Dominic was very friendly and easy to talk to. He made making a really tough decision much easier. I have NEVER, not paid my bills. I’ve never even defaulted on an obligation. Not that I haven’t struggled, but here at the final years of my life I found myself completely overwhelmed when my debt grew out of control while I was helping my child. I don't know why personably was underlined red but I suggest someone google it as it is spelled right. Anyway, for all the docusigning there was, I think Geoff and I would agree by just a handshake! Normally on something like this I would be more confused than clear. Maybe I'm getting smarter in my old age, ha ha! Thank you Geoff.

I just can't give enough praise to your Rep Daniel R. I was a literal pain in the butt, however, he was great to talk to and answered my million and one questions to my satisfaction. We spent quite a bit of time on the phone, and I called him repeatedly after all was done with changes and additional accounts to add. He was always gracious and handled every contact professionally and expertly. If he were my employee I'd give him a substancial raise (hint, hint).

Bill L explained in detail exactly what would happen and what the amount that I would be responsible for each month. He also explained that I was not to tell any company/provider that I would be sending any payments from this date on the accounts that will be handled by your company. Bill was very nice about answering my questions or repeating something that he had said. I feel very comfortable with this type of bills that you will be handling and paying off.
