Peggy was a sales person and she was very personable, took her time, went over the options with me. There was number rush, very nonchalant and relaxed, and the installer was magnificent. He came. He was very professional He put up the blinds and he put it up cleanly and took all the trash with him and I thought that was that was great. They're not as opaque as I'd hoped they would be. But I'm still satisfied with the blinds. The process was simple.

It was easy having someone come and get it done quickly. There were no issues that had to be resolved or anything like that. It was very, very easy to do. I like the choice of colors and the choice of fabrics. As soon as I contacted them, they sent someone out and within three to five days the person was here installing and taking the old ones down that I had. Everything was done very smoothly.

She came out and did a great job and told us what would work there and what wouldn't work there and was very knowledgeable. We've only had them up a few months, so I'm just assuming they're going to be great blinds. They look good. They're courteous, they're friendly, and basically they explained, explained the blinds and what they do and how much light they let in and all that good stuff.

The best thing was they came to my home, the scheduling was done right away, but I think the main thing is that they came here and they pretty much brought the showroom with them. Everything seems very sturdy and good quality. The representative that I spoke to the first time was was quick to respond, very professional when she came and she knew what I liked just from gathering some information from me. She showed me the product and she gave me suggestions.

The fact that they could come out quick and see what we needed was great. They were very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable in terms of their product. The fact that we were able to get ahold of them and they could come out in a short time was the best thing. It's been 11 years since we had the original ones put in. Even the installer was very good, they were out here in a week. The blinds are working well; they were measured very well.

They are pretty expensive. They're customed to my windows. I have pretty large and high windows, so they got it exactly what I was supposed to. It was a constant back and forth that I had to handle. They're pretty thick, they block out the light which is the main reasons I got them and overall pretty good quality from what I've seen so far. They were pretty responsive. There were just a few delays, but they did manage to get everything set up in a timely manner.

The sales rep was knowledgeable about the product was straight up right away. She was very efficient. I also liked the way that she sent in a person to do the measurements. She measured for the price, but then also she had someone else come in, so that she made sure that her measurements were precise so that when I received the product it would go in smoothly. I called, made an appointment and they were out the next day.

When I've had issues or needs, they found a way to resolve it. The material is good material and so far, they've functioned as designed. They change their fabrics so if you buy something and you decide you didn't do your entire house all at once, it's hard to get the same fabric choice in 3-6 months, they're telling you that fabric is no longer available.

They really work. Unless my husband or I set the alarm, I would sleep right through the day thinking it was still nighttime in my bedroom. The best thing would have been all the installation. The person who came in to install the blinds was expeditious. The measurements were very accurate. He showed me how to raise and lower the blinds because I got the lowering from the top and raising from the bottom, and he also showed me that if I was getting any light at the very bottom I was to pull the blind below the sill and then push it in and it would fit exactly and block out all the light.

This last time we've got shutters which we've purchased from 3 Day in the past and they're always really good quality and the installer is really good at what he does. He comes out and measures after you place your initial order, makes sure all the measurements are correct, and then he installs them. Great job of installing them all by himself, no assistance.

I would like to compliment the installers. They sent 2 installers and they were in and out and neat and amazing. Short times, so they were very, very professional and they did a good job. It was very easy to make the selections and I didn't have to leave the house. It was just a simple process to do. They set up a date to visit you and go over the pricing and everything and then they measure and then somebody else comes back and measures to be sure it is right. 3 Day presented the product very good and had what I wanted because I'm very light sensitive, my eyelids are thin, and I need a blackout type curtain and they provided what I needed. They're wonderful blinds, it's just that it's hard sometimes. I have arthritis real bad and it's hard sometimes to pull them up and down. I got them with the rope thing and it's hard for me to do it, but it'd be hard with any curtain. Installation was fast. They came and put them in and it was done. And they work wonderfully.

They're very expensive. One thing we ordered wasn't the color anticipated, I wish we could have seen the comparison before installation. It was nice that they come to measure, they take responsibility for the measuring and then the installation. Very nice quality and they work well. I have the automated blinds and they do work very well. Everything has gone smooth.

I knew the person that came out to do measurements and I was very happy with her and with the installation. I'm waiting for phone calls because we need a new remote for our blinds, but we haven't heard anything about that yet, but I'm not worried about it. Everyone we dealt with designer and sales, measurements, installers, were all pleasant, professional, and efficient. The products seem first-rate. We are satisfied with the process and the results. The wait for custom shutters was rather long, but understandable given circumstances. And one unit that was replaced at the original installer's recommendation, is noticeably, to me, crooked. But that may be due to the actual construction of the window. Others might not notice.

I had a friend whose home I've been in and they had gotten blinds from 3 Day Blinds when they first moved in about five years ago. I knew they were happy with those, so that's who I went with. The young woman who came and sold the blinds was outstanding. She didn't push a sale any one direction and knew immediately what I was looking for. Everything was done efficiently from ordering to delivery and no mess left behind. The only kind of complaint that I had is that they left a couple of tiny marks on our new windows.

We called the number and the lady helped us sort it all out and she came right over. 5The sales person did a great job and the young man that came and installed it did a super job. It was fast and it was easy to do. We really like them. I think the only issue we're going to have is I was told that after two to three months we would have to recharge them so that they will go up and down, so I've got to figure out how to do that. That's about the only thing I'm not sure how to do.

Their overall experience and designing the blind for and making the project went well and their installation was very good. They finished the product on time and they also had one blind that didn't work so they corrected that and brought it back here and that was at the behest of the installer that it needed to be a little bit wider so overall customer service experience was great. The person we worked with was prompt and he had some excellent ideas and suggestions as we were debating what to do and it was valuable to us. He did all the measurements and then later they were able to quickly turn around the blinds for us. In our particular case we were moving into a new house so we had nothing on the windows and needed to get something up there. There are a good quality better than average but I wouldn't say they are the greatest quality.

I thought the price was initially very high, but I think they were flexible on it and we were able to come down to a good number we can both work with so I appreciated their flexibility. Quick delivery. It's a very very high quality product, I'm very satisfied with it. I got the motorized shades so I ended up getting six of them across two sets of sliding glass doors and they really work very very well. They maintain good lines of communication and they installed on time.

I was very well satisfied with the fact that they replaced my blinds you know all I had to do was pay extra for what can replacement blinds cost from what I had paid originally for the blinds I paid like forty-five dollars. I was very satisfied with them because that was the type of a blind that I was looking for, for my window. I'm so just happy with the quality of them. I had a problem. I had my blinds installed and I was having problem when a couple of shades wouldn't stop where I wanted them to, so I called my representative and she talked to the company to see what they could do and maybe replace all my blinds and they replaced all my blinds that I was having a problem with and there were five of them.

I think what they do is good product. They best thing was they had two samples brought to the home instead of having to go to a store. They're good quality. They were replacing ones I had before and they were at least at least as good as the old ones in terms of quality. They were very polite. There was a missing piece because the cord for a couple of them were wrong, but it was actually fine because they fixed and replaced it and now they're working correctly.

They were more expensive than I thought they were going to be. I think the name is a little misleading cause three days was only a suggestion. I think it took like seven weeks or something like that. Well I think the fact that they come into your home and measure is the best thing. We love the blinds the color is perfect for our walls and we're very very happy. I thought they did a good job. They were polite and professional. The young man that came out for the installation had a miscommunication with time of install.

I would recommend them. You can select from the variety of things that they have, you can select what you want and that's what you got so no complaints there. It takes a couple of weeks between ordering and receiving the product it's really not three days but I have no complaints. The products that I've had for four years are still very new looking and I liked it so well that I ordered from more windows. They do what they say they will do they deliver the product, the service is good the people are pleasant no complaints.

I'm just glad I have them. They were quick and they set up the appointment quickly. The blinds are a lifetime guarantee and the guy did a good job. The only thing I'm disappointed in is I think that the big window it's actually like three regular windows put together. I really think we should have two blinds there, it seems also heavy but other than that I'm very happy with it.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable about the products 3 Day Blinds offer. He was professional and made my selections easy. I have ordered from 3 Day Blinds twice. Both times the Blinds arrived when expected and installed in a timely manner. I had the same installer both times. He was fast and explained everything in regards to which remote went with which set of Blinds and how to recharge the motor for both sets.

It is just everything I thought it would be and it also saves I think so much energy because we had just current update before and they just working very well. The salesperson was very very knowledgeable and she's been with the company for awhile, she gave me some ideas and then the installation, as they did the installation was very good he just was quiet. I thought they were a little pricey but it's what I wanted and that's why I got them.

The associate came in and she was very efficient, very polite, knew her job as a decorator and she picked the right color, I'm just totally satisfied. Many many compliments on these blinds. It's a good quality. They fulfill the order in a reasonable amount of time and the installer also knew what he was doing. They were experienced people in servicing the public.

The only thing is that kind of delayed it was something a part was broken when they opened the box to complete the project the last day and it took weeks to get that part otherwise everything was good. But it should have been checked before it was put in the truck and came to put it up because it wasted a lot of time. I called about it and they said it came from the factory so they didn't check them before they pulled out but that held us up about a few weeks just to wait for that one piece so that's all I have to say otherwise it was good I love the blinds.

They were very professional. They did exactly what they said they would do. Heidi explained products, and she gave us options. We selected the blinds that we wanted. They were installed perfectly in 3 days! And, she checked up on us after the installation. We misplaced the charger for the blinds. and she made arrangements to have a new one sent to us.

My windows are an unusual size and I had used another company to purchase blinds that were much cheaper. You get what you pay for! The blinds broke and their customer service was non-existent.
