All the blinds were finished early and fit this time. The problem I had was I was told 3 different times, when I asked that one set of blinds that we supposed to be ordered in my first order, had been measured and waiting to be made, when, in fact, nothing had been ordered.

The blinds are nice, just what we need. The sales person was knowledgeable and responsive. But when the blinds were installed they had the wrongs lift mechanism. We had agreed on cords but the ones installed were hand lifted. Her mistake. Plus we were not happy that the full amount was charged to our credit card BEFORE install. That's bad company policy.

Very convenient. I was expecting a 600 dollar Roman shade to be a little bit higher quality than what I actually ended up getting because the valence on the top only covers the front it doesn't cover the sides, so I'm looking for a replacement. The sales person who came out to see me was really great, I liked her a lot.

Everybody I've had to deal with has been very professional and nice and also knowledgeable. They are pricey. The availability and the speed with which you can get the product can't be beat. The material seems to be pretty sturdy so they should last a long time.

I was able to get through, they followed up with me, and called when needed and kept me informed on the status and what was going on. They are fabulous. I had the country shutters but in they're actually beautiful. The guy that came in and installed them did a fantastic job.

The blinds are as expected and the install was very good. The only issue is that they took over 3 weeks to be delivered when I was told only 10 days. How can you continue to call yourselves "3 day blinds"? The sales person was good about getting me some temporary blinds since the order took so long.

The customer service the lady was very nice but I was not happy with the price and I wasn't happy with the product that I received for that price. I paid over $580. I think that's ridiculous I think I should really give me my money back. Nothing spectacular about the blinds, they are the same as what you would find in the store. I'm not recommending them.

I was looking for someone that I could operate remotely. I like the materials. I was surprised but the noise when it opens that is the only drawback. It would be good if it could be solar powered. I found customer service to be very responsive. They were not difficult to get. They were even willing to reschedule.

Seems pretty pricey. They were very helpful in the installation and training how to use the motorized blinds programmable blinds. Good quality. Everybody did what they were supposed to do when they said they were gonna do it. I wouldn't say they went that far above and beyond that, butthey did a good job.

I called 3 Day Blinds because the cord separated on one of the shades. When the person came he explained they do that in case a child gets to them. I had not been told that when I bought them. It happened again, but then I, on my own, was able to fix it.

The blind next to the front door is too short and the base is too light. It doesn't go down all the way and needs me to manually pull on it to totally go down. It has two problems. I don't feel that it was worth what I paid for it. I think it needs a weight on the base and the measurement was off.

One of my blinds someone told me would fall into place but after many months it's still hasn't, one is definitely a little longer than the other. The salesperson was very helpful and the installers were good except for that one little issue with one of the blinds and I haven't called them yet to complain.
