This is my first time in a position like this as far as being in debt to where I do not see a way out. Thinking I was doing the right thing, balance transfers on credit cards, taking out loans, I kept making matters worse!! Joe really help and kept me calm and was very reassuring that we can make things better. AMAZING!!!! 4 out of 5 stars is only because this is my first time and just getting started, need to see the plan actually start to work.

I really didn't know what to think when I reached out. I picked this company because they were rated #1 on Trustpilot. But that doesn't always prepare you for an experience you don't want in the first place. Who wants to reach out when a problem you created overwhelms you? I have nothing but high praise for the consultant who took care of me--Angie Parker. For one thing, she was real. Not someone reading off a script (well, if she was, she's missed her calling and should think about a stage or film career). She was non-judgmental and made me feel comfortable from the get-go. She answered questions thoroughly and checked in periodically throughout our conversation to confirm I had everything I needed.

I had a very tough time deciding if I really wanted to go through with this process because it is such a personal life decision. I also don't trust easily, especially with so much fraud/scams out there, so I was very nervous when I called Accredited to look into this. My first contact was my Consolidation Specialist, Moe Saad, and I have to say, I gave this guy a lot of skepticism and doubt throughout the call, but he remained understanding, patient and kind the entire way. He talked me through every step of the process, remaining calm and empathetic to my concerns, and he made me feel comfortable the whole way through, not at all like the "used car salesman" I tend to expect from companies just wanting to "make the sale". I am still in the early stages of this process with Accredited, but I have been met with nothing but kindness, patience and professionalism from everyone that I have been in contact with, which has made going through this life-changing event so much easier than I ever expected it to be.

So many people are struggling with their finances and I have always had A plus credit but at this time my husband and zi developed some changes in our bodies and it caused a $12,000 debt for some Neuropathy equipment and medicine we couldn't afford. I have only been involved for a couple weeks. However at the beginning, the person I talked to ,Kristin, made me feel very comfortable in moving forward with the relief process. At this point, I have not received any calls and I am technically only behind in one or two of the payments. I expect I will get a little more nervous when the calls start coming in three weeks or so.
