal matter, and yet negative remark still remain on my credit report. I understand things may take time but I was told that I can start applying within the first week of accepting the services of this debt relief company. I was told that I can apply for loans but the case is I have not been successful so far and my need for this loan has Ben very much in need. I only hope that the company could please hurry up and remove the negative remarks on my account so that I can be approved properly, with immediate attention. Thank you

Receive a package that goes over everything also for you to fall back on. They give you all the contact information and things to do. So far I would say pretty good. They have been a great help in making our decisions to go with them, they have been doing their job as stated. Only thing I don't like is it is hard to get ahold of them on a timely manner and if you pay for the lawyers, the lawyers don't negotiate your costs down.

its a good program but really need to be more open about the program whwn enrolling. i have been in this for over 1 yr and just finding out new things about it. like i enrolled in this for 3yrs and just found out it may go longer then that and that any amount that is wrote off you have to claim as taxable income if its over $600 this info was not given to me in the beginning. that is very upsetting.

It was very easy to talk to them. Everything was explained to me in ways where it was best for me to receive help rather then a personal loan which would make it even harder for me to get out of debt.

Overall I've been satisfied with the progress and would recommend to others for credit debt relief. A few of the accounts were negotiated for payments over a long period (up to 2 years) with low monthly installments. My preference would be to pay the smaller amounts quickly to show paid sooner. Other than that, I've been pleased with the results.
