Customer service, especially in a situation such as having to call for debt relief, is very important. Alicia was great! She was patient, thorough, and very courteous. Right off the bat, I felt like she was looking out for my best interests. She even worked passed her regular hours to secure my underwriting. I look forward to continuing working with Accredited.

I was greatly impressed with the information that I was able to acquire concerning my debts and how I can relieve myself of them. At this stage in my life I'm wondering how I got here and your employee's were understanding and knowledgeable about how I can be rescued and still have my pride. Andie was very impressionable and gave me every opportunity to ask questions and made it clear that she would be there to help me through the murkey waters. I liked the guarntee/ warrenty and the fact that I did not need to come up with money up front. So many times I have had to turn down help because of money up front stipulations. Your service sounds fair and the load is left to me to make the deposits into the account for the creditors to draw from. That will put me back on the right track to success. Thanks for the help.

Peter M is a great credit to your company. The world needs more people like Peter. He explained everything to me step by step. I know what I'm getting, and am very satisfied, in at least understanding my worst case scenario. I think I made the best possible choice, considering I got myself into this predicament. And I'm satisfied that Peter helped me find my best remedy at this time. Again Thank You Peter.

I found Accredited Debt Relief in an e-mail. I was afraid to get involved with it thinking it might make my debt problem worse. Dennis Young spent a great deal of time explaining the program to me. He made me understand that in participating I absolutely could get my enormous debt not only paid down but paid off. I felt ashamed that I had gotten myself in the mess I am in, but Dennis assured me Accredited Debt Relief could help. I now feel that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Dennis for your professionalism and kindness.

Brandon H was so nice on the phone! He helped me to choose the right program to get me out of debt, and gave me other helpful advice along the way. The email ad was very good, it inspired me to try this program. I had contacted another supposed debt reduction agency several years ago, and it did not live up to what was advertised. I am excited about the prospect of paying down my debt in a fraction of the time!

David has been really helpful from the very beginning. We approached this process with a certain level of skepticism and loads of questions. He patiently answered all of our concerns and even gave us a historical background to understand where programs like these come from and why they are able to do what hey do. He has been very sharp with scheduled calls and it doesn't hurt that their rates are fair.

I have been talking with Janet A over the past 8 days about my credit cards debt and a way to reduce it . She has been extremely kind, understanding and very professional. The very first day I asked her advice , she came up with a solution to reduce my debt, pay back my creditors and this in a short amount of time. She has answered all my questions very clearly. I would highly recommend Janet to those who, like me , are confronted with financial difficulties.

I was directed to them from their excellent client reviews. This was a challenging decision, and Andie made it easy. The factors that swayed me from my original choice (Freedom Debt Relief) were 1) Lower monthly deposit amount, and 2) the tie breaker for me - advising me to update my address and telephone number on all my credit cards with their address and telephone number they would provide, ( which they emailed immediately) so to redirect all collection calls and mail to them, and I found out later, they actually co-partner with Freedom Debt Relief. I liked that they said good things about them! The whole process was done on the phone and my computer. You need time!! I am excited to enjoy my $550/mo raise and having the opportunity to see a debt free horizon in the near future.

Matthew was very helpful throughout this whole process with me in trying to resolve my debt. He worked with me on my schedule which was not easy due to I work a lot of hours and am not available to a phone. He answered all my questions and made me feel extremely secure in going this right. This was not something anyone wants to have to deal with but with Matthew he helped m feel this would be the best option for me in the long run. Really enjoyed working with him and look forward to continuing this relationship throughout this process.

My representative Paul was great. I really was hesitant to do this entire process, but he made me feel comfortable with my decision to proceed. Without pressure, of course. All of my questions were answered. Best of all, he was not judgmental of our circumstances and seemed to truly care about the ordeals we are experiencing. Thanks for giving me the start to having my piece of mind again.

Raul B, my agent with Accredited Debt Relief, explained everything to me important to know at this formative period of my association with Accredited Debt Relief. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and I think he will be a very helpful person to my wife and myself as we travel the bumpy road of getting our credit fixed back--my credit in particular--to the good status it was in as recent as last spring. He did a great job.

The service this product offers should be able to deliver the debt free result I've been attempting on my own, but unable to acquire. If this program does as proclaimed, this is exactly what I'm looking for and will give me back some freedom and confidence about my future finances. Adrian was polite, and factual in his explanation, while being respectful of my time to execute the process. I will feel comfortable contacting him going forward on any unforeseen questions.

From that day forward the representative Adrian kept in contact with me with updates, and had the patience to change many things around as I could not make a final decision. Once a final decision was made on what I wanted he set up everything and started the program without any issues. Adrian Thank You Very Much!!!

I was very pleased with how the whole process went. I had pretty negative feedback from a friend that went through a similar program (different company) so I stepped into this process very guarded. I was very impressed with how Ryan treated me. I really like the fact that I will have him as my contact person through the entire program. I like the fact that I have control over my account and final say on the debt settlement offers. I really like that no fees are paid until the settlements are made. All around, I am VERY pleased with how well things went. I feel a huge sense of relief. I feel like I can breathe again.

I don't usually give a top level rating, "because I feel there is always room for improvement" but this was exceptional so I feel it deserved the highest rating.
