Easy scheduling for ordering and installing. Quality good. Price outrageously expensive. Not sure I would have purchased if I had known before. Absolutely no follow up when i had a problem with the installation. One side fell off. Numerous phone calls, emails and texts with pictures were ignored by the person who I was told should take care of it. I ended up getting someone to fix it. Although I have used 3 day blinds 3 times before, I will NEVER use the company again. Thanks for asking.

Late to install (more than 3 days) Installed at wrong locations, had to pay for the rooms I didn't ask for plus the rooms they missed - no apologies or acknowledgement of mistake Told them we needed install by certain date because buyers were moving in, assured us they could meet the date and even put it in our contract. Then, arrived 3 days later to install, again, no accountability. Didnt respond for several days, extremely rude, no accountability. Blinds were crooked in room, asked them to come out to fix, told us to just fix it ourselves with a screwdriver. Terrible customer service, lack of accountability. Will not ever use again. The installation process was great. A couple of days later, noticed the fabric peeling off of the base. I contacted my sales person, and she referred me to customer service. I heard from them once, quite a while back, and nothing else since then. This is the 1st time I’ve ever had any problems.
