I Steven Valentine, understand the 3-4 months that my credit score goes down. Because of the last 4-5 months I,ve done nothing but try to raise it. I'm taking a big gamble on this program, and I hope it turns out well. I'm hoping that when you all get a settlement with those three businesses's that you all and me chose, that my credit score will start to rise again. I'm putting my trust in this Debt Relief Program Because I know what will happen if it doesn't and my accounts will go into collection and then I'll have liens on my home when they sue me. If that happens, I'll be a very dissatisfied customer. I've lived too long to know to put trust in everything. That's why I'm counting on you all to make this agreement to turn out the right way. I made a call for information and what a great releif when I talked to Kristin an found that shee and her group would be able to help me get back my life. I had a large amount of credit cards and when I made the monthly payments I litterly had nothing left for hair cuts, eating out once in while and being able to sleep at night without worrying about where my next payment would come from. I have always been able to pay the monthly bills and on time but I just let my credit cards take over my life. When I talked to Kristin I gave her information and she set me up with a program that I now can sleep at night and enjoy the golden years. I thank these people for helping me

My client coordinater is Alisa B, she has been wonderful in helping me understand the pros and cons of signing up for this debt relief. She is a true gem!!! Hopefully I will feel some relief as the process continues, but now it is a little overwhelming. Alisa is there for me always to talk with and ask questions. The process was very smooth, and she was very open to calling me on the time of day I could talk with her, she even contacted me after her work day was done, as our time zones were different. Beginning with that first phone call to Accredited Debt Relief, a partner of Freedom Debt Relief, I had that cozy feeling of, as the name says “relief”, that my debt problems would be solved. An internet search yielded the name, “Accredited Debt Relief”. I visited the company’s website and saw that they were approved by the BBB, so I felt assured that they were reputable. After a phone consultation with friendly and professional Customer Service Agents, I provided my information and was on my way to forming a relationship with a company that I could trust. Each interaction that I have had with them has been positive, and has left me with a sense of comfort that my debt matters are in the process of being solved. Accredited Debt Relief has also given me a means of saving money that will be used only for the repayment of my debt. I am looking forward to having my debts paid off with the help of a reliable and great debt settlement company.

Branson T., thank you so much for helping me out! Before ADR called me I was on the peak of my emotions, crying because I’ve messed up my credit and kept paying my credits card on a minimum payment and still hurt my credit! I don’t earned as much, only average wage of $850 so I have no money for gas or any food for grocery etc.
Thank God that Branson was there to help me understand what program they can offer for me inorder to fix my problem on a step by step basis. He was there to at ease my mind, made sure that I am not scammed or something. Before I am paying $750-$800/monthly and still hurt my credit, now I am paying an amount wherein I could still save up and making sure that money goes to all my creditors.
To Branson T., thank you for listening and calm me out. Thank you for not judging too. I hope we’ll be able to fix this problem of mine till the end.
To all people out there, just try them out! Here them and they might be of help to your debt problems.

I was so fortunate to have Ryan D. guide us through this process. After he explained how beneficial it would be to us to add every credit card on to this program --that's exactly what we did. It wasn't our plan but he was absolutely right !! He was awesome--with detailing how the process works. I did do some research before calling Accredited Debt Relief and the 5 star rating is well deserved. We were on the phone for quite a while and he was patient and knowledgeable, guiding me through how everything will happen. It's a bit scary --not having a credit card to fall back on, but I know we made a good decision, with Ryan's expertise.

I was so worried and frustrated because I lost my job and became disabled. I tried to keep my payments on time out of my savings until there was enough either for food or one more payment. Income from disability ? not enough. I came across this add and out of curiosity and I responded. soon enough there was an incoming call I was reluctant to answer thinking it will be a wasting time but I answered at the last ring. OMG found out there was HELP so, even if it seem to be to good to be truth. Out of many programs they walked me thru the one best for me. I wish I came across this company earlier, but even now I already feel relieved I can sleep now that I know I am not alone on this one. Thank You Accredited Debt Relief.

Brad G. is my representative and he is very helpful and friendly. He really knows his business! He talks a little fast for my older self to register everything but he's good about going back over the things I did not catch or understand. I have been having issues with payments due to high bills and recently having eye surgery twice and having unusual medical bills plus missing work and not getting paid. This program, I'm sure will somewhat hurt my credit but in the long run, I will get these creditors paid off in as little as 4 years so this program is a financial savior for me. AND having someone like Brad to explain the program, since he knows it so well, has made the process even easier.

Finding oneself in a desperate financial position and not knowing for certain what is the best way to resolve same, it is a huge relief to find someone that can sympathize with your situation, express genuine concern, and thoroughly explain the various options to be considered. Not only was he very professional, but also very knowledgeable with regard to all of the facets of this process, which provided me with the assurance that I needed. Mr. N was knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring, accommodating, honest and succinct in his delivery of the information regarding debt resolution and credit counseling. He was extremely polite and even waited while I picked up kids from school to complete enrollment. When I called, he was available and that is very important. I feel comfortable with my decision about debt resolution because he clearly stated the positive and negative outcomes that may or may not occur as a result of this venture. I am well informed and relieved that I am working on a debt solution with someone who is an advocate for me.

Kristin was very thorough and explained the program to me in a way that I could understand. She addressed EVERY question I had with an easy answer and was EXTREMELY helpful & made my stressful situation a more pleasant one.
When I spoke to the welcome part of the company to get my information verified Eric was also very comforting answered all my questions clarified other questions that came up & made sure I was comfortable with my decision to start the program and I had all my questions answered and understood everything and how the company works.
So far I am very pleased, not only with the customer service, but with the quote of how much money I'm going to save with the program. (I'm hoping this all pans out & nothing goes wrong since I'm just getting started).

Brandon, Knew from the start what a mess I am in and went over all the options. He was able to do a debt consolidation with no interest reducing the total amount owed to the creditors and Lessing the time it would take to repay.
After my husband got sick and had to retire with a very low pension things got really tight, but I continued to try and make the bills. Then when my 97 ford escort broke down things really got out of control. Brandon was so understanding and realized I wanted to pay my debt and that bankruptcy was not what I wanted.
I am so very grateful for his kind manner and willing to go over everything to make sure I made the right chose.
I felt like the weight of the world was off my shoulders.

I received and email about my large credit debt. It said it could help me lower my credit debt, so I called. It was the best call I made, and I actually felt a weight lifted off my shoulders when the contract was signed. I did not feel like their was any hidden agenda, they thoroughly went over the entire contract. The language was easy to understand, and as a consumer you are backed by the AFCC, which is a big deal because they work to protect you while working with Accredited Debt Relief agency in ensuring fair practices. I was not at the point that I was late on my payments, but I was drowning in my debt because of the interest rates, which made it an uphill battle that I just could not alleviate on my own. This is now not an issue, and financially I am in a better place.

I was checking into a consolidation loan with another company SoFi, but before doing so, I was attempting to find out about them before submitting a request. I think I accidentally contacted you but didn't remain on the line. Someone from your company contacted me to ask if I needed assistance. Well because of the debt my husband and I have, I had already learned before your company contacted me that I did not qualify for an interest rate under 10% nor the amount that I was needing, $36,000. When talking with your company after that, I was working with Lisa Miranda who seems to be very professional and knowledgeable about your services and how it could help me and my family. As an individual in the vulnerable population, making the call to the ADR program was truly my last option before going bankrupt. Being at the money's bottom while trying to rise up against oppression after homelessness, several job losses, and unexpected health events, became a battle that I was losing. Raul is very customer friendly. He explains the system from the point of view of an overwhelmed customer with all the new details to be understood and acted upon. There was never any pressure or disrespectful talk. Just very professional, informed, practiced communication with me as a prospective customer.
After the session was complete, I left feeling confident that I understood the system fairly well and was glad to have started the process. Raul also left me feeling that there would be very good support continuing through all the stages of this perhaps multiyear decision. I also felt confident that this was the best solution for me.

I had spoken with a few different companies, looking for assistance with debt relief. The only one that I called back was Jonathan L. He was the only one who actually took the time and care to explain everything to me and make sure that I understand the process. Unlike the others, I never felt like he was reading from a script and not answering my questions. In speaking with Jonathan, my anxiety was alleviated.
I wish that all companies enlisted the services of people like Jonathan. He's the reason that I made the decision to go forward with this program.

Adam S has been the professional voice of calm and confidence in steering me through the first steps of my debt resolution program. I'll admit to being wary of the process as I've always strived to pay my bills on time and keep my credit score as high as possible, but divorce, unforeseen illness without insurance, and job loss over the past few years has brought me to a point of getting nowhere fast with my plans of ever getting ahead, not to mention saving for retirement - what's that? Coming to a realization that you're about to be swallowed up by a huge wave of debt is frightening enough. Accepting that you know you have to ask for help is even more scary, and really hard to do. I realize the mistakes I've made, I don't need to be shamed into fixing them, I just need help. Meeting Michael at Accredited Debt Relief, was like emerging from the other side of that mammoth wave into a peaceful, calm ocean, with dolphins jumping all around and sea lions clapping. I felt no judgements, no condescension, just a pure desire to help me out of a bad situation. Everything was explained to me clearly, all my options, and the best plan that fit my situation was agreed upon. Any kind of financial decision can seem huge, and scary, but with Michael by my side explaining everything in ways that make sense to me, it's like we're just relaxing on the beach making smores over a fire. My interaction with Robert was stellar. Going through financial difficulties is hard enough, and I have hesitated to make the call for fear of being talked down to or embarrrassed.
Robert walked me through every step involved and spoke to me like a human being. He showed compassion and did not make me feel any less of a person by being in my situation.
He was reassuring and made sure I understood all facets of the program. I knew what to expect, when it was coming, what I needed to do, and how to proceed. He was patient when we were putting together the accounts involved and took the paperwork to the approval department as many times as it took to ensure 100% accuracy.
I have often felt in an untenable position, and that there is no hope. Robert helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel was no longer a train. Having a projected end date and manageable payment plan lifted a weight off my shoulders that was becoming increasingly unbearable.
I coiuld not have asked for a better representative to speak to, and I look forward to my interactions with Robert in the future.
