At first I was a bit on the fence about using this type of company to assist me with my financial issues. When I called them there was a wait of 5 people ahead of me it went very fast, I was speaking to a rep in less than 7 minutes. I had spoke to a rep named Destiny and she was wonderful. First waited almost an hour thinking this is not a company that say they can help but not. It is too soon to tell which from start to now 5 months not much of concern and help. For each month I called or they called and I talk to them and I told him about one of the bills was wrong. No one corrected it no one even bothered to letting me know a few other things in the correct way. Well this month doing my monthly call. Today’s agent she was very very much excellent. She listened to me very well as what was not done and what I didn’t have in the right way. Any way she was so helpful and showed the concern of an agent. Knowing how to explained things better corrected few things. As well as other helpful things that I needed. She is a 💯 percent top agent that show her kind of work related. It’s only 5 months to soon to rate company but today was was a concerned. Thank you for assisting me even for making me laugh smile with few tears of faith.

She provided me with complete knowledge and understanding as to what my issue was and then worked expeditiously to meet a due date before action was taken. I had what I thought was a simple issue to resolve-to add an eligible creditor to my account that the first person I spoke with at Alleviate said they would enter and the debt was eligible and to just email a copy of the latest statement-which Idid immediately. So a week later, the creditor was not added, I called the original person back, and they said to contact my newly assigned account manager. I spoke with her, she said to upload it or email to the help email. I received correspondence several times advising the debt was not eligible. I could not accept that, as one credit card from the same finance company creditor was accepted, so why not this one? I was provided all kinds of non-sensible ideas on why the creditor was not added-none of it made sense. I called again and got Gary. He UNDERSTOOD immediately and was very professional, knowledgable, and kind. Gary got the credit card account added with no problem. Give this man a raise!

A nightmare from the Beginning Until the End.I was able to pay my entire loan in full Before all negotiations started and Alleviate kept negotiating with my creditors in monthly payments even years instead of one lump sum as I they had all the money they needed in my account with them.This error never got fixed even with the assistance of a supervisor named Linda Luna.i always got inconsistent info about my account from different workers and always had to call them.Alleviate even sent me an email threatening to cancel me for non communication and when i called crying they said that email was a mistake on their part.I actually cried a few times to them asking them to not take more money out of my bank account to their constant mistakes.After a very aggravating graduation I mabe saved 1500 after having to pay taxes on the discharged debts.I should have negotiated with my creditors and the debt companies myself.I cannot recommend this company to anyone!!

A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! was able to pay my loan off BEFORE ALL NEGOTIATIONS WITH CREDITORS BEGAN & Alleviate kept negotiating in payments instead of 1 lump sum each time costing me poorer deals.Even with a supervisors assistance this issue NEVER got fixed.I was in tears as Alleviate workers kept telling me payments would keep coming out of my account as i explained to them I WAS PAID IN FULL! EACH TIME!. very poor communication on their part.Always a different story from different workers. Alleviate even sent me an email saying they were going to cancel me for non-communication.AGAIN CRYING, I CALLED THEM and they said that email was sent by mistake. I CANNOT RECOMMEND ALLEVIATE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS TO ANYONE.
