Overall, we had a great experience - from sales to installation. The choice of fabrics for our shades was also impressive. Our only complaint is that our pull-down shades sometimes stick. I suspect that one of them was cut a smidgeon too wide. We have to wrestle with it a little bit to get it to go all the way up. On the other hand, our large motorized shade is fantastic! We also love the zebra shades in our bedroom. They allow privacy while simultaneously letting in filtered light.

Convenience of someone coming to the house to bring samples, ease of ordering. Also, not a lot of places anymore that carry blinds,etc. Once received, I liked the finished product, the fit was perfect as was the installation. Need to improve sales process. Ordering sales contract too quick, lacks information and you don’t get a copy of contract until after salesperson leaves.

The original sales person was very helpful in my decision making. I am very happy with my roller shades, the center has a motor to raise and lower shade and with the extra cost. The shutters for the upper windows are very well made, my only complaint is that it took 3 months to get them made, they were made overseas so that was the delay. Installation was fast and well done. I would use 3 Day blinds again.

Remember, 3-day Blinds from the 1990's do not mean the blinds will arrive in three days. They may take three weeks or more, but once they arrive, the installer is fabulous and you should be happy. I love the new mechanism since my shades are vertical and split in the center. There's no strip that falls off or gets unglued anymore. The modern ones are magnetic within the framework. So, I plan to get one more set to cover my largest window and I have shoji screens to cover the opening during my wait. The colors are almost lighter which is fine now; the darker green shade was better a long time ago because we needed our darkening shades. Now, not a problem.
