Everyone was professional and very helpful. One of my blinds came in defective and the technician pointed it out to me and said he was going to place an order for a new one. They are still trying to find the correct color and fabric that was just installed in my house in March, so I'm still waiting for one to be replaced.

It was very easy. They showed up when they said they show up. They came and took the measurements and then they scheduled a follow up appointment to make the installation and they checked with me a day before to make sure everything was still OK for the installation. They came when they said they were going to come and they cleaned up after themselves.

I have some in my home from 2011 and they're still very up to date and working and look very nice. The best thing is that they come to your home and measure and you don't have to go out and shop for them.

They have wonderful installers. Brandon came and the installers were terrific. I'm not disappointed with the quality, I think they're well made. We had a problem with one blind that didn't work and I called their customer service and they sent me a brochure on how to operate it. So the customer service is great.

Both the person who came and explained the company and showed me the blind samples that were available as well as the person who installed them were personable and professional. They adhered to the timeline that the sales person indicated and then the installer was on time and very punctual and professional.

Ease of a consultation and picking them out and the installation was pretty seamless. They are quality. They were on time, the installer was very knowledgeable and he did a few things extra that he didn't have to do and stayed additional time to make sure I was happy. They look good. They seem to be sturdy and I hope we have them for a long time. They don't always respond to emails. Our installer, his name was Kevin, and he was just right on top of things. I thought they they would have had to have two people come to install these blinds, but Kevin did it all himself.

The blinds are really good. The service was really good too. I thought it was a little expensive, but that's not a problem. One blind was put in and it was everything we needed and the ease of use is really, really good. The convenience. I just called them up and they sent someone out to do the measurements and all that and then they sent the installer out and it was a pretty easy process. They had the representative come out and show me all the samples and and everything very quickly and they got the the order processed quickly. The turn around time was good.

They've held up really well and they're good quality products. If you do have an issue, they'll come out immediately and fix it, so that was helpful. The install guys were here till 9:00 PM the one night. They were so nice. It was just really accommodating, flexible. I feel like the value is really good for what we ended up picking.

The installation guy was there and gone was very fast and explained everything to me. The salesperson was okay and I think the blinds are a little expensive. I love the blinds that I've got. It's a blackout blind and it is on a remote control. It's very nice. It didn't come in three days, it came in about 3 weeks, but they were delivered before they said they would be delivered.

I think that it's a good company, they stand by their warranty.
