The company’s Powertrain and Superior plans offer comprehensive coverage covering your vehicle’s engine, transmission, electrical components, brakes, etc. However, Nova Warranty plans also cover rental cars, locksmiths, and 24-hour roadside towing or assistance.

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is an independent, non-profit organization that strives to improve the quality of vehicle repair services through testing and certifying automotive professionals. When going to an ASE repair shop, you can expect the technicians to be fully trained and certified to fix just about any problem with your vehicle.

Cancel Anytime

Nova Warranty allows its clients to cancel their policies at any time. You could get a prorated refund if you decide to cancel before your policy term ends. However, if you choose to cancel within 30 days of signing up, you may be entitled to a full refund.

Nova Warranty’s live support benefits consumers by allowing them to chat with a specialist about any questions or concerns about their coverage or policy.

However, the only way to contact a specialist is by phone. While that isn’t a dealbreaker for most people, it isn’t always the most convenient solution, and we’d like to see Nova Warranty offer additional options. It would be nice to see Nova Warranty provide a live chat solution. That way, if calling isn’t an option, clients can type in their concerns and get an answer via chat box.

Jason was very knowledgeable of your warranty program. We discussed the advantages of your program at length. I had signed up with CarShield just 2 days ago, but was advised against it, so I continued my search and decided on Nova. Your offerings beat the competition. Cancelling CarShield was quite a chore!

Lukas was very helpful. He is a good communicator. Although I was initially only requesting a quote, as I was investigating and comparing to the dealer extended warranty, I ended up paying for both, since he assured me that the refund would be processed easily. After making the decision to stay with the dealer offer for extended warranty, which was essentially a flip of the coin decision - the refund was processed promptly. If I were to purchase a third-party warranty in the future, it would be from Nova. I cannot speak to how nova does on satisfying warranty claims, since we never requested any. But the customer service and communication was very good.

I checked into extended warranty programs from a few different companies. I chose Nova because of the reviews, the plans etc. I called Nova and spoke to Nick. He explained the pros and cons of his company from the different questions that I asked. Everything was explained throughly so I knew exactly what I was buying. Nick was easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. If I had a problem I could call him directly and not have to talk to someone else. To me, this was important and ment along. I had lots of questions, he answered them and I purchased the program. Thank-you much.

I feel extremely comfortable with the Nova extended warranty and will not worry if there might be any repairs required in the future. Not only does nova out perform all the competition, they also offer better/ more coverage for less than any other extended car warranty company! I feel safe and I feel like I am in good hands !! I had reservations about my transaction and purchasing a car warranty insurance over the phone from a stranger. My representative was very patient with me, he reviewed things at least three times until I understood what was being proposed to me. I like that the person provided his full name, email address, and direct telephone number. Many times a person has all of your personal information and the only thing you have is their first name. I am satisfied with the front end of my purchase.
