Omega Auto Care offers vehicle owners three different warranty coverage protection plans, common to the industry

  • New Exclusionary
  • Used Stated Coverage
  • Powertrain Protection

The cost for each of these plans varies, but the extended auto warranty prices at Omega Auto Care start at $59.99.

New Exclusionary Plan

The New Exclusionary Plan is a vehicle warranty for models that are no older than seven years and have less than 100,000 odometer miles when the customer purchases the contract. This plan offers the company's highest level of coverage, out of all the vehicle service contracts offered by Omega Auto Care. It offers comprehensive coverage on the engine, transmission, transfer case, drive axles, heating system, cooling system, fuel system, suspension, brakes, and more.

Used Stated Coverage

The Used Stated Coverage Plans are for vehicles that are no older than ten years and have less than 150,000 odometer miles. This plan offers slightly less coverage than the New Exclusionary plan. Still, it offers nearly comprehensive coverage on the engine, transmission, transfer case, drive axles, heating system, cooling system, fuel system, suspension, brakes, and more.

Powertrain Protection Plan

The Powertrain Protection Plan is for car models that are less than 15 years old and have less than 250,000 odometer miles. The Powertrain coverage options have three different options; Powertrain Enhanced, Powertrain Plus, and Powertrain. The Powertrain Plan has the least amount of coverage, then Powertrain Plus, followed by Powertrain Enhanced.

All three Powertrain plans offer coverage on many components of the engine, transmission, transfer case, drive axle, and more. However, they have limitations when it comes to the A/C, steering, brakes, suspension, and other areas of the car.

Roadside Assistance for All

Each contract with Omega Auto Care includes 24-hour roadside assistance, which consists of the following benefits:

  • jump starts
  • partial reimbursement for flat tire repairs
  • vehicle fluid delivery
  • lockout services

I like them because they're easy to talk to. I've used my warranty, the mechanical side of it, 2 or 3 times now. I've had oil changes, had brake pads done on the back of my vehicle, I had an issue with my water pump that was all covered. It's a good warranty.

I think they're great. I've gotten one oil change out of them and I'm up for another one and in another week, I think that's great. We have roadside assistance, and if there's a pre authorization that needs to be required, I can call in to customer service and get the information that I need right away.

I like the fact that Omega included little extras like 3 oil changes, windshield wipers, brakes, things like this. $100 deductible instead of "this time it might be this amount," "this time it might be this amount." I've used it once and I'm getting ready to do an oil change here in the next week or so, so I'm really happy with them.

I have peace of mind knowing that if anything happens to my vehicle I know that it would be fixed and I don't have to have a high auto bill. My AC went out and I took it to the dealership. They checked it out, they called Omega and got an approval to get this problem fixed and few days later it was fixed.

Like: The representatives who answered the initial call were extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. They took the time to promptly complete my claim for the repairs on my vehicle. The partial reimbursement of the rental was a plus. Dislike: The individuals who were responsible for the approval of the claim were slow. This caused me to spend extra monies on rental vehicles because of the length of time it took to inspect the vehicle, submit results from the inspection to the claims department, and the claims department to approve the request.

The communication is terrible. I used it on two occasions. They did well when they worked with the shop to repair a window motor but when I tried to get reimbursed for the services that are supposed to be reimbursed, it was a very, very, very difficult process. There was some sort of a problem that they didn't get the information. I sent it in again and they told me I would be reimbursed within two weeks. It was more like 4 to 6 weeks.

Follow through with what you say in your contract and make sure that your customer service people read the contract. They had denied me, but it was just for a regular maintenance. I did have one more claim and they denied it because they didn't read it properly. We held on hold for 2 hours and when I finally got through my repair was denied, and that was from the car repair shop, so I had to call, stay on hold again for another hour and a half. I finally did reach somebody who was able to approve. It took the young lady a while to dig down into the notes, but she did figure it out and she did pay for it and that was just for maintenance. That wasn't even a repair.

It used to be really good, but lately it's not. I was told I had five free oil changes, but it was never was explained more to me. I had to pay for it then and then get reimbursed from your company. And to me that's just wrong because I can remember when I was in Colorado and I was with your company and I had five free oil changes and I'll I did was go out to the dealership, get my oil changed. They called in. It was taken care of this part customer saying you have any other. Omega Auto Care should stand by what they sell.

First of all for the amount of money that I have paid you think that I would get more! When I signed up I was told that I would get 5 free oil changes!! NO I HAVE NOT! I still am charged almost 30 dollars!!WTF??????And I had no clue that you would pay "something" for new brakes, and battery!! THANKS for nothing 😝 Oh and by the way I would be really nice if when you are called from the dealership that you could ANSWER THE PHONE CALL,oh and also NOT MAKE ME WAIT close to 2 FRICKEN HOURS just waiting to see if you will okay the service or longer!!!WTF???? As a fleet vehicle you would THINK 🤔 that it would be do faster!! I'm in the process of calling you guys to cancel the policy. One of the times I did go to get an oil change, they never heard of you guys, so I had to wait for them to get it verified. When a representative tells you they're going to do something, they should follow through and do it and not lie to the consumer.

I like it because it protects my truck all around and we used to travel a lot. The price is good and it does protect everything. I pay $250 for a year of coverage. It covers the oil, breakpads, and all that stuff. I have the plan on my wife's car and my truck. So far they paid me for an oil change for my wife, but not mine. I haven't heard back from them on that and it's been over a month.

I had to wait hours for someone to show up to tow my car to the dealership when I had an oil leak and barely made it before they closed. Also does “maintenance.” Extra that I subscribe to covers virtually nothing a few dollars for a tire or a brake job. There’s no way I will ever make back all the money I paid you guys.

My contract person that I've been talking to is doing all right. Everything that was required that I needed was offered to me. I'm very satisfied with the refund session that you offer when a customer approaches our pocket costs. The refund doesn't take too long to come back. Their response time sometimes can be low getting back to you, but once they do as I mentioned, therein no hassle. They go right through the requirements.

I got this to protect my car in the future in unexpected you know things. I wish they would at least accept phone calls on weekend or just on Saturday's at least. I went to get an oil change for the initial purchase and I ended up having to pay for it myself because there was no one in on Saturday (the only time that I could actually have it done). They told me they would reimburse me, but they ended up just taking care of the next on.

I've used them before and I've had a really, really good experience with them so I started to go ahead and use them again.Any time I call and I have a question about my policy or have a question about a claim that I have put in I get some pretty honest feedback that's pretty detailed. I just use my warranty on my two thousand eleven Honda pilot the pistons had oil in them and it was major. There's some things that they don't take care of I wish they would.

When I call in, no matter what, they were helpful and informative. I used it for a service on my vehicle and I needed the oil change and different stuff like that and I was kind of surprised at some of the stuff that was covered because they covered the oil changes and so that came in handy. The care is exceptional. And I really liked the company. I had to use my warranty a couple times and it said I had to use it. I use this to get my brakes fixed which was the main part of the warranty and Auto mechanic who did the work there this was one of the best vehicle maintenance warranty sees that pristine talk never had a problem always got things taken care of without issue.
