After reviewing your account, we found that you completed the mandatory quality assurance call that all our clients must take before enrollment to ensure a basic understanding of our program. During this call, we provide crucial information about our program, including its inner workings and how your credit score may be impacted.

Regarding your concerns about fees, we would like to clarify that according to your signed contractual agreement, a service fee of 25% applies to each settled account. It’s important to note that this fee is not charged upfront and only applies when we have performed and obtained a settlement for you.

From your enrollment in June to your cancellation, our team successfully obtained a settlement for you at a fantastic rate of 45% and sent the creditor 5 out of 12 settlement payments. We applied our service fee because we obtained a settlement for you.

We apologize for your negative experience and want to address your concerns further. Please expect our call soon.

I regret getting in to this program with Alliviate, I was told in the beginnig that after 6 or 7 months I can get a finance to pay off my accounts and then they told me that I dont qualify....of course after 7 months of not paying the creditors my score went down so how can I qualify?

We do offer a loan option through our partnered lenders for clients who live in fundable states. After 6 consecutive monthly payments, you are eligible to apply for the loan.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when things don't go as planned, especially when it comes to finances. However, you can always re-apply in the future, and our finance team will reach out to you again when you become eligible.

It's important to note that our lenders have their own qualifications for loan approval, and credit isn't the only determining factor. They also take into consideration your debt-to-income ratio, income, and on-time payments outside of the program.
