My experience have been a total joke. I I have made every payment on time for the last 2 years and could not get anyone to call me back. At least a dozen times called to close my account as I only have one payment left. Took over a month, still no one has called me back. And they told me 4 times that someone would call me back and not one time did they. I will never ever do business with this company again and I highly recommend you don't either!! BEWARE! They do not return calls.
