A friend recommended 3-day Blinds. Though we got off on a rocky start, I am very pleased how they solved the problems. Once receiving what I initially asked for, we are extremely happy with the product. My only advice is to the salesperson. Listen to what the client is asking for and make certain you really do understand. Then you can reach to a mutual agreement that is acceptable to everyone.

The service from the home consultant to the installation was great. I love my blinds. However, the issue was when 3 Day Blinds took almost my entire balance from my checking account when I had approval for a 12-month same as cash loan with GreenSky. The assistance I received from 2 customer care reps was not as helpful as it should have been. The first rep simply stopped communicating with no explanation. It wasn't until I heard from the 2nd rep that I was informed she no longer worked for GreenSky. The 2nd rep was helpful initially but she also stopped communicating. Long story short, It took 3 months (from April 8 to July 10) to finally correct and resolve the issue.

Jamie C. , Design Consultant was phenomenal. Jamie was knowledgeable, professional and "spot on" in her color recommendation. Initial installation by J---- went well. He was friendly, professional and did a fine job. However, after his 2nd or 3rd follow up visit to our home to fix/adjust the 3 Day Blind app the blinds do not operate as intended. The blinds go down at night as scheduled. They FAIL to go up at Sunrise as scheduled. J---- has not responded to numerous text messages and phone call.

The rod they sent for my curtain installation was broken. I only had part of my window treatments installed that day. My 3 door slider is still missing a very expensive window treatment.That was 9/1. One Star — Disappointed with the Final Product Charles N was an absolute delight to work with. He was professional, helpful, and made the ordering process a very positive experience. The blinds also arrived in a timely manner and looked exactly as the samples represented, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the reason for my one-star rating is the quality of the finished product and/or installation. One of the blinds does not lay flat, which is very noticeable and disappointing. Given how expensive these blinds were, I expected a much higher level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. I’m HIGHLY disappointed that a product at this price point would have this kind of issue. While I have nothing but positive things to say about Charles, the quality of the final installation/product did not meet my expectations or what I believe should be expected for the price.
