3 Day Blinds was very professional, timely and responsive to all my questions. The entire process was much longer than 3 days (about a month and a half), but that was due to custom shutters that I ordered from what I was told. There products differ from a lot of other companies but they were able to explain and detail how theirs would outlast other companies products. The blinds were ready at the promised time and the shutters, which took longer to manufacture, actually arrived about a week early. The installer was incredible. It was supposed to be a two man team but the single installer who arrived on time went straight to work and was nearly finished by the time the other installer arrived. He worked nonstop and finished much sooner than I expected. He showed me the operation of the shutters and gave me a few additional tips. He was the best part of the entire process. The blinds and shutters appear to be good quality and I'm satisfied for the most part. Some of thw shutters have small gaps at the seams of the frame, but I think you have to be looking for them to see them. A couple of the blinds also appear to be hung slightly crooked as the gap between the window frame and the blinds is uneven. The vertical blinds and the motorized shade were hung perfectly. The total cost was comparable or better than other estimates that i received. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase and installtion of the blinds.

The only thing that I was very shocked about was its advertisement is "3 Day Blinds", which you need to change because it's not 3 days. I have one of the windows at the top down, bottom up. I can see that they're not gonna be lasting very long because the way you have to pull them down looks pretty flimsy. I would have much rather have done it on some sort of a cord, as opposed to just manually pulling them down from the top or pulling them up to the bottom. I don't think they'll last very long. The blinds ended up being a special order because of the size of the vertical blinds. And so what I expected to get in 3 days was more like 4 weeks. One of the blinds that they sent was the wrong blind. For a window with three windows, one of the three blinds was wrong. I feel that I paid for the convenience of the name 3 Day Blinds, and then got blinds. I could order from anywhere and get them at the same time. I believe I overpaid for a convenience that wasn't a convenience. I have also had vertical blinds. They're fine, they're typical vertical blinds.

The workmanship was beautiful. I couldn't see anywhere where the shade was glued, it was sewn, and it just looks great. I think the best thing is to have a knowledgeable consultant who can help you with color choices, and someone who can take a look around and really get your style. I had a very good experience, and I'm very happy with the way everything went.

I think they're doing a great job. I like that the salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. The second measure, the person that comes in is measuring again, just to be sure. It was comforting to know that they were being diligent about giving me the correct product. For the installation, he was very experienced and it was quick. He cleaned up after himself, and it looks great and works well. They're sturdy, strong, easy to use, and fit well.

We are very pleased with the smart solar screen shades we purchased from Three Day Blinds. They give each room such an elegant look and feel. With the app, we can control them from anywhere. We had both a fantastic design consultant and installer who were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. The price is very fair as we obtained three different quotes.

They're very high quality and they work well. I can use them from either a control that they left with me or from my phone or IPad. It was a very smooth experience from the beginning to the end, from the time I was first contacted, to making my appointment, to having the consultation, to the installation. Everybody I was in touch with was very professional, very courteous, and extremely helpful. And every experience I had along the way was a very positive experience.

It's a little pricey, but it makes up for that in convenience. They did almost my whole house and everything is perfect except for one little thing and that is that they mounted a blind in my bedroom area that's crooked and you can see in my bedroom at night. I didn't notice it until maybe a week ago, but other than that, everything else is absolutely perfect.

I also contacted a couple of other vendors. They never even called me back. So 3 Day Blinds definitely won hands down on that. They were prompt when the consultants arrived and they were prompt when the installer arrived and the blinds actually came earlier than I expected. I haven't had them very long, but they work perfectly every day and I'm very pleased with them. And when they're closed, they are actually closed, which was not true of my other blinds.
