I thought the representative was very informative. I truly believed him when he said he will ne there for me every step of the way. He was always communicating. I just didnt like that once I actually did sign up and signed all the documents any question I had he would refer me to Beyond and would talk to me any more.

They explained in detail & nothing was hidden. I had a bad past experience with Freedom _ebt Relief putting me in a high interest rate loan. The loan would have had me paying back more than I initially owed in debt. I was deceived & tricked. Their consultant was knowledgeable and helpful, and it seemed like a good program. All the paperwork and stuff was sent pretty straight forward, and they seemed to have a good understanding of the situation. I think it was smart to sign up with them, but I did cancel later on. Whoever signs up should definitely do some research. This way, they make sure they understand what they're doing, as far as everything that's going to happen.

My wife made the initial contact. A rep called me a couple times before i had enough time to chat with them.. When l did take time, boy, did it take some time.. about two hours.. in the end, we decided to sign up for the program. That is another 1.5 hr phone call. Knowing that you will be tied up on a very long call would be helpful in deciding what time to reach out to these folks.. We have just begun our journey- maybe they will ask for another survey in a year or so.. my program is 4 yrs long- so kind of a long haul, but better than bankruptcy..
