I enrolled in Jan. 2018 with 4 accounts. As of August, only one account has been settled, originally $1350 settled for $850, unfortunately FDR charged more than $300 in fees to settle this minimal account.

Very confusing. We can help you get out of debt BUT... you don't get a loan, your creditors are STILL pissed off, it's going to take years, blah, blah, blah. It's been over a month, nothing has happened, nothing has changed, I am STILL getting nasty phone calls and I don't see where this is going.

My teacher's retirement is 2117.89 per month. I pay you 862.00. I took Schools first off the settle list because it is tied into my Teacher's retirement. You settled a claim but my amount for the next four months is 340.00. In addition I have a charge to BA of 310.00 per month, Chase 100.00 per month, SFFCU 100.00 per month, health insurance 350.00 per month. You add it up. What do you expect me to live on?

I find it amazing I received a request to review your company this just confirms how inept you are! Where is your disconnect? After 16 months you have put us in a worse situation than when we began! After hours of explaining and rexplaining to your staff I have caught you in numerous lies and you still have no solution. In the mean time all the payments were for not! Over $8,000.00 down the drain and you have no answers except “we will get back to you”! DO NOT ... I REPEATE DO NOT USE FDR !
