I'm getting calls from Debt collection agencies stating that FDR didn't complete the agreement, therefore I have to pay the left balance

We're very sorry that you're still receiving collection calls. When a client is completed from Freedom Debt Relief we make sure that all accounts have been paid off before completing the client. It's a process we go through to make sure that the creditor receives the payments on those settlements. If the creditor doesn't clear out the payments then we cannot update the account to resolved until we know the creditor cleared the payments and we have proof of each payment we sent out to the creditors!
