Joseph was excellent in calming my fears, he was very symathic and it felt like very caring to what I am going through. This is my first time in a position like this as far as being in debt to where I do not see a way out. Thinking I was doing the right thing, balance transfers on credit cards, taking out loans, I kept making matters worse!! Joe really help and kept me calm and was very reassuring that we can make things better. AMAZING!!!! 4 out of 5 stars is only because this is my first time and just getting started, need to see the plan actually start to work.
