Did a lot of research and price comparing and decided on 3 Day Blinds. The remotes were not available when installed in Sept. We were told an installer would come and sync remote to blinds . Have reached out 3 times and this has still not been done. The blinds are great, but this not being done lowers the rating.

I already had a 3-day blind installation, I like it very much. I ordered a new insulation for another opening. The installation went well but the operating program another and it's operational method had completely changed necessitating a new and different remote. I personally found this to be frustrating. I got estimates from 3 blinds companies and 3 Day Blinds was the best offer. The sales person worked with me to choose the best option for my condo: fabric, style, color. I got Flutes with motorized remotes. They delivered on schedule. The only slight problem was that the installer arrived 3 hours late because his earlier deliveries ran longer than expected. He came through for us though and worked late into the evening to complete the job.

I decided to work with 3 day Blinds again because of they did a fabulous job with my blind installation previously. The weather changes of late required different blinds to block out the sunlight, which was becoming increasingly intense. The Rep suggested the correct blinds which were very attractive, and suggested we could use the new blinds manually, along with the initial blinds! This arrangement is not only effective, but the affect is spectacular! I recommend 3 day blinds to anyone needing an attractive alternative to window treatments.

Great sales person came to our home and showed samples, gave feedback, etc. Measurements were taken and then taken by a second person. When it was time to install the ordered blinds, one window - the most important one for shade - the blinds did not fit and had to be re-ordered. When the second order arrived and were installed, they fell down after 3 days of use.....and the wait time for repair was several weeks. We finally had our contractor put up the re-ordered shade and fingers crossed, so far all is OK. Everyone we worked with was polite and professional, just the length of time for the initial appointment and service were very long - more than 3 days, more than 3 weeks.......way too long to wait for the privacy and shade needed.
