I've done 3 Day Blinds in 3 different residences and all 3 still have those blinds in working order. I'm completely happy with them. They come to you and there's no guesswork involved. There's lots of choices and they have something for every budget. Very accessible, very responsive, and the price was affordable.

The guy who came over to do all the fittings and everything was very responsive. He's very friendly, got in quick, got out quick, and then when the guy came to do the actual installation, it was ridiculously fast and he did an excellent job. They're excellent products; they do exactly what they were supposed to do, and they're very nice looking as well.

One of the blinds came damaged and the installer notified me immediately when they pulled it out of the box and they said "We'll take care of this immediately. This rarely happens." Within less than a week, they brought in the replacement, more than I could ask for, so we were happy.

We had a little problem that they put in a the drawstrings on the blinds were too short for us and they're they're replacing them without any problems. They operate very well. They keep the light out at night or in the morning, and they feel sturdy. They come to the house and you don't have to you don't have to run around to do to a showroom to find out about their product.

Convenient. They're put together really well. I'm on my 3rd house and I've used three day blinds every time. They're always prompt in there. The response time is good and the designers instead of come to the house always had good ideas and the installers have always been super nice.

We were confident because of the customer service. They're not quite as substantial as what I've been used to. But the mechanism operates very well. The 2 gentlemen that came to our home gave good suggestions. They were very thorough and and I felt like they were very competent. They sent a second person out to measure again the windows.

I thought it was a really good value for my money. It wasn't as quick as three days, but it was a lot faster than most companies. I've been remodeling homes for a while and blinds take months sometimes to get installed. But this happened very quickly and they were installed in 15 minutes.

They do keep me informed of updates to my order, and they're very pleasant to deal with. We had two blinds in the initial installation that were defective. They were replaced and one of them was still defective. So we've this is the third time they'll come out to try to install this one particular shade. The quality control when they made the blind is lacking.

Quick communication, constant update on on ordering, and the product was installed as promised. Compared to other competitors that we looked at, their product seems to be top superior. We we like the in home consultation. The free estimates with the included measurements of the windows. Everything was done in a timely manner.

The representative who came out to my house was knowledgeable and very thorough and very patient. It's really beautiful and it's very good quality. It's easy. I have shutters, they're very easy to open and close It's good workmanship, good craftsmanship on there. The shutters took 4 months to get here though.

We had shutters installed on two large half moon windows. These are really great quality and work perfectly. The sales rep who came out and gave us the quote was very good, as were the installers. They did a great job custom fitting the shutters into the wood frames.

The representative that came out, I forget her name. She was very helpful giving me input and what she thought, and they were always sending the emails. I knew exactly when they were coming. They came on time, they finished quickly and everybody was very nice. They were a little expensive.

My only issue is getting used to the pull down patio door shades. I actually would have to pull them all the way down to the floor before I could get them to go up. It’s getting easier now. I would like to get 2 more plastic grip handles, one for each shade.

Archie was the gentleman that took our order and measurements the first time when he came to visit. I was having a problem where I didn't know how to actually raise and lower my blind, so I called him on a Saturday night and he actually called me back and told me how to make them work, so it was very nice.

Compared to other places, I thought the quality was great. I've had them in my other homes before and I bought this new upgraded version, and they had a good variety for me. It was just perfect, the installer was excellent, I think it took him about 30 minutes to get everything.

I've had their blinds in my house for 20 years and the only reason that I've replaced them is because they have added automation and blackout blinds that I didn't have before. I love my blinds. I do think they're a little expensive, but I think that I get a really high quality.

It was a very thorough and very detailed customer service installation and follow up. The twist blinds I think should operate a little more easily. You have to put quite a bit of torque on them, more than I would have expected, but other than that I have no other issues with the blinds.

Everyone was professional and very helpful. One of my blinds came in defective and the technician pointed it out to me and said he was going to place an order for a new one. They are still trying to find the correct color and fabric that was just installed in my house in March, so I'm still waiting for one to be replaced.

It was very easy. They showed up when they said they show up. They came and took the measurements and then they scheduled a follow up appointment to make the installation and they checked with me a day before to make sure everything was still OK for the installation.
