The gentleman who came, took his time, answered my questions, and gave me options. He did a great job in everything that he told me. The gentleman who did the installation was fabulous and he really took his time. Instructing me about the remotes and all that. Although we thought we had an exact color match they were a little bit different.

Our salesperson was wonderful, and she went over everything and explained everything to us. We had a problem with our installer, but she helped us fix the problem. We also called the company and they came out and had another installer come back out and fix the problem that we had.

I had one blind that wasn't exactly right and they didn't hesitate to replace it. They're a very high quality. I've used many others, including Hunter Douglas and Smith and Noble, and 3 Day Blinds is definitely at the top of the list.

Today we got the blinds faster than we thought. The salesperson kept in contact with us through the procedure so that we knew what was happening, and when. The guy who installed them was very nice, very efficient, and did a good job. We are satisfied with the color. The color was really exactly what we wanted and they worked just fine.

They're they're a little pricey for me, but they did a good job. She was very courteous and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the blinds and didn't pressure me or anything and installation went very well too. They were pretty much on time when they said they were going to bring the product in the house.

I appreciated the price and the quality and I also liked that a customer service Rep could come out to me fairly quickly. I feel like they did a good job, although I would have liked my designer to call me and see that everything went well. And I didn't get a follow up from her. I wasn't able to get the trim that I wanted after they came to measure.

They answered my questions and they came out without much time passing. They were very efficient in answering questions and doing the service. I had automatic blinds put in one window. You push a button and they go up and down on their own and it's been working very nicely.

They were recommended to us by our son and daughter-in-law. So far we're very pleased with them and quality-wise they seem to be fine. We live in Arizona and it's very hot in the front of the house so the blinds are in direct sunlight and I don't even put them up. I just leave them down just to filter out the sun.

We've used them before. Every time I called I got an immediate response with the answers I wanted. The gentleman that came here was very professional and everything was great about them. They come to your house and do everything for you. They measure, they order, they install, and they don't leave a mess. I believe they warranty for the rest of your life basically, so I like that also.

I went with 3 Day Blinds on a recommendation from a friend. I've only gotten part of them in the bedroom. And they're nice- they're well made. I'm just waiting on my shutters. So far, so good. The salesperson and her supervisor were very good at working with me on my timetable and my pricing. They weren't the most expensive but they do what they're supposed to do. They function well and they look really nice. I have a big sliding glass door with 4 big panels of glass and they were able to get a product that worked well in our space.

The people seemed to know what they were doing when they came and measured and when they installed them. Everything went well and the blinds seem well made. Initially thought I could get them in 3 days, but I found that I couldn't because they had to be special ordered and everything. But it was worth the wait. They're beautiful and I love them.

My rep was prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. She answered every question, helped me with pick the one I liked, and the installation was exactly the timing she said. However, it's not 3 days, so that's a bit misleading. It's 6 weeks to get the curtains. I didn't mind that, but maybe think about changing the name.

The guy that came and measured was great. I liked that they have a lot of diversity and choices so we could get exactly what we wanted. However, we had a little bit of an issue with shipping. That took a lot longer than we had discussed when we bought them. So that was disappointing, because we didn't have anything on our windows for like 5 weeks which was a little frustrating. Plus, they're super expensive.

I really like the plantation shutters. The salesperson was not very good, but the installation and the measurer person were fabulous. There wasn't anybody specifically directly to talk to. While I was waiting for my blinds to arrive, there was just no follow up. And that was with a salesperson that was designated to help me. Regarding payment, you put half down at the start and half when you finish, but when I was finished I didn't know that they were doing that. But they just went ahead and took the same credit card so I'm just glad I had enough money in the bank to use that credit card. So follow up in my opinion was very poor.

They were very prompt in getting back to me to set up an appointment, and I value that. Their installer - I think his name was Sam - was absolutely incredible. It's definitely an investment, as they're expensive. But they are very good quality. I have the electric ones and they work seamlessly and they're quiet.

I liked the person that I met with very much and and I liked everything about what they had to say. Both the installer and the person who sold to us were highly professional and qualified. I love the look of the honeycomb blinds I purchased, the simplicity of the product looks perfect for my 6-window sunroom. The issue is that they are made of a polyester that is so thin it tears like tissue paper and cannot it be cleaned. This means every 3-4 years I'll have to replace. Aside from the $2K +, adding 6 shades to the landfill is discouraging. EVERY company MUST REDUCE it's contribution to our environment. The woven blinds I purchased for 3 doors are OK, the valence look very cheap tho. (Another $2k+) They are beginning to unravel at edges but I was told it's normal and just trim the loose stragglers, $4k+ is a huge expense for me, I had expected a was better quality. All the staff I've worked with have been amazing so if I could rate customer service it would earn 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from me.

When the representative came, he was very prepared, very professional, he listened to us, and he showed me all the samples. I was very happy with the presentation. And the installer was tremendous. It's all-encompassing with 1 company. You order it, someone measures, and then an installer comes and installs. You don't have to do any other work. If there's a problem, they reorder it automatically and then come out and switch them out.

The guy who came over to do all the fittings and everything was very responsive. He's very friendly, got in quick, got out quick, and then when the guy came to do the actual installation, it was ridiculously fast and he did an excellent job. One of the blinds came damaged and the installer notified me immediately when they pulled it out of the box and they said "We'll take care of this immediately. This rarely happens." Within less than a week, they brought in the replacement, more than I could ask for, so we were happy.
