Representative was thorough, but did not come across as being completely prepared. I would appreciate being contacted by representatives who do not have to talk to someone with authority or get permission from someone else to do something. This is always extremely frustrating. I am told by the representative that they will call me back, but I do not receive the phone call until the next day at the earliest. Overall, I have not been impressed with Alleviate or it’s representatives.

The customer service was good. The issue is I have a Summons to Court claim against me that I thought was resolved and settled out to prevent me from this action. Its also on my credit report which is causing some major credit concerns at this moment. Please help me as you said it was the right thing to do for my credit. Respectfully, Mike
