I find it amazing I received a request to review your company this just confirms how inept you are! Where is your disconnect? After 16 months you have put us in a worse situation than when we began! After hours of explaining and rexplaining to your staff I have caught you in numerous lies and you still have no solution. In the mean time all the payments were for not! Over $8,000.00 down the drain and you have no answers except “we will get back to you”! DO NOT ... I REPEATE DO NOT USE FDR !

I've had a terrible experience with this company, all due to the individual who I signed up with. If you sign up and they tell you they will take care of all of your accounts right away and that your credit score will only drop around 30 points, you are 100% being lied to. The man, as a representative of FDR, went so far as to say that the paperwork says this and this and this person will tell you this, but promised that was not the case for me. He lied.

Actual service was not to bad, I agreed to use their sister company consolplus. It all sounded good upfront but the initial fees and what ended up being my total were way off than what was told. I truly saved nothing and have a 16k d but with 22% interest. WHAT A JOKE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CONSOLPLUS. It’s a bunch of crap. Please read their FDIC report and how they are having to settle things. I have filed a complaint on them with the outcome still pending. I went from $449 a month for 48 months to $449 for 64 at 22%.
