Very communicative in explaining the coverage. Coverage is superior than what dealer was offering at a better price. Very positive and energetic even at the end of a long day.

I liked the coverage, although the policy did not cover all of my issues. I am disappointed about this. Lisa in customer service did a great job, but my auto service center had to keep waiting for call backs, each time they had to contact Nova. They had to contact Nova more than once during the process.

Jason was very knowledgeable of your warranty program. We discussed the advantages of your program at length. I had signed up with CarShield just 2 days ago, but was advised against it, so I continued my search and decided on Nova. Your offerings beat the competition. Cancelling CarShield was quite a chore!

haven't even had a chance to use there services, I had the shop call the nova and tell them about the repairs i needed a motor mount and a head light. the rep at nova told the service advisor that they don't cover headlights and since the motor mounts witch is a covered item is under the same claim the whole claim is denied. this is an answer of a company that only takes money and doesn't give it. i already have notified the Attorney General office and the department of insurance and they are working on taking this company down seems like they already have many complaints with other customers of there's. FYI i asked for a refund about 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten anything.
