It was very easy, I just called and made the appointment. They came out when they said they would. I placed the order and then the installer came out and everything just worked really well. It's just very well made, I'm very impressed. They were very responsive, they came out and took the measurements, gave me the estimate. Then when the blinds came in, they installed it and everything was perfect.

3 Day presented the product very good and had what I wanted because I'm very light sensitive, my eyelids are thin, and I need a blackout type curtain and they provided what I needed. They're wonderful blinds, it's just that it's hard sometimes. I have arthritis real bad and it's hard sometimes to pull them up and down. I got them with the rope thing and it's hard for me to do it, but it'd be hard with any curtain. Installation was fast. They came and put them in and it was done. And they work wonderfully.

He came in and presented everything that I wanted and he saw what I was looking for and he bought that with him, so I didn't have anything bad to say about them. They're very expensive. One thing we ordered wasn't the color anticipated, I wish we could have seen the comparison before installation. It was nice that they come to measure, they take responsibility for the measuring and then the installation. Very nice quality and they work well. I have the automated blinds and they do work very well. Everything has gone smooth.

The guy that did the install was also very knowledgeable and took time to just demonstrate how to use the blinds and then also talk about caring for the blinds as well. I appreciated that, he was pretty good. The process was very easy, it wasn't complicated at all, and it didn't take too much time to do the order. The guy who came out to give me the estimate was very nice and he seemed very knowledgeable. He provided great feedback and guidance to what I should get or what would look right.

I knew the person that came out to do measurements and I was very happy with her and with the installation. I'm waiting for phone calls because we need a new remote for our blinds, but we haven't heard anything about that yet, but I'm not worried about it. The blinds that were installed in our living room that help cut out the sun are effective, but maybe a little too dark.

The manager was super easy to work with. Really knowledgeable, very patient, really that was great. The person who installed was really fast. I did have a little billing issue and when I called about it, the person I talked to was really gracious and courteous.

Everyone we dealt with designer and sales, measurements, installers, were all pleasant, professional, and efficient. The products seem first-rate. We are satisfied with the process and the results. The wait for custom shutters was rather long, but understandable given circumstances. And one unit that was replaced at the original installer's recommendation, is noticeably, to me, crooked. But that may be due to the actual construction of the window. Others might not notice.

I had a friend whose home I've been in and they had gotten blinds from 3 Day Blinds when they first moved in about five years ago. I knew they were happy with those, so that's who I went with. The young woman who came and sold the blinds was outstanding. She didn't push a sale any one direction and knew immediately what I was looking for. Everything was done efficiently from ordering to delivery and no mess left behind. The only kind of complaint that I had is that they left a couple of tiny marks on our new windows.

We called the number and the lady helped us sort it all out and she came right over. 5The sales person did a great job and the young man that came and installed it did a super job. It was fast and it was easy to do. We really like them. I think the only issue we're going to have is I was told that after two to three months we would have to recharge them so that they will go up and down, so I've got to figure out how to do that. That's about the only thing I'm not sure how to do.

Their overall experience and designing the blind for and making the project went well and their installation was very good. They finished the product on time and they also had one blind that didn't work so they corrected that and brought it back here and that was at the behest of the installer that it needed to be a little bit wider so overall customer service experience was great. Everything was as presented and installation was perfect.

The person we worked with was prompt and he had some excellent ideas and suggestions as we were debating what to do and it was valuable to us. He did all the measurements and then later they were able to quickly turn around the blinds for us. In our particular case we were moving into a new house so we had nothing on the windows and needed to get something up there. There are a good quality better than average but I wouldn't say they are the greatest quality.

I thought the price was initially very high, but I think they were flexible on it and we were able to come down to a good number we can both work with so I appreciated their flexibility. Quick delivery. It's a very very high quality product, I'm very satisfied with it. I got the motorized shades so I ended up getting six of them across two sets of sliding glass doors and they really work very very well. They maintain good lines of communication and they installed on time.

I was very well satisfied with the fact that they replaced my blinds you know all I had to do was pay extra for what can replacement blinds cost from what I had paid originally for the blinds I paid like forty-five dollars. I was very satisfied with them because that was the type of a blind that I was looking for, for my window. I'm so just happy with the quality of them. I had a problem. I had my blinds installed and I was having problem when a couple of shades wouldn't stop where I wanted them to, so I called my representative and she talked to the company to see what they could do and maybe replace all my blinds and they replaced all my blinds that I was having a problem with and there were five of them.

I think what they do is good product. They best thing was they had two samples brought to the home instead of having to go to a store. They're good quality. They were replacing ones I had before and they were at least at least as good as the old ones in terms of quality. They were very polite. There was a missing piece because the cord for a couple of them were wrong, but it was actually fine because they fixed and replaced it and now they're working correctly.

They were more expensive than I thought they were going to be. I think the name is a little misleading cause three days was only a suggestion. I think it took like seven weeks or something like that. Well I think the fact that they come into your home and measure is the best thing. We love the blinds the color is perfect for our walls and we're very very happy. I thought they did a good job. I would recommend them. You can select from the variety of things that they have, you can select what you want and that's what you got so no complaints there. It takes a couple of weeks between ordering and receiving the product it's really not three days but I have no complaints. The products that I've had for four years are still very new looking and I liked it so well that I ordered from more windows. They do what they say they will do they deliver the product, the service is good the people are pleasant no complaints.

I'm just glad I have them. They were quick and they set up the appointment quickly. The blinds are a lifetime guarantee and the guy did a good job. The only thing I'm disappointed in is I think that the big window it's actually like three regular windows put together. I really think we should have two blinds there, it seems also heavy but other than that I'm very happy with it.

It is just everything I thought it would be and it also saves I think so much energy because we had just current update before and they just working very well. The only thing is that kind of delayed it was something a part was broken when they opened the box to complete the project the last day and it took weeks to get that part otherwise everything was good. But it should have been checked before it was put in the truck and came to put it up because it wasted a lot of time. I called about it and they said it came from the factory so they didn't check them before they pulled out but that held us up about a few weeks just to wait for that one piece so that's all I have to say otherwise it was good I love the blinds.

Our design consultant ruined our $8.5k order by not adding "TDBU" to the contract to indicate the blinds should lower from the top as well as rise from the bottom. We trusted our consultant to fill the order as we had discussed and now we are stuck with $8.5k worth of useless blinds. Never using or recommending this company to anyone.

It was a lot faster than I thought it would be. From order to installation was quicker than I thought and they fit perfectly. I also like the fact that they are almost a perfect color match to the existing ones in the dining room. I also love the fact that they’re electric.
