Mr. Scott was professional, polite, and understanding of my financial situation as an 82 y.o. retiree living on a fixed income. I had had the misfortune of being in an automobile accident accident in 2023, and my auto insurance skyrocketed as the result. The expense was a strain on my budget. All the paperwork and stuff was sent pretty straight forward, and they seemed to have a good understanding of the situation. I think it was smart to sign up with them, but I did cancel later on. Whoever signs up should definitely do some research. This way, they make sure they understand what they're doing, as far as everything that's going to happen.

You were for me the friendly person to assure me everything was going to be okay, you you to know that i'm happy to have had you as my rep, you're professional, patient, kind, friendly, and above all very knowledgeable and you explained everything to me in a way that I understood, keep being you, shoot for the stars your Amazing, Hope Accredited/FLLG know how valuable you are. Thank you so much ❤️ ccredited Debt Relief and Five Lakes Law Group are both amazing, I started with a Devante Hill as my 1st rep, however He did not call me the next day at 6pm and I was sending him what he needed cia his email but never heard back and I called back got Benjamin Scalzi and he was so amazing, patient, friendly, super professional he explained every part of the process and he Finished it, He gave me my monthly payment amount & $490.00. Per month payout for 55 months for $37500 in total bills. Wow!! I recommend this company to anyone looking to payoff your bills in a safe manner and paying them just in one payment total.The payments do get taken out biweekly instead of monthly I was paying on my own $824.00 per month and one of my bills was for a 12 year term I paid it out for 1st year only $900 went to principal and $2500 went to the interest. So needless to say I'm super happy with the new payout. They are professional and have their own app, so you can see where you are with your money, no prepayment penalty, so you can pay more at any moment in time.

We went over the bills for consolidation, and he walked me through the process, and answered all of my questions along the way. He was genuinely concerned and explained how the process works via the use of Five Lakes and gave me an exact amount for my monthly payment. At first it was hard hearing what I know of how bad i have been with my credit usage. That’s a given, otherwise, i wouldn’t be calling. Lol I was going for a loan and not the stop payment negotiating thing but after hearing how great of a deal it was, it was a realistic approach and a no brainer! The fact that they’re stamped by the BBB made me feel believe the deal! And they’re professionalism of the gentleman I spoke with (I think named Sterling), he made it much more easier assuring me and reassuring me that it’s truly a good deal but placing no undue pressure on me either. So to recap, i didn’t qualify for the loan and i went for the negotiating route instead since it was such a good deal!
