Gabriella was a blessing and a joy. I can't fault her for anything. Professional, kind and honest. If debt relief is the best option for you she is someone you will want to work with. The whole process of dealing with overwhelming debt is stressful. She was able to talk me off of many cliffs and I appreciate her.

The whole process was, considering the situation , pleasant. Mrs. Wells explained all my options. I eventually chose a plan for me that meets my budget. I'm very pleased wolith my decision to choose accredited over the other 2 that I was looking at.

I spoke with Jackie who was so nice and sweet. She made the whole process easy. I truly feel like she did everything she could to help me. She went over my entire monthly budget, which was extremely eye opening, but in the end she helped me find a better payment and helped me save tons of money. I had a very bad experience with another company and a second experience that was potentially going to be bad. Then I called Accredited and spoke with Nathan. He will never know how much I appreciate him and his understanding. I'm not far into the program, but I have a good feeling about this program and Nathan. For the first time in months, I believe my situation might actually get better.

Great Customer Service!! The agent I spoke with was very friendly, understanding, and empathic to my financial situation. I cannot say enough good things about Accredited Debt Relief. The representative I spoke with was very professional and compassionate at the same time. He explained the program in detail in a way that was easy to understand. I was never made to feel belittled or humiliated by the financial situation I found myself in. He was very understanding. Overall, I feel very blessed to have found this company. They have been a Godsend! I feel genuinely valued as a client!

Nicole and the Team was Great! Very Professional and was able to answer all of our questions. Nicole was the best, we have never worked with anyone (other companies) that was so dedicated and responsive and intelligent as she is. Nicole worked with us for several hours on the phone with no breaks . Again, Nicole was able to walk us through the process and answered all of our questions that we had and made sure we understood her answeres to our questions before we move forward in the process.

Very scared taken on this big leap in working with this company, Cassar had made it clear in in good hands I’m a very over thinker alway thinking of the worse out come to every situation that comes along he has took the time to go into detail with me and how it will save me from going to court and also garnishing from this I pray I had made the right decision.

From our first call, Aaron was professional, compassionate & incredibility knowledgeable. I felt like I was drowning in past debt & beginning to think there was no way out, but Aaron assured me that help was on the way by consolidating everything into manageable bi-weekly payments. Thank you so much ❤️ ccredited Debt Relief and Five Lakes Law Group are both amazing, I started with a Devante Hill as my 1st rep, however He did not call me the next day at 6pm and I was sending him what he needed cia his email but never heard back and I called back got Benjamin Scalzi and he was so amazing, patient, friendly, super professional he explained every part of the process and he Finished it, He gave me my monthly payment amount & $490.00. Per month payout for 55 months for $37500 in total bills. Wow!! I recommend this company to anyone looking to payoff your bills in a safe manner and paying them just in one payment total.The payments do get taken out biweekly instead of monthly I was paying on my own $824.00 per month and one of my bills was for a 12 year term I paid it out for 1st year only $900 went to principal and $2500 went to the interest. So needless to say I'm super happy with the new payout. They are professional and have their own app, so you can see where you are with your money, no prepayment penalty, so you can pay more at any moment in time.

Kyle from accredited was extremely helpful in helping me to begin the process of becoming debt-free! He was easy to talk with, very clear about the benefits of choosing to consolidate my debt. We went over the bills for consolidation, and he walked me through the process, and answered all of my questions along the way. He was genuinely concerned and explained how the process works via the use of Five Lakes and gave me an exact amount for my monthly payment. In the end, he was able to show me that I can save over $10,000 within the next two years, and become debt-free. I could not be more satisfied with this process and the use of an escrow account throughout the process. I’m truly grateful for all the help and support that I’ve received and I look forward to becoming debt-free in 2027!

So far I can’t complain with the professionalism of the customer service who has assisted me so far. They helped find my problem areas with the amount of debt I had accrued over the years and set up a program that would help me pay off the debt in 55 months instead of 42 years. The savings alone will help me be able to breathe again. So I am looking forward to seeing how the program progresses.

Very good experience and very helpful I would recommend Accredited to any one that having a problem with there debt. I am going through breast cancer and I got behind in my bills I always paid my bill on time but when I got cancer I lost my job and had to get on social security that was my only income I had used up all my saving to pay my mortgage so I went online and saw Accredited Debt . I glad I applied because it give a a piece of mind

My experiece with Accredited has been fantastic. They were able to work with my crazy scheudle and able to do pretty much everything via email. The process was simple and easy to understand. Someone is always available to answer questions and they follow up to make sure everything is going well. Accredited's customer service is by far some of the best I've ever dealt with.

They're very informative and knowledgeable. I had researched a lot of different companies, and Accredited Debt Relief seemed to be on the top tax bureau. They've emailed me on regular basis, and I also have a dashboard to check the progress of the debt that we had, what they were negotiating and that is very informative. I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking to consolidate or get out of debt.

They email and call me, just to see if there's anything that they could do for me. I actually have an on-board message that I can go and see what kind of progress they've made, so I'm happy with it. The last consultant I spoke to was very nice. He advised me on what to do, and he did it in a very good way. I guess they can quote different prices within the same company, because another representative had given me a higher price. Anyway, he gave me all the paperwork, and he read all the rights and responsibilities. He was just on spot; I really liked him. When you're under a lot of pressure, everything is easier if someone else handles your debt. It's good to have it all controlled in one place.

Anna explained everything to me and I was able to ask questions. She made me feel like I am not alone in this.

I haven't started to receive documents showing my debt solution plan yet. I need to forward them onto my Federal FIDUCIARY REP, Mrs Donna G. who has the Federal Power of Attorney to pay out funds for my financial obligation's.

Joel C. made the experience less scary! I would look at this program every now and then but I’d never pick up the phone, he reached out via email and once I saw he was a real person it helped me open up to getting started.
