Misty was absolutely amazing. I originally went with another company. Was just doing some research and wanted to compare with another company not realizing they would reach out. When Misty called, everything changed. She answered questions for me and did not talk badly about the other company. I really didn't have time to talk and Misty agreed to call me back on Thursday after my doctor's appointment which got delayed and I missed her call. Thank God she sent me an email so I sent her a message and she called me on Thursday. It was such a pleasure and a mental relief to talk to her and set everything up with her. She walked me through everything and answered every question I had. When I called the other company to cancel with them they gave me doubt again but the next day when Misty called to check that everything went ok I was confident again with my decision to switch. Misty and the other's have been amazing. Before I spoke with Misty I thought I made the worst decision of my life and there was no way out. I was crying myself to sleep and would wake up sick. I have only been involved for a couple weeks. However at the beginning, the person I talked to ,Kristin, made me feel very comfortable in moving forward with the relief process. At this point, I have not received any calls and I am technically only behind in one or two of the payments. First I want to say how lucky I was to have found Accredited Debt Relief. I was struggling with credit card debt, always paying on time, but never seeing any amount go down. The Agent, Joey, was so sincere and honest and provided the information I needed. I was previously enrolled with Accredited and abruptly cancelled to enroll with another debt relief company, Resync. Their agent called me and stated she wanted to help me immediately, as Accredited was facing a serious law suit and hundreds of clients were filing complaints. She shared on-line information regarding the complaints and said she would get me out of my enrollment and enroll me with Resync. I was scared to death so I changed. I found out I had been greatly misled so I reached out to Accredited for help. Joey was patient and so understanding of my situation and immediately started working with me to re-enroll me in your program.

I only started the process. So far everyone has been helpful . I have a ton of questions. Its the unknown and I don't yet if this will be the right option . I have found myself in a situation I've never been . Trying this and I felt confident enough with this company after my research. As far as fees go , they all seem about the same and you have to understand these people don't work for free. Pay it here or there . When your back is against the wall it can be a bit of peace. I know someone else doing it . Just gotta learn from it with the tools they are giving you. No one wants to be in this situation .

Justin did an excellent job of communicating and discussing my financial situation with care and concern. He was much more thorough than a competing company’s representative that I spoke with, helping with my understanding of factors impacting my credit. While I ended up finding a different solution to handle my debt (a 401k loan) I would recommend Justin to anyone considering this type of service. When I called back to cancel, I immediately received an email as verification, which is more than I can say for their competitor (who I have to call a second time now to ask for proof of cancellation).

I just started the program and don't have a complete overall feel of everything yet, but the one thing that I can say this early on is thank you to Bridget A. (my debt specialist). When I made the initial call I felt like a deer in the headlights and was really embarrassed but Bridget made me feel at ease with everything. The anxiety and worry over my credit card debt is subsiding and that wouldn't have happened if I didn't make that first initial call. To have to worry daily about making so many credit card payments was too much to deal with. I am sure there are others that feel like juggling all these credit cards was like a 2nd job trying to keep it altogether. The only regret I have is that I didn't call earlier. I will definitely leave more reviews as I get further adjusted to the program. But for now, take my advice, make the call to Accredited and you will be living a less stressful life. I had actually planned to work an additional three years which would have allowed me to get my debt under control before retiring. Unfortunately, as much as I don't think I'm old, i somehow fractured some endplates on some vertebrae. I will be getting it fixed, but think it's in my best interest to retire at 65 vs 68. I had a very tough time deciding if I really wanted to go through with this process because it is such a personal life decision. I also don't trust easily, especially with so much fraud/scams out there, so I was very nervous when I called Accredited to look into this. My first contact was my Consolidation Specialist, Moe Saad, and I have to say, I gave this guy a lot of skepticism and doubt throughout the call, but he remained understanding, patient and kind the entire way. He talked me through every step of the process, remaining calm and empathetic to my concerns, and he made me feel comfortable the whole way through, not at all like the "used car salesman" I tend to expect from companies just wanting to "make the sale". So far I can’t complain with the professionalism of the customer service who has assisted me so far. They helped find my problem areas with the amount of debt I had accrued over the years and set up a program that would help me pay off the debt in 55 months instead of 42 years. The savings alone will help me be able to breathe again. So I am looking forward to seeing how the program progresses.

Very good experience and very helpful I would recommend Accredited to any one that having a problem with there debt. I am going through breast cancer and I got behind in my bills I always paid my bill on time but when I got cancer I lost my job and had to get on social security that was my only income I had used up all my saving to pay my mortgage so I went online and saw Accredited Debt . I glad I applied because it give a a piece of mind
