When I had the blinds installed the first time on the 3 windows, 2 of the windows were little windows and the poles were put on the wrong side so you could see them from the big open room, rather than against to the wall where you wouldn't see them. I called and sent 3 Day pictures and talked to them about it, they said no problem, we'll just remake the blinds at no charge. They couldn't move the pulleys from one side to the other, the mechanisms up in the top, so they just made the blinds and brought them out and reinstalled them.

The product is very good, the installation professional & well done, but the advertising as 2 for one is not clear. Once involved, I should have cancelled the contract. With installation & delivery, it’s not really 2 for one. Simply the product is too expensive & how long they will last is also an unknown. I felt the sales team was personable & knowledgeable, but the billing was confusing. I did compare costs when I was trying to consider cancelling to an up island company that did not return calls & a company in Southampton which was even more expensive. Though I love the blinds, the project was way too expensive for me. I should have looked for more reasonable alternatives. So that’s on me.

Peggy's (sales person) advice was awesome! She was very professional and provided great information. The person doing the measurements was very quick and did an accurate job. The installation company took 3 weeks to schedule and the installation still isn't completed. I still have 8 business days before the installer will be available-- the appointment setter said that was the first available appointment for installation. I asked for the option to have the blinds installed by someone of my choice, but they said it wasn't an option. The only reason I didn't give the company 5 stars-- because of the poor installation process. I also believe that the long delay for installations should be disclosed up front-- maybe even saying the the name of the company is 3 day blinds-- but that doesn't include a 3-4 week installation delay.

Part one of my order has been delivered. The blinds have been installed and are perfect. However, I need another remote and the company charged me a$100.00 for one. This is outrageous after I’ve spent thousands on my total order. Part two is to be delivered 5/19. This delivery includes valances and draperies. I hope the installation goes as smoothly as the first.

My initial contact with this job was great. She came in, went over all of my options, measured everything, answered any and all of my questions and was just enjoyable to have in my home. The blinds are 2 inch faux wood blinds and they're totally functional and everything, they're just not maybe the highest quality that I was expecting. But the price was amazing.

The girl who initially met with was wonderful, right on top of everything, had all kinds of answers. She came out immediately, measured, discussed the one window that was going to be difficult and it was done. One of my blinds came in in three days and one came in in three months, so I'm not exactly sure what that meant. That was a little disappointing, but once it was in it was outstanding.

Working with them was easy. I like the blinds that I ordered. They work well and I'm very happy with them. The blinds are great. But they have two plastic hold down brackets, which are extremely inferior. They broke on day two. I contacted customer service and she wanted to charge me $13. I said I'm not paying anything because it just broke on the second day. Then they finally decided they were going to send me replacements. They sent me replacement parts for everything but the two little plastic brackets - Twice. So that didn't cost me anything, but it did cost the company something and to me that's a total waste

Jody, our sales consultant, was great. The installer came out to double check the measurements, that was the best. The whole experience was great. I wish that the wood for the blinds comes from China. I wish the materials were coming from the US instead of China. I know they're put together and installed here, but they said that one of the reasons it takes so long - 4 to 5 months - is that the wood is coming from China. And that part I wasn't thrilled about and I didn't learn that till after the installation. I prefer that everything is made in America.

I saw an advertisement for 3 Day Blinds and I called them. They answered back quickly, came out, and everything was what I needed. The worst thing is they're high price. They paid attention to all the details and everything has been perfect. It hasn't been long and we haven't used them a lot, but they've worked perfectly and have made a huge, huge difference. It's completely shield proof you might say. Easy to operate and again, you cannot see through them, which is what I wanted.

She went back to her car and got more samples and explained everything to us and I felt like she spent some extra time making sure that we were happy with our choices. I also have shutters in my home and they were delayed and we had some problems, but I had no problems from start to finish. Convenient. They worked within the budget that I had set. I recommend their product. I recommend the representatives, they were knowledgeable, the installers were fabulous, and they didn't disappoint. The product was exactly what was shown to me in the initial presentation and then I wasn't disappointed when the product was actually installed. There was some follow up work that had to be done and because of the product what was shipped wasn't complete and so they were timely in getting it repaired.

It was a pretty easy process. I'm just glad we have blinds because we didn't before. We got the typical blind, so they're exactly what I expected. Just your standard blind, didn't get anything fancy or anything super different. They're totally fine. We never had any issues. I was really pleased that the blinds actually came in a little bit before they had quoted. I think they said originally it was going to be 4 weeks and I think it only took like 2 to 3. So that was really nice to be able to get them in before.

They do well with what you have in your home and the installation was pristine. The guys who did the installation were really good people who did an excellent job, very clean. The sales guy knew the installer that was coming and everybody communicated to me, I knew what to expect. They seemed very professional and it didn't seem like anything was confusing. It was all straight up. This was going down, and this was going to happen, and this guy will be here to put them in, and they all showed up. I didn't need the blinds till after Christmas, but then they came in 3 weeks early, so we got them in before, so that was kind of nice too.

The girl came out on time to consult with me and gave me pricing on the spot, was able to pick out everything in less than an hour, and then everything was on time with delivery and installation. The consultant or person who came to give me a quote and everything was extremely knowledgeable. Then the person that measured was very good, and then the person that installed was outstanding too. So I had 3 different people that I encountered that were all very skilled and knowledgeable. The speed of how quickly they move to get from consult to installation was a remarkably short amount of time for something like that. I think that's probably the best thing. And you still get great quality. The blind they put in, they did a great job, it's beautiful. I've had a lot of compliments.

The fact that they could come out quick and see what we needed was great. They were very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable in terms of their product. They are pretty expensive. They're customed to my windows. I have pretty large and high windows, so they got it exactly what I was supposed to. It was a constant back and forth that I had to handle. They're pretty thick, they block out the light which is the main reasons I got them and overall pretty good quality from what I've seen so far. They were pretty responsive. There were just a few delays, but they did manage to get everything set up in a timely manner.

She measured for the price, but then also she had someone else come in, so that she made sure that her measurements were precise so that when I received the product it would go in smoothly. I would like to compliment the installers. They sent 2 installers and they were in and out and neat and amazing. Short times, so they were very, very professional and they did a good job. It was very easy to make the selections and I didn't have to leave the house. It was just a simple process to do. They look very nice on the windows and the one vertical we had really improved the look of the room.

They really work. Unless my husband or I set the alarm, I would sleep right through the day thinking it was still nighttime in my bedroom. The best thing would have been all the installation. The person who came in to install the blinds was expeditious. The measurements were very accurate. He showed me how to raise and lower the blinds because I got the lowering from the top and raising from the bottom, and he also showed me that if I was getting any light at the very bottom I was to pull the blind below the sill and then push it in and it would fit exactly and block out all the light.

When I've had issues or needs, they found a way to resolve it. The material is good material and so far, they've functioned as designed. They change their fabrics so if you buy something and you decide you didn't do your entire house all at once, it's hard to get the same fabric choice in 3-6 months, they're telling you that fabric is no longer available.

We have nothing but good a good feeling about three day blinds. They do their job very well. They are very polite on the phone. They set up a date to visit you and go over the pricing and everything and then they measure and then somebody else comes back and measures to be sure it is right. Then they come and install them and we just felt they did a great job. They're very easy to keep clean. They look nice at the windows. Quality service.

They seem to be fine. Quick service, courteousness people. The performance of the shutters has been great and the blinds as well. I didn't have any problems contacting anyone. The workmen that came to the house were respectful of my home, waking sure they cleaned up after themselves, removing their shoes on my wood floors when asked and just, um, just providing great service.

It was a very good experience and I've dealt with a lot of contractors lately and they would be on the top of my list. It was a pleasure. They weren't done in three days, but I didn't expect them to be. But they were done on a timeline that they gave me and they meant it, and I can't ask for more that. Excellent customer service, excellent product installation, very professional, I am very pleased. They seem to be good quality. They're heavy, they're easy to maneuver. Excellent.

If I have another need for buying blinds, I'll certainly call 3 day blinds. Quick turn around and the the people that came to do it we're very they were knowledgeable and they represented the company very well. Very durable and they look good on the windows. The lady who came out and the fellow who came to install were very friendly and answered any questions I had. It was less than a week and we had our blinds up.

The quality and the price is very reasonable for what we received. They're really beautiful and they're very functional. It's very convenient to have motorized blinds and do it from your telephone to adjust them to how high you want. The customer service was very responsive to getting things arranged and answering our questions. I'm very happy with them.
