You have always been a delight to deal with. My only concern is is when you put motorized large sun blinds in that at least 9 foot tall you should give a motor for each Blind not two motors for five blinds so I ended up ordering a few more motors, so I can charge them all at one time.

Love the curtain material and how it looks in our family room. What I don't love is the string on the bottom to hold pleats together. Also the rod to move the curtains to open and/or close them is inconveniently placed which means the curtain will soon become dirty as the curtain is grabbed along with the rod. I probably didn't explain that very well.

They look so beautiful. They fit my living room gorgeously. And I just love them. I don't use them too much because I have dogs and they're very nice material, but they look beautiful in my bigger room. It was easy access to get to them. It took a while. I had shutters and drapes and sheers. If they could speed it up a little bit, that would be great, but probably it takes any company a while. I've only had them for a short time. They look to be a quality product for a reasonable price.

The blinds are wonderful and have worked well for me. But have had a problem with the front kitchen blind. I put in a call for a repair/replacement on 11-27-23. The number I was given is 1554089. I believe I received a call from someone and was asked to explain what was wrong. Have not heard a word since.

The quality speaks for itself. The blinds are well-made. We have remote shades and we just absolutely love them. We're very impressed with the way that they look. I got the electric shades in some of my rooms and they function so well. I have previously had similar blinds from other manufacturers that didn't work as well. I don't know how they will hold up, but for brand new, they're wonderful. I love them.
