The installation process was great. A couple of days later, noticed the fabric peeling off of the base. I contacted my sales person, and she referred me to customer service. I heard from them once, quite a while back, and nothing else since then. This is the 1st time I’ve ever had any problems.

Liked fabric selection. Install went smoothly. However, not at all happy with designer. She is in the wrong business. The treatment in the family room is way too formal. The designer did not inform me that the top drape would be mounted on a board instead of having a soft flow. Also, the treatments in the kitchen are 4 to 6 inches too long and look really awkward. The delivery time was longer than I had been told to expect, and I was not kept apprised of the progress—I had to call repeatedly to find out when the treatments would be ready. Finally, nobody followed up with me after completion to ensure my satisfaction.

My initial salesperson (Regina Zuniga) was personable and professional. When there was a problem with my order however, I felt disregarded. The installer blamed me for a problem with the shutters over the phone to corporate (I oveheard him), and whenever I reached out to my appointed contact (samiha muhammad), she only responded to me after multiple emails and voicemails. This process of follow up after follow up has been exhausting and honestly makes me wish I had done business with another company. As things stand, I am still awaiting a repair person, since the last time they were scheduled, they called at the end of the allotted time window, stating they were still an hour away. This has been a 4-month long ordeal so far, and we are still not at the end.

I have dealt with 3 Day Blinds several times. when purchasing shades and curtains. Several months ago, i purchased curtains for my basement sliding door. The stitching started to come apart and had to call for service. Tech person came out and determined they couldn't be fixed and had to order new curtains. On July 30th, I received an e-mail stating that they are on back order and estimated arrival time wouldn't be until early September

We talked to a couple of blind companies. We really love Heather. She’s done a wonderful job so far so we called her back again to finish our house. We previously had a blind installed on a large window in the dining room. It was hard to reach and after 20 years the cord broke. I tied another company first but they would not sell or install a blind because of its high location. I found the tag on the old blind and saw it was from 3 Day Blinds. I contacted them, they came out showed be an option for an electric mechanism. It works great! No more reaching and stretching to lower the blind. Thank you!

I needed blinds quickly. The sales person came out the day after I called. He showed me choices in my price range. The blinds arrived about a week later with a gentleman who hung them in about 15 minutes. They are nice blinds. I get compliments on them all the time. They work well and are sturdy. I highly recommend 3 Day Blinds for their service and product.
