Freedom debt relief has been pretty good, they have gone over various aspects and they answer any questions you have. The only downside is that they don’t need really explain the different phases of your debt setttlement and such.

I feel like i wasn’t given the truth about how freedom gets paid. I was told it was based on how much we saved. I just accepted a settlement that was 75% of the balance., saving $700 (most of that 700 was fees assesed during the chargeoff process) freedoms fee was over $400. That seems wrong to me. We literally saved nothing... please call me to explain your fees in detail again.

They are getting us out from under our credit cards. By taking over the negoteations with our creditors, they lowered our monthly payments and will have us out of debt to these cards in 4 years! Initially, I was told my situation would stabilize, on the contrary it became much worse. I kept being harassed by creditors.
