I am extremely pleased with all my blinds except for the roman shade, which I find a bit crooked. The mechanism seems off, causing it not to fold correctly. However, the rest of the blinds are fantastic - efficient, professional, and of excellent quality. The customer service was also top-notch. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I think they're great. I think this company, the company is great. I got good advice and the quality of the blinds. I got good service. The salesman was wonderful. He was very reliable. The only thing that I was very shocked about was its advertisement is "3 Day Blinds", which you need to change because it's not 3 days. If I get more blinds, I've got blinds in my house, but if I want to replace any, I will call you.

I have one of the windows at the top down, bottom up. I can see that they're not gonna be lasting very long because the way you have to pull them down looks pretty flimsy. I would have much rather have done it on some sort of a cord, as opposed to just manually pulling them down from the top or pulling them up to the bottom. I don't think they'll last very long. The blinds ended up being a special order because of the size of the vertical blinds. And so what I expected to get in 3 days was more like 4 weeks. One of the blinds that they sent was the wrong blind. For a window with three windows, one of the three blinds was wrong. I feel that I paid for the convenience of the name 3 Day Blinds, and then got blinds. I could order from anywhere and get them at the same time. I believe I overpaid for a convenience that wasn't a convenience. I have also had vertical blinds. They're fine, they're typical vertical blinds.

The workmanship was beautiful. I couldn't see anywhere where the shade was glued, it was sewn, and it just looks great. I think the best thing is to have a knowledgeable consultant who can help you with color choices, and someone who can take a look around and really get your style. I had a very good experience, and I'm very happy with the way everything went.

I think they're doing a great job. I like that the salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. The second measure, the person that comes in is measuring again, just to be sure. It was comforting to know that they were being diligent about giving me the correct product. For the installation, he was very experienced and it was quick. He cleaned up after himself, and it looks great and works well. They're sturdy, strong, easy to use, and fit well.

They're very high quality and they work well. I can use them from either a control that they left with me or from my phone or IPad. It was a very smooth experience from the beginning to the end, from the time I was first contacted, to making my appointment, to having the consultation, to the installation. It's a little pricey, but it makes up for that in convenience. They did almost my whole house and everything is perfect except for one little thing and that is that they mounted a blind in my bedroom area that's crooked and you can see in my bedroom at night. I didn't notice it until maybe a week ago, but other than that, everything else is absolutely perfect.

The blinds were perfectly made. I had priced some other ones and with the sale these were cheaper. I definitely would recommend them. The quality seems to be very good and they're automatic blinds and they had them already pre-programmed. You just push the button and it does what it's supposed to do. And they were very accommodating. I had to move my install date to fit my schedule and they didn't have a problem. And the installer came, was right on time, and did a fabulous job.

I also contacted a couple of other vendors. They never even called me back. So 3 Day Blinds definitely won hands down on that. They were prompt when the consultants arrived and they were prompt when the installer arrived and the blinds actually came earlier than I expected. I haven't had them very long, but they work perfectly every day and I'm very pleased with them. And when they're closed, they are actually closed, which was not true of my other blinds.

The initial response to come out with a designer to help pick out the blinds, set up the order, payment and schedule was very efficient. All stayed on schedule as planned. Questions were answered professionally and on time. The technician who installed the blinds called ahead, was very organized and competed the job professionally. We had a problem with two blinds that did not exactly fit and the technician who installed them returned to make the adjustment. The communication was clear and there was no delay to get him out again to trouble shoot the problem

I enjoyed the consultant that came over and actually helped me decide on which blinds to pick. She took her time with the samples and held them up to the windows and helped me decide what looked best. What I envisioned I didn't end up going with because it didn't look good, so if I'd ordered them online from somewhere, I'd have been disappointed. I didn't have to do anything but pick them out and then everything was taken care of. We have them set on a timer and they just look good in the space and they look high quality.

It was a great customer response, great feedback, and great timing for the products. It was great installations - even the measurements were great. When the guy came out here for the initial visit, the measurements and then the installation, everything was perfect with 3 Day Blinds. I like the company a lot. I did think they were a little bit pricey. The only reason I'm giving a 4 is because my balcony blinds sort of like feel like they're going to break when you push the blinds back. Other than that, everything else about the company is great. The quality of the material was very good also.

I like the blinds. I've never had any problems with them. They come to the house to measure and you don't have to go anywhere. I wanted the same blinds that I had in California and we're in Texas now and they had everything that I purchased online so they could see what I ordered and in what color so I didn't have to do any of searching. They had all of that documentation.

It was a quick turn around time by the time you order and they get installed and somebody comes to measure and install quickly. I ordered a Roman shade and I thought that the top piece of it would have a finished fabric valence and it didn't. So it's not that I disliked the blinds, I just thought that they were going to come a different way than they actually did based on the picture that I saw.

Their customer service is just excellent. They send a Rep out to measure and show you the options. They've got all the books with them, so you can, you know make a decision based on your price point, and then they deliver and it's a really excellent product. The people that come in to do the installation are just wonderful. They're an excellent quality. The material is excellent. The actual use of the blinds is always very good. I've never had one break. They haven't lost any of the strings or any of the mechanisms. Everything's worked always very well.

I called them because on the day of installation, I had an appointment come up and I needed to leave. They contacted the installers and they adjusted their schedule to accommodate my installation. I've been very pleased with them. I've had them for probably six or seven weeks now and I'm pleased with the quality, the material, and how they operate their shades. I thought the person who came to my house gave me great information. I had thought about covering up some other windows and they suggested that I shouldn't cover those windows. I just felt like they were being truthful and really just giving me appropriate information for what I was trying to get done. I think from a decorative standpoint they look very good and from a functional standpoint they are good too. I do think it was a little costly though.

I ordered 4 balances and three of them were way too big so they had to reorder them and I had to wait another month to get them back. That was inconvenient because I had to leave everything the way it was for a whole month. When they did come in, they did fit, but they said it was the manufacturer who cut them off. Everything's really a good quality.

I had them before in previous houses. They've always had great service and are very courteous people. When you have a problem with something they will order the part for you and it's usually free. I've never been charged. They're willing to help and you're not on your own, no questions asked. They also have financing plans and they're reasonably priced.

After my initial call, somebody came out right away and helped me through the process and then we ordered up the blinds and not too long after that they were installed. And then there was a little bit of an issue with a measurement. So it took two or three visits for that to get right. But everybody was so nice and they got it right. The product is superior. It's attractive and does what it's supposed to do.

The quality is good and I'm very happy with it. It's just what we expected and what was described to us by the salesperson. The sales rep had a very wide array of different types of blinds that could be installed. They kept us posted by e-mail how long it was going to take to get installed and whenever it was going to arrive. We already recommended it to our neighbor and she already had a sales rep come out.

The sales rep scheduled the installation pretty quickly. She made suggestions when I was selecting the blinds, especially in looking at the rooms they were going to be used in and the type of backing that we should be using to either block sun or light filter through. She was just good all around. They were knowledgeable and they did great follow up. The installer was amazingly efficient and he was really clean with this work. It was just a really good experience. The blinds perform really well. They look great and we just love them.

Their sales force was very supportive and informative. And the gentleman who installed them, I think his name was Enrique, was very kind and very helpful in terms of learning how to use the application on my phone so I can open and close the blinds using my phone. I'm just incredibly happy with the quality and the function. They keep the heat out and allow the light to come in. They were pricey, but I do believe that they are well worth the investment. They were responsive to us when we tried to set up an appointment they were right out here quickly. And the other companies I contacted never got back to me. We haven't had them that long, but so far they're great. They are just what we were looking for and they work just like they said they would. Plus, they come to the house with everything. They were really prompt in coming out. The salesman explained everything and the guy that installed the blinds was very knowledgeable, friendly, and he didn't make a mess while he was working. So I had the salesperson come out and show me samples of things to help me make a decision and I was happy with the products that she showed me. I did some research and when the consultant came to my home, I could tell that I made the right choice. My consultant was very clear that I could call her about anything and the installers were very helpful and proficient. They're just very good quality blinds. I like the materials - they're metal and wood (or fake wood, whichever you end up choosing). They're pretty fast and the customer service and overall experience was very good.

You guys had installed the blinds in my niece's new house and they were pleased with them, so I went with you. They seemed to have their act together when they came out and measured everything. And when they came and installed them, they were quick and courteous. The blinds are really nice. They're a little hard to open and close now, but maybe they'll loosen a bit. We did have trouble with the scheduling. When the salesperson came out, we had scheduled it for Saturday and then it turns out they don't install on Saturdays, so she should have known that.

Years ago, I had a different kind that was motorized and there were issues where they didn't go up evenly. Throughout the years, they have always honored their warranty. On my order, they were supposed to be giving me another remote control. I don't have it yet, so I would like that to be resolved.

The blinds look nice, they're reasonably priced, and they're still working. They install as quickly as they say they will. They're on time and I enjoyed the experience. Much better than other companies I've had to work with during and since COVID. I called someone I talked to a year ago and she never called back. So I called the central office and finally got a call back and they say she's on a medical leave and I just think that the person answering the phone should have been able to check and see. So that was the only problem I had.

They've been very clear about expectations and what they would do. Everybody showed up when they said they were going to show up. They told me when they would be here and they were here on time or before. The gal that did the initial measurement and did my estimate was really helpful because I'm not much of a decorator and she helped me with choices. It was it was really nice to have some help. I didn't want to have to do it on my own.

The people who work for 3 Day Blinds, they're all very friendly, they're all very helpful, they're all very knowledgeable. They don't pressure you into buying anything. They just come and they show you what they have. You tell them what you're interested in and they don't pressure you into anything. They give you the choice as to whether you want to use them or not.

I really felt that I was valued and Kerry looked at my house, my furnishings, and he could steer me in the correct direction. After they were installed, one of the blinds stopped working and Garrett came out and realized that one of them hadn't been completely programmed. At the same time, he looked at another one and goes, "There's something wrong there" and found out that I had a bad motor. They had to order a new motor and it's all fixed.

Everybody from start to this finish was a professional. The designer who came to my house, was excellent. And then the person that installed them, I think his name was Eric. He was absolutely wonderful. And the blinds are beautiful. They're perfect. You can't see through them like most blinds that you get. These are private and they're absolutely beautiful.

If they tell you something, you can rely on the fact that it's the truth, and that if they tell you they can do something for you, they certainly do. The motors are highly rated and the fabrics were great and the lady that came out has a lot of insight. Apparently she's been with the company quite some time and she helped us choose the fabric and it was a great experience. The follow up was exceptional. They were able to order them, get them in and they were able to store them for us until we got to a point where we could have them installed and the installation went beautifully.

They are a little pricey, but it's worth it. Buyers can get a little bit off by going with a longer instead of three days, it could take three weeks because I was in no rush but for an extra 100 off or something that was worth mentioning. The woman who came here was just fantastic. I thought she did a great job. Someone comes here and it's very fast and they know how to measure. It's just very professional and trustworthy. They last a long time, they are guaranteed. Whenever I've had a problem, someone comes immediately and fixes it.

They're great. They call me, they tell me when they're coming, when they get here, the installation goes really smoothly. They know what they're doing. They're very they're a good company. I like all the people that come out. I've used to not only for a home but also for my church hall and kitchen. They last. I've had them on my hand for a number of years and and they're still looking good. My sales Rep, Liz Kennedy, She's wonderful. She knows exactly what I want, what I need. She gives good suggestions. And she's always spot on.

I was disappointed in the color choices for the blinds. I struggled to pick the perfect color for each room. However when they came there was very little difference between the blue , the gray, and the green. It would have been less stressful to just pick one color for all. The second thing I was disappointed about and wish I had known at the outset was the fact that when the motor stops working, there is no manual backup. When mine stopped working within the first 2 months, my living room was fairly dark until someone finally got out to reprogram the blinds. But on the plus side, everyone who came to my house was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional! All in all I am very happy to have my windows covered and none of my issues would stop me from recommending 3 Day, but I will definitely warn whoever asks me about the things that learned through this experience.

When I had the blinds installed the first time on the 3 windows, 2 of the windows were little windows and the poles were put on the wrong side so you could see them from the big open room, rather than against to the wall where you wouldn't see them. I called and sent 3 Day pictures and talked to them about it, they said no problem, we'll just remake the blinds at no charge. They couldn't move the pulleys from one side to the other, the mechanisms up in the top, so they just made the blinds and brought them out and reinstalled them.
