When going to an ASE repair shop, you can expect the technicians to be fully trained and certified to fix just about any problem with your vehicle.

Cancel Anytime

Nova Warranty allows its clients to cancel their policies at any time. You could get a prorated refund if you decide to cancel before your policy term ends. However, if you choose to cancel within 30 days of signing up, you may be entitled to a full refund.

Nova Warranty’s live support benefits consumers by allowing them to chat with a specialist about any questions or concerns about their coverage or policy.

However, the only way to contact a specialist is by phone. While that isn’t a dealbreaker for most people, it isn’t always the most convenient solution, and we’d like to see Nova Warranty offer additional options. It would be nice to see Nova Warranty provide a live chat solution. That way, if calling isn’t an option, clients can type in their concerns and get an answer via chat box.

I Googled "Top Rated Vehicle Warranty companies" and Nova Warranty was the Top Rated company. I reached out to them and within an hour, Lucas Miller sent me an email asking me to call him at my convenience. Lucas was highly knowledgeable, highly professional and very friendly. As we went over the details I would have questions and he had the answers immediately. Lucas never pressured me and was completely concerned with my understanding of the information he was providing. We were on the phone for quite a bit and by the end of the conversation I was ready to sign up. I wish all sales representatives were as skilled as Lucas was with me.

Based on Nick's knowledge, courtesy, care, and genuine kindness my sweet husband and I had no doubt that we had chosen the best warranty provider for our 2017 Porsche Cayenne. We look forward to our relationship with Nick and with Nova Warranty. We feel that we have peace of mind with our car. Nick was absolutely fantastic. He was very comfortable to speak with and made you feel as though you mattered to Nova as a potential customer. Communication is very clear and thought out for your needs. The value of the warranty product we selected was excellent as presented. Due to the exceptional value that was provided to us and Nicks amazing personality it is one of the main reasons we decided to proceed with Nova for two of our car warranties. We are hopeful all will be as promised with the warranty "if " we need service in the future for our cars.

Lukas was very helpful. He is a good communicator. Although I was initially only requesting a quote, as I was investigating and comparing to the dealer extended warranty, I ended up paying for both, since he assured me that the refund would be processed easily. After making the decision to stay with the dealer offer for extended warranty, which was essentially a flip of the coin decision - the refund was processed promptly. If I were to purchase a third-party warranty in the future, it would be from Nova. I cannot speak to how nova does on satisfying warranty claims, since we never requested any. But the customer service and communication was very good.

I worked extensively with the very patient Mr. John B. who not only answered all my questions, he alleviated any fears that I had, and also convinced me that I am being provided the best possible coverage at the best price. I was in the customer service and satisfaction business for many years and I know top notch customer service and satisfaction when I see it. THE SERVICE AND SPEED WAS WELL BEYOND NORMAL IT WAS DOWN RIGHT EXCELLENT ! JOHN AND EMILY WERE DID A WONDERFUL JOB PROCESSING MY CLAIM. THE PROCESS WAS EASY AND FAST. I feel extremely comfortable with the Nova extended warranty and will not worry if there might be any repairs required in the future. I liked the coverage, although the policy did not cover all of my issues. I am disappointed about this. Lisa in customer service did a great job, but my auto service center had to keep waiting for call backs, each time they had to contact Nova. They had to contact Nova more than once during the process.

He explained the pros and cons of his company from the different questions that I asked. Everything was explained throughly so I knew exactly what I was buying. Nick was easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. If I had a problem I could call him directly and not have to talk to someone else. To me, this was important and ment along. I had reservations about my transaction and purchasing a car warranty insurance over the phone from a stranger. My representative was very patient with me, he reviewed things at least three times until I understood what was being proposed to me. I like that the person provided his full name, email address, and direct telephone number. Many times a person has all of your personal information and the only thing you have is their first name. I am satisfied with the front end of my purchase.
