Kyle from accredited was extremely helpful in helping me to begin the process of becoming debt-free! He was easy to talk with, very clear about the benefits of choosing to consolidate my debt. We went over the bills for consolidation, and he walked me through the process, and answered all of my questions along the way. He was genuinely concerned and explained how the process works via the use of Five Lakes and gave me an exact amount for my monthly payment. In the end, he was able to show me that I can save over $10,000 within the next two years, and become debt-free. I could not be more satisfied with this process and the use of an escrow account throughout the process. At first it was hard hearing what I know of how bad i have been with my credit usage. That’s a given, otherwise, i wouldn’t be calling. Lol I was going for a loan and not the stop payment negotiating thing but after hearing how great of a deal it was, it was a realistic approach and a no brainer! The fact that they’re stamped by the BBB made me feel believe the deal! And they’re professionalism of the gentleman I spoke with (I think named Sterling), he made it much more easier assuring me and reassuring me that it’s truly a good deal but placing no undue pressure on me either. So to recap, i didn’t qualify for the loan and i went for the negotiating route instead since it was such a good deal!

I Steven Valentine, understand the 3-4 months that my credit score goes down. Because of the last 4-5 months I,ve done nothing but try to raise it. I'm taking a big gamble on this program, and I hope it turns out well. I'm hoping that when you all get a settlement with those three businesses's that you all and me chose, that my credit score will start to rise again. I'm putting my trust in this Debt Relief Program Because I know what will happen if it doesn't and my accounts will go into collection and then I'll have liens on my home when they sue me. I made a call for information and what a great releif when I talked to Kristin an found that shee and her group would be able to help me get back my life. I had a large amount of credit cards and when I made the monthly payments I litterly had nothing left for hair cuts, eating out once in while and being able to sleep at night without worrying about where my next payment would come from. I have always been able to pay the monthly bills and on time but I just let my credit cards take over my life. When I talked to Kristin I gave her information and she set me up with a program that I now can sleep at night and enjoy the golden years. I thank these people for helping me

Beginning with that first phone call to Accredited Debt Relief, a partner of Freedom Debt Relief, I had that cozy feeling of, as the name says “relief”, that my debt problems would be solved. After a phone consultation with friendly and professional Customer Service Agents, I provided my information and was on my way to forming a relationship with a company that I could trust. Branson T., thank you so much for helping me out! Before ADR called me I was on the peak of my emotions, crying because I’ve messed up my credit and kept paying my credits card on a minimum payment and still hurt my credit! I don’t earned as much, only average wage of $850 so I have no money for gas or any food for grocery etc. Thank God that Branson was there to help me understand what program they can offer for me inorder to fix my problem on a step by step basis. He was there to at ease my mind, made sure that I am not scammed or something. Before I am paying $750-$800/monthly and still hurt my credit, now I am paying an amount wherein I could still save up and making sure that money goes to all my creditors. To Branson T., thank you for listening and calm me out. Thank you for not judging too. I hope we’ll be able to fix this problem of mine till the end. To all people out there, just try them out! Here them and they might be of help to your debt problems.

I was so fortunate to have Ryan D. guide us through this process. After he explained how beneficial it would be to us to add every credit card on to this program --that's exactly what we did. It wasn't our plan but he was absolutely right !! He was awesome--with detailing how the process works. We were on the phone for quite a while and he was patient and knowledgeable, guiding me through how everything will happen. I was so worried and frustrated because I lost my job and became disabled. I tried to keep my payments on time out of my savings until there was enough either for food or one more payment. Income from disability ? not enough. I came across this add and out of curiosity and I responded. soon enough there was an incoming call I was reluctant to answer thinking it will be a wasting time but I answered at the last ring. OMG found out there was HELP so, even if it seem to be to good to be truth. Out of many programs they walked me thru the one best for me. Brad G. is my representative and he is very helpful and friendly. He really knows his business! He talks a little fast for my older self to register everything but he's good about going back over the things I did not catch or understand. I have been having issues with payments due to high bills and recently having eye surgery twice and having unusual medical bills plus missing work and not getting paid. This program, I'm sure will somewhat hurt my credit but in the long run, I will get these creditors paid off in as little as 4 years so this program is a financial savior for me. AND having someone like Brad to explain the program, since he knows it so well, has made the process even easier.

He was extremely polite and even waited while I picked up kids from school to complete enrollment. When I called, he was available and that is very important. Brandon, Knew from the start what a mess I am in and went over all the options. He was able to do a debt consolidation with no interest reducing the total amount owed to the creditors and Lessing the time it would take to repay. After my husband got sick and had to retire with a very low pension things got really tight, but I continued to try and make the bills. Then when my 97 ford escort broke down things really got out of control. Brandon was so understanding and realized I wanted to pay my debt and that bankruptcy was not what I wanted. I received and email about my large credit debt. It said it could help me lower my credit debt, so I called. It was the best call I made, and I actually felt a weight lifted off my shoulders when the contract was signed. I did not feel like their was any hidden agenda, they thoroughly went over the entire contract. The language was easy to understand, and as a consumer you are backed by the AFCC, which is a big deal because they work to protect you while working with Accredited Debt Relief agency in ensuring fair practices. I was not at the point that I was late on my payments, but I was drowning in my debt because of the interest rates, which made it an uphill battle that I just could not alleviate on my own. This is now not an issue, and financially I am in a better place.
