Signed up and gave the agent a specific date to withdraw my account and the withdrawal was made three days prior to the specified date. The way this company works causes creditors to come after me and I'm not comfortable with the process as I am already seeing damage to my credit report. When I asked to cancel stating that I don't want to waste any more time speaking to anyone, all I get are phone calls while I'm working. I just want my first deposit back and to cancel my service.

The sales team sold me on the premise that all debts would be settled for 48% of the ORIGINAL DEBT on average. That is very much not the case and the dashboard indicates that the debt amount "enrolled" is the amount at the time of enrollment. However when a settlement is reached it is reported as a settlement of whatever amount against the "current balance" which has been impacted by fees. The settlement amount should be reflected against the enrolled balance. This program has been very disappointing.

Overall a good experience...only downfall is that they initially advise against taking out a consolidation loan only to offer this in the end with a higher rate than many of our credit cards.
