I use multiple services that Capital One has to offer. It was very easy to open a checking and savings account online. They have NEVER charged me an overdraft fee! It was also easy to refinance my auto loan, and they are saving me so much on interest and even lowered my monthly payment! I have used Capital One credit card services as well. I have no complaints on their credit services, it was a personal choice not to carry on with credit cards as a whole. Their rewards card was excellent!

This is a great business and they provide wonderful service. I have been a customer for approx. 15 years. I started with a very small amount maybe $200-300 when my score was horrible But they helped me to rebuild. They provide regular reviews of credit history for account increases. The app provides recommendations to help improve credit scores. Customer service is always top notch.

I have had a Capital One Mastercard for many years. They give 1.5% cash-back on ALL purchases, which has been great! Their customer service has also been excellent, including the fact that the person on the other end of the line speaks good, very understandable English. They are also good about checking with me if a charge looks questionable in any way. I am a very satisfied, long-term customer!

I have 2 cards from Capital One. I have always made payments on time and over the payment amount so I don't have any experience with late fees or high interest rates. The customer service is great and the ease of using the website is wonderful to. It's very easy to track your spending and pay off your balances while online. The mobile app is very user friendly as well.

I have never had a problem with my Capital One card. The only issue was the travel perks on my card were kind of hard to use. It jumped from $150 to $350 to $600. So, I had to try to keep my travel as close to those amounts to fully use the benefit. If the cost of the travel was $151, then it would jump you from using 15,000 points to 35,000 points. But there was no annual fee to my card, so that was the tradeoff. Overall, have been pleased but use my other cards more often due to better perks.

Capital One is the only credit card company that I have used for the last 20 years. If I ever miss a payment I am able to call and get the late charge removed from my account. If I am ever traveling abroad I always contact Capital One to let them know. They make sure that any purchases made are valid and I always feel at ease when using my Capital One card.

I have the Capital One Venture card because the sign on bonus was 60,000 miles. I used it exclusively the first year but when I discovered it is not dollar to dollar points to miles, I now use it along with other mileage cards. However, this one is not tied to any specific airline and it's easy to redeem points for any travel expense. Also, I can link it to my other Capital One accounts for easy transfers.

I have had Capital One for about 4 years now. They've given me an above average credit card as it gets cash back under the program called Quicksilver rewards. The reward program spans a wide variety of purchase types. In addition I refinanced my car with Capital One as they gave me the best interest rate and terms in a multi-company search for refinancing. It's nice to have everything combined in one place and I can go to one app and see my balances and payments and make payments etc on both the car and the credit card. They also give you the option of a automatic payment for the car loan which is very convenient and it said on the date that you choose based on your financial structure.

We don't use credit cards. They are a sign of the capitalism that began in earnest in the 80s. However, sometimes you need something that is available when it comes to emergencies. We chose Capital One because it had the lowest rates available for their cards. There's no annual fees so when the credit sits at zero, you're not going to pay for something you're not using. When it's needed, its there and when we have to use it, we're not paying more for interest than for the principal.

Capital One is the first bank I have been with and even though it has been a year, I see myself continuously using this bank. They check my credit score weekly, send me updates about it, have me automatically connected to Zelle so I get money straight to my account, have little events about finance that I gain so much information from, etc. I also really love how much more online based it is. I can deposit a check right through the app! Capital One has made banking easier for a newcomer like myself. I don't really see any faults for this bank!

Great experience with Capital One, their processes make setting up new accounts effortless and stress free. The technology they offer to manage those accounts is amazing as well. The only downside to Capital One is the lack of physical branches across the country - wish I would be able to have better options for cashiers checks/cash withdrawals on quick notice.

I have a personal and a business card with Capital One. I love that they are accessible in the same login, I can transfer money to and from both of them, see balances, etc, but they are separate accounts. I have a venture card and that card pays a ton of money back to me. It is super easy to get the benefits back as cash. I just click the rewards and go in and select a qualified purchase and it will reimburse it as cash right back to my card. For a while I was getting as much as 300 to 400 back every month in cash. Way cool

We had a Capital One card for a while and still do but haven’t been using it lately. When we were using it, it was the best card. It was giving us points that we could use to make purchases. We got several things that we used as gifts at Christmas time. They had a great customer service department. I remember having to contact them once and they were wonderful. They resolved my issue promptly and corrected it without any issues being left unresolved. We would have stayed except we started using a card tied to Costco that offered benefits tied to purchases there.

They post my payments promptly, they report to the credit bureau correctly. They called about a strange charge on my card to verify it was mine. I started with their $300 limit card after my divorce. After 6 months they bumped me to $1500 then to $3000 then over to one of their cash back cards and raised my limit to $3500. I bought 2 cars with financing through them, better rate than my local bank. What more can you ask for?

Great company to use for credit cards. They have great customer service and assist with adjusting payments. One criticism is that it depends on the customer service person we talk to, because one month we attempted to change the monthly payment date to mid-month. They wouldn't let us, but a few months later we called again, and it was very simple for them to do. Very strange.

This is once of my favorite credit card companies. Payments are very fast, no more than 2 business days to process (but has always taken 1 business day to process for me unless I played the payment after 3 pm) but great customer service, and they accept people with below-average credit, which gives individuals the change with not so good credit scores to get a better score. My only complaint is that they usually start you off with a lower credit limit, which can be annoying but I'm guessing they do that because they provide most people with below avereage credit a chance

Capital One offers a great customer experience. Any time I've had to call them, they were always very helpful and took care of my issue quickly. I highly recommend this bank as it not only offers better saving rates, but it also thrives on ensuring their clients are happy with the service provided. I don't see myself going back to a brick and mortar bank at this point as I honestly do not see the added value.

I am loving doing my banking with Capital One! They offered me a checking account with no annual fees and i can get credit cards with them without annual fees and no international fees. I travel quite a bit so this mattered a lot to me when I was searching for a new credit card and associated bank. Their app is also very easy to use and when I have gone into a unit they have ben very helpful and responsive.

I really like Capital One. Their mobile app is so easy to use, they have a great fraud detection program. They have quickly caught fraud 3 times. Two times they caught it right when the charge happened and denied the charge. The other, they caught it after 2 transactions and the reversal of charges was so easy and fast. I also like the additional protection on car rentals.

I had an experience of fraud on my card and was immediately notified about it. No, Just No. Don't waste your time and don't give this company your money. I had 3 cards with this company, great credit, and it didn't matter. For years.... credit increase requests kept being denied. Customer service is terrible. At one point, I got locked out of my online account, could not remember my password, and even uploaded my ID to prove who I was. Tried several ways to say "this is me" to customer service but still could not get into my account online- only through phone and paper mail. Ridiculous. I ended up closing all 3 accounts, and when Walmart switched to Capital One from Synchrony, I closed my Walmart card solely for the reason it was now managed by Capital One. Never will use Capital One again!
