When going to an ASE repair shop, you can expect the technicians to be fully trained and certified to fix just about any problem with your vehicle.

Nova Warranty allows its clients to cancel their policies at any time. You could get a prorated refund if you decide to cancel before your policy term ends. However, if you choose to cancel within 30 days of signing up, you may be entitled to a full refund.

Nova Warranty’s live support benefits consumers by allowing them to chat with a specialist about any questions or concerns about their coverage or policy.

However, the only way to contact a specialist is by phone. While that isn’t a dealbreaker for most people, it isn’t always the most convenient solution, and we’d like to see Nova Warranty offer additional options. It would be nice to see Nova Warranty provide a live chat solution. That way, if calling isn’t an option, clients can type in their concerns and get an answer via chat box.

Tom did great Explaining the whole warranty as well as how many miles/years the warranty is good for. We just bought this warranty, choice by reviews and Consumer Reports. They are top rated when you research best vehicle warranty’s .Although we haven’t used the warranty at this point I will be sure to follow up this review for those that want to know how well they do with repairs! For now we are Super pleased with the Customer Service!

I recently purchased a 2019 E 53 AMG and it did not come with a warranty so I was in a big rush to find an aftermarket warranty for my luxury vehicle. I was able to secure a warranty through empire Auto protect, however after speaking with Kevin Parker at nova warranty and going through my coverage, he did inform me it was not a bumper-to-bumper coverage. He saved me from making a less than ideal business agreement with a lower quality company and also help me to find a full bumper-to-bumper coverage that fit my financial plan. Shout out to Kevin great experience and I would recommend this to anyone else looking for an aftermarket warranty for their car.

I Googled "Top Rated Vehicle Warranty companies" and Nova Warranty was the Top Rated company. I reached out to them and within an hour, Lucas Miller sent me an email asking me to call him at my convenience. Lucas was highly knowledgeable, highly professional and very friendly. As we went over the details I would have questions and he had the answers immediately. Lucas never pressured me and was completely concerned with my understanding of the information he was providing. We were on the phone for quite a bit and by the end of the conversation I was ready to sign up. I wish all sales representatives were as skilled as Lucas was with me.

Nick was absolutely fantastic. He was very comfortable to speak with and made you feel as though you mattered to Nova as a potential customer. Due to the exceptional value that was provided to us and Nicks amazing personality it is one of the main reasons we decided to proceed with Nova for two of our car warranties. Lukas was very helpful. He is a good communicator. Although I was initially only requesting a quote, as I was investigating and comparing to the dealer extended warranty, I ended up paying for both, since he assured me that the refund would be processed easily. After making the decision to stay with the dealer offer for extended warranty, which was essentially a flip of the coin decision - the refund was processed promptly. If I were to purchase a third-party warranty in the future, it would be from Nova. I cannot speak to how nova does on satisfying warranty claims, since we never requested any. But the customer service and communication was very good.

I checked into extended warranty programs from a few different companies. I chose Nova because of the reviews, the plans etc. I called Nova and spoke to Nick. He explained the pros and cons of his company from the different questions that I asked. Everything was explained throughly so I knew exactly what I was buying. Nick was easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. If I had a problem I could call him directly and not have to talk to someone else. To me, this was important and ment along.
