I was so worried and frustrated because I lost my job and became disabled. I tried to keep my payments on time out of my savings until there was enough either for food or one more payment. Income from disability ? not enough. I came across this add and out of curiosity and I responded. soon enough there was an incoming call I was reluctant to answer thinking it will be a wasting time but I answered at the last ring. OMG found out there was HELP so, even if it seem to be to good to be truth. Out of many programs they walked me thru the one best for me. Brad G. is my representative and he is very helpful and friendly. He really knows his business! He talks a little fast for my older self to register everything but he's good about going back over the things I did not catch or understand. I have been having issues with payments due to high bills and recently having eye surgery twice and having unusual medical bills plus missing work and not getting paid. This program, I'm sure will somewhat hurt my credit but in the long run, I will get these creditors paid off in as little as 4 years so this program is a financial savior for me. AND having someone like Brad to explain the program, since he knows it so well, has made the process even easier.

Finding oneself in a desperate financial position and not knowing for certain what is the best way to resolve same, it is a huge relief to find someone that can sympathize with your situation, express genuine concern, and thoroughly explain the various options to be considered. I feel very fortunate that Mark T. was the account executive who assisted me with my enrollment in this program. Not only was he very professional, but also very knowledgeable with regard to all of the facets of this process, which provided me with the assurance that I needed. I clearly understood that despite some of the initial setbacks, in the long run we will work together to reach a mutual resolve with regard to my financial obligations and I can look forward to experiencing peace of mind when it is all said and done. Mr. N was knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring, accommodating, honest and succinct in his delivery of the information regarding debt resolution and credit counseling. He was extremely polite and even waited while I picked up kids from school to complete enrollment. When I called, he was available and that is very important. I feel comfortable with my decision about debt resolution because he clearly stated the positive and negative outcomes that may or may not occur as a result of this venture. I am well informed and relieved that I am working on a debt solution with someone who is an advocate for me.

She addressed EVERY question I had with an easy answer and was EXTREMELY helpful & made my stressful situation a more pleasant one. When I spoke to the welcome part of the company to get my information verified Eric was also very comforting answered all my questions clarified other questions that came up & made sure I was comfortable with my decision to start the program and I had all my questions answered and understood everything and how the company works. Brandon, Knew from the start what a mess I am in and went over all the options. He was able to do a debt consolidation with no interest reducing the total amount owed to the creditors and Lessing the time it would take to repay. After my husband got sick and had to retire with a very low pension things got really tight, but I continued to try and make the bills. Then when my 97 ford escort broke down things really got out of control. Brandon was so understanding and realized I wanted to pay my debt and that bankruptcy was not what I wanted. I received and email about my large credit debt. It said it could help me lower my credit debt, so I called. It was the best call I made, and I actually felt a weight lifted off my shoulders when the contract was signed. I did not feel like their was any hidden agenda, they thoroughly went over the entire contract. The language was easy to understand, and as a consumer you are backed by the AFCC, which is a big deal because they work to protect you while working with Accredited Debt Relief agency in ensuring fair practices. I was not at the point that I was late on my payments, but I was drowning in my debt because of the interest rates, which made it an uphill battle that I just could not alleviate on my own. This is now not an issue, and financially I am in a better place.

Coming to a realization that you're about to be swallowed up by a huge wave of debt is frightening enough. Accepting that you know you have to ask for help is even more scary, and really hard to do. My interaction with Robert was stellar. Going through financial difficulties is hard enough, and I have hesitated to make the call for fear of being talked down to or embarrrassed. Robert walked me through every step involved and spoke to me like a human being. He showed compassion and did not make me feel any less of a person by being in my situation. He was reassuring and made sure I understood all facets of the program. I knew what to expect, when it was coming, what I needed to do, and how to proceed. He was patient when we were putting together the accounts involved and took the paperwork to the approval department as many times as it took to ensure 100% accuracy. I have often felt in an untenable position, and that there is no hope. Robert helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel was no longer a train. Having a projected end date and manageable payment plan lifted a weight off my shoulders that was becoming increasingly unbearable. I coiuld not have asked for a better representative to speak to, and I look forward to my interactions with Robert in the future.

It was excellent until I seen a automatic withdrawn from my cking acct by your Company for $201 on 2/5/20, which that not agreed upon.I called and talked with a Customer Service Representative on 1/28/20, and told her not to start my Program until 3/1/20 and she agreed with my plan. The reason I didn't need a withdrawal of $201 from you all yet and to start 3/1/20, was because I was involved in a auto accident on 11/5/19 with me not at fault in a head-on collision, and my car was totaled. Well, I had full coverage my car and my Ins.Co, settled with a $4000 pay out to me for my car's worth. The only problem was that they paid the Loan Co. the settlement money to obtain the Title of my car, that I had my car as collateral. I'm 66 years old and have been walking two of the last three months, and I was going to use the money I had my as a down payment on another vehicle. Well your withdrawal of $201 put a stop to the down payment I was going use, even after the agreement I had with your Customer Service to start withdrawal on 3/1/20. Believe me, I'm not pleased with what happened. Possibly rethinking wheter to continue using your Company, as my Debt Relief Representative. I don't appreciate being mislead of our Agreement, and causing me to walk for another month. See Sir, I live on a fixed income and can't afford mishaps like this.
