We have 6 phones on service with Verizon. Whenever I’ve had a problem and called customer service they have always been very friendly and helpful. Although, the hike time is usually very long.

I was having trouble with my service and I went into one of the local stores to get help. I waited for 45 min for someone to ask me what I needed help with and then they told me they couldn’t help me and that I needed to call customer service. My phone was not working so I asked if I could use their phone at the store and they said no. Worst customer service ever!

We were Verizon customers for a few years and hated their service so much that we paid the cancellation fee to get out of our contract early. We hated the spotty service when we traveled, the customer service was horrible, and the billing had constant mistakes and problems. We would never use Verizon again. And then they continued to hound us with mailers and advertisements after we left.
