They email and call me, just to see if there's anything that they could do for me. I actually have an on-board message that I can go and see what kind of progress they've made, so I'm happy with it. The last consultant I spoke to was very nice. He advised me on what to do, and he did it in a very good way. I guess they can quote different prices within the same company, because another representative had given me a higher price. Anyway, he gave me all the paperwork, and he read all the rights and responsibilities. He was just on spot; I really liked him. When you're under a lot of pressure, everything is easier if someone else handles your debt. It's good to have it all controlled in one place.

This is my first time in a position like this as far as being in debt to where I do not see a way out. Thinking I was doing the right thing, balance transfers on credit cards, taking out loans, I kept making matters worse!! Joe really help and kept me calm and was very reassuring that we can make things better. I would like not only Jensen to know but also his senior staff members that the only reason I didn't hang up the phone when I found out I couldn't get a loan was because of him! He was relatable, I trusted him to at least listen and by the end of it I placed my future in his and your company's hands.
