I've had to get my blinds remade twice. Now, the installer is very professional. The installer has been great but something has been lost in the way things are going so that the blinds are out for remake again, so it's a little frustrating. Other than that, everybody's been pretty easy to work with.

I was very happy. They are very high grade, except we had some problems with delivery of the goods from China. Other than that, it was very good. There were so many delays. I had an issue with an installer being very late for the appointment (over 2 hours), then the blind couldn't be installed because the company sent the wrong parts. I get that stuff happens. It is how the situation has been handled since that makes this a one star company. I received no follow up from the company or my salesperson, even after I emailed her about the problem. I had to call the company a week later to find out that they had reordered the whole blind and it would be another 4-6 weeks before I would receive it. I was told they would follow up with me. Crickets. My sales rep did finally email after I sent a second email and she said that she was so busy selling that she just couldn't follow up with people who had purchased from her. She told me to just keep in touch with Customer Service. I am so disappointed in the way that this has all been handled and no one seems to acknowledge that this has been a great inconvenience and horrible user experience. The installer was really the only one who was truly sympathetic about this situation. I would think that a company with the reputation and Hunter D name behind it would care a little more about customer service, but I guess not.
