I was a little scared because working in a bank with credit cards I here about scams that people fall victim to when they are desperate about their financial situation. Accredited Debt Relief's underwriting team could have easily given me a loan at an interest rate that would have kept me buried and burdened in the debt that I was already carrying, while making a hefty profit. Instead they came up with a solution to help climb out of the debt pit I had fallen into.

My experience with Accredited Debt Relief has been pleasant and informative. Geoff P. has done an exceptional job presenting the program information clearly and personably which is more important to me than all the benefits you offer.
I don't know why personably was underlined red but I suggest someone google it as it is spelled right.
Anyway, for all the docusigning there was, I think Geoff and I would agree by just a handshake!
Normally on something like this I would be more confused than clear. Maybe I'm getting smarter in my old age, ha ha!

I just can't give enough praise to your Rep Daniel R. I was a literal pain in the butt, however, he was great to talk to and answered my million and one questions to my satisfaction. We spent quite a bit of time on the phone, and I called him repeatedly after all was done with changes and additional accounts to add. He was always gracious and handled every contact professionally and expertly. If he were my employee I'd give him a substancial raise (hint, hint).

Bill L explained in detail exactly what would happen and what the amount that I would be responsible for each month. He also explained that I was not to tell any company/provider that I would be sending any payments from this date on the accounts that will be handled by your company. Bill was very nice about answering my questions or repeating something that he had said. I feel very comfortable with this type of bills that you will be handling and paying off.

Jonathan was great and explained everything so thoroughly and just made me feel safe and comfortable. He assured me everything would be OK and that I would see results fairly quickly and my credit would improve and he would be in touch with me and be my coach every couple of weeks or monthly or whenever I needed him I could call him directly and he would be there for me!

We are so grateful for this opportunity to live dept free. Is unbelievable how easy this process was. We have been trying on our own to pay of our dept, but the balance stayed almost the same. I was greatly impressed with the information that I was able to acquire concerning my debts and how I can relieve myself of them. At this stage in my life I'm wondering how I got here and your employee's were understanding and knowledgeable about how I can be rescued and still have my pride. Andie was very impressionable and gave me every opportunity to ask questions and made it clear that she would be there to help me through the murkey waters. I liked the guarntee/ warrenty and the fact that I did not need to come up with money up front. So many times I have had to turn down help because of money up front stipulations. Your service sounds fair and the load is left to me to make the deposits into the account for the creditors to draw from. That will put me back on the right track to success. Thanks for the help.

The email ad was very good, it inspired me to try this program. I had contacted another supposed debt reduction agency several years ago, and it did not live up to what was advertised. I am excited about the prospect of paying down my debt in a fraction of the time!

David has been really helpful from the very beginning. We approached this process with a certain level of skepticism and loads of questions. He patiently answered all of our concerns and even gave us a historical background to understand where programs like these come from and why they are able to do what hey do. He has been very sharp with scheduled calls and it doesn't hurt that their rates are fair.

Ryan was very helpful in getting me to start this program. He was patience, understanding to my needs, walked me through the process, very knowledgeable of the program. He work with me and gave me aa better understanding of how the process work. He told me that other would be calling me, and I figure that they would wait several week but the law group contacted me right away. As an overall person, Ryan T, if I had to rate him on a scale of 1-10, Ryan deserves a 100. Great guy, need more like him.

I was directed to them from their excellent client reviews. This was a challenging decision, and Andie made it easy. The factors that swayed me from my original choice (Freedom Debt Relief) were 1) Lower monthly deposit amount, and 2) the tie breaker for me - advising me to update my address and telephone number on all my credit cards with their address and telephone number they would provide, ( which they emailed immediately) so to redirect all collection calls and mail to them, and I found out later, they actually co-partner with Freedom Debt Relief. I liked that they said good things about them! The whole process was done on the phone and my computer. You need time!! I am excited to enjoy my $550/mo raise and having the opportunity to see a debt free horizon in the near future.

Matthew was very helpful throughout this whole process with me in trying to resolve my debt.
He worked with me on my schedule which was not easy due to I work a lot of hours and am not available to a phone. He answered all my questions and made me feel extremely secure in going this right. This was not something anyone wants to have to deal with but with Matthew he helped m feel this would be the best option for me in the long run. The service this product offers should be able to deliver the debt free result I've been attempting on my own, but unable to acquire. If this program does as proclaimed, this is exactly what I'm looking for and will give me back some freedom and confidence about my future finances. I was very pleased with how the whole process went. I had pretty negative feedback from a friend that went through a similar program (different company) so I stepped into this process very guarded. I was very impressed with how Ryan treated me. I really like the fact that I will have him as my contact person through the entire program. I like the fact that I have control over my account and final say on the debt settlement offers. I really like that no fees are paid until the settlements are made. All around, I am VERY pleased with how well things went. I feel a huge sense of relief. I feel like I can breathe again.
