The salesperson was very personable and we really enjoyed working with him. The blinds themselves, I haven't had them in that long to know, but what we have so far is very good. We have the motorized, I like that. They need maybe more prepared technicians coming to the home. I ordered a new hub and an additional remote and the technicians came out and they were here for an hour and a half and left and the remote doesn't work and the hub doesn't work. I have called and called and nobody has responded to come out.

Everyone was professional, they got back to me in a timely manner. They got it done a lot faster than they said they would. I guess we'll see how it holds up over time, they told me that the blinds would hold a charge for 6-9 months, but I already had to recharge all three in like the first month, so I don't know if they just weren't charged up all the way or what. But if I have to do it every month that would have been good to know instead of expecting to get a full charge out of them for almost a year. But other than that, they look nice and they work.

It's a good quality blind. They come to your house, do the measurements and put them up. Since I've had I have literally no problem with them. I had to have an adjustment on one of the blinds and it was taken care of very easily.

I like the quality of service and quick response. They're very attentive. The blinds are really good, they're durable and they last long. It's easy. You get to choose the blinds, they come to your house and you have a big selection and then they put in the order, so it's pretty quick.

It felt like games were played with pricing. I got a quote, hesitated about the cost, and a discount was magically found. Then I asked for a couple weeks to consider my options. Then, another discount was magically found as long as I committed right away. I don't like games. Give me straight pricing. Also, 2 of my blinds needed to be remeasured as the installer found them to big. This was not a big deal to me but I was not happy about how long it took to get these remade blinds done and installed. Those blinds should have been a priority to be remade (nothing special about them) and then installed at my convenience. I gave up an entire Saturday waiting for the installer who only needed 10 minutes to install these 2 blinds.

I knew the name and I had used them 10 or 15 years ago and I haven't had a bad experience with them. Keep up the good work. I personally recommend them to anybody I know that's moving or looking to change out any kind of blind or window treatment. They are a little pricey but the service more than makes up for it.

There were some issues with my order. They had to come back three different times to make the install complete. When I called the company they were agreeable to a financial refund or compensation you know, because of the problems with my order. They look great, they work well, function properly. I appreciated the salesperson who came out. She gave me a lot of good information, was very patient and very knowledgeable.

They were good but I could not rate them any higher because I find the name to be deceptive. "Three day blinds" implies that you can order your blinds and 3 days later you have your blinds. Any reasonable person would interpret it this way. I was in a particular hurry to get them installed and the timing was a strong deciding factor. Therefore I was disappointed when the wait was more like a couple of weeks, and not at all 3 days. I'm sure you make a lot of money off of this deceptive supposition, but if you wanted to be honest, you should call yourself something else.

Customer service is awesome. The blinds that I ordered did not work out on my windows. They came back out measured and helped me pick a different style and exchanged them without any price discussion. You cannot ask for better customer service. Thank you for an awesome experience.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, the sales lady was awesome who came to my house and was knowledgeable in all the products offered and then the installer was awesome and efficient while handling the blinds and drapery
