They look so beautiful. They fit my living room gorgeously. And I just love them. I don't use them too much because I have dogs and they're very nice material, but they look beautiful in my bigger room. The salesperson that came out and helped me, was very nice, and she knew her stuff. It took about a week and a half.

It was easy access to get to them. It took a while. I had shutters and drapes and sheers. If they could speed it up a little bit, that would be great, but probably it takes any company a while. I've only had them for a short time. They look to be a quality product for a reasonable price.

I made an appointment with 3 Day Blinds online and the designer arrived at my home on the scheduled day and time. She helped me select new blinds and measured them perfectly. A few weeks later the installer arrived and put up my new blinds. The process was easy and convenient. My new blinds look great. Although it was pricey for the convenience.

The blinds are much better the the blinds installed when the house was new. The 3Blinds personnel were friendly, polite and professional. Measurements were taken once and again by someone else to make sure they were exact. The valences on the top of the blinds were attractive.

The blinds are wonderful and have worked well for me. But have had a problem with the front kitchen blind. I put in a call for a repair/replacement on 11-27-23. The number I was given is 1554089. I believe I received a call from someone and was asked to explain what was wrong. Have not heard a word since.

I got the electric shades in some of my rooms and they function so well. I have previously had similar blinds from other manufacturers that didn't work as well. I don't know how they will hold up, but for brand new, they're wonderful. I love them.

The quality speaks for itself. The blinds are well-made. We have remote shades and we just absolutely love them. We're very impressed with the way that they look. We also have Roman shades and they also are very well made and just what we were looking for. We did have a remote that had a faulty battery and they replaced it very quickly.

When the original order was done we were told that 3 Day Blinds would figure out a way to include a doggy door in our bedroom shutters, and they would be installed in under 8 weeks. They were delayed by several weeks and no one got in touch to let us know about the delay. When they finally arrived, the installer put them in without letting us know that the doggy door was not done as requested. The last item he installed was the shutter in the bedroom, and that was when we discovered that it was not correct. It was too late to do anything about it at the time, but I called the sales person and spoke with customer service. They agreed that the doggy door had been part of the original order, but they could not do it. We are left with shutters that do not meet our needs. We were never told that they would not be done, or that they would be delayed. Customer Service did not really apologize for it. We paid way too much to not get what we wanted. And not even an apology.

We are really enjoying our 3 day blinds! We have them set up 'smart' to open and close before and after the sun set/rise. They are working GREAT. They were a bit difficult to set up and we had to make some changes to our wi-fi.

I would have liked our Designer (Faye) let us know that the material I picked out was not going to hang with a clean look. I was not aware that the drapes had to be tied up. The installer told me that they should hang for three weeks to a month. I thought that was a long time considering I was having out of town guests leaving the whole window exposed. Faye should have informed me. I called customer service and they concurred that the drapes did have to be tied that long. I contacted the Manager (Jon) . I had to email him twice along with Tony once, and when he got back to me he told me I was misinformed and that they only had to be tied for a week. I waited 9 days and untied them. They do not have a clean look, someshat sloppy. They are getting better with time, but I would have chosen a different drape if I was properly informed about my choice. My blinds on the other wall are beautiful. Overall, I feel that Faye was just interested in getting the sale and not about customer satisfaction.

We had 4 windows that needed blinds for our new addition of 2 rooms and a landing. ( 1 office with 2 windows , 1 bedroom, with 1 window needed darkening shade and 1 landing with 1 window.) The original shades in the office needed to be reordered, these shades did not fit these windows- they were each to narrow for the size of the window. The darkening shade in the bedroom is also to narrow for the size of the window. This shade currently let's in daylight a long the sides of the shade. A fifth shade was made in error.

Really like the s-shaped slats and valance; new and better design than those from 25-30 years ago that were not supported well and never stayed up; bump them and they fell down. A little pricey, but then I was hoping to replace slats only. Impossible to do on mechanism so old. Overall, worth the price.

Overall, it's been pretty good and the contractors that they use for the install have been good. But we've had some issues with one of the blinds in terms of getting the details sorted out and the communication with me from the company hasn't been great. I've had to kind of seek them out.

When it came time for install, they were here. Professionally installed, they gave us our tutorials, and they made sure we were happy and understood what we needed. They're very good. We haven't had need to call them back. They're beautiful and they do exactly what we expect them to do. And like I said, they look good.

The representative who came here was super professional, no messing around. She just came to do a job and she did it and it was great. I love what I got. I like the product, the quality, and the ease with which they were installed.

I absolutely love them. I thought about going to Home Depot and Lowe's, but I just didn't want the stress of searching for them. The sales rep did a really good job of presenting them and showing them to me and everything. I thought they would be expensive, and they they were, but it was worth the cost. They just did a superb job.
