The people seemed to know what they were doing when they came and measured and when they installed them. Everything went well and the blinds seem well made. Initially thought I could get them in 3 days, but I found that I couldn't because they had to be special ordered and everything. But it was worth the wait. They're beautiful and I love them.

I liked the person that I met with very much and and I liked everything about what they had to say. Both the installer and the person who sold to us were highly professional and qualified. The best thing was that it was seamless and it was good service, quickly done. Everything was perfectly orchestrated and the blinds look beautiful.

I really like the plantation shutters. The salesperson was not very good, but the installation and the measurer person were fabulous. There wasn't anybody specifically directly to talk to. While I was waiting for my blinds to arrive, there was just no follow up. And that was with a salesperson that was designated to help me. Regarding payment, you put half down at the start and half when you finish, but when I was finished I didn't know that they were doing that. But they just went ahead and took the same credit card so I'm just glad I had enough money in the bank to use that credit card. So follow up in my opinion was very poor.

They were very prompt in getting back to me to set up an appointment, and I value that. Their installer - I think his name was Sam - was absolutely incredible. It's definitely an investment, as they're expensive. But they are very good quality. I have the electric ones and they work seamlessly and they're quiet.

The guy that came and measured was great. I liked that they have a lot of diversity and choices so we could get exactly what we wanted. However, we had a little bit of an issue with shipping. That took a lot longer than we had discussed when we bought them. So that was disappointing, because we didn't have anything on our windows for like 5 weeks which was a little frustrating. Plus, they're super expensive.

The girl who came out to measure was excellent. In fact, she came back twice because I ordered one time and then I ordered again and the same person came back. She was very personable and she knew what she was doing. I like the texture of my blinds and the way they look in my window. And I appreciate that the company stands behind their work.

I love the look of the honeycomb blinds I purchased, the simplicity of the product looks perfect for my 6-window sunroom. The issue is that they are made of a polyester that is so thin it tears like tissue paper and cannot it be cleaned. This means every 3-4 years I'll have to replace. Aside from the $2K +, adding 6 shades to the landfill is discouraging. EVERY company MUST REDUCE it's contribution to our environment. The woven blinds I purchased for 3 doors are OK, the valence look very cheap tho. (Another $2k+) They are beginning to unravel at edges but I was told it's normal and just trim the loose stragglers, $4k+ is a huge expense for me, I had expected a was better quality. All the staff I've worked with have been amazing so if I could rate customer service it would earn 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from me.

When the representative came, he was very prepared, very professional, he listened to us, and he showed me all the samples. I was very happy with the presentation. And the installer was tremendous. It's all-encompassing with 1 company. You order it, someone measures, and then an installer comes and installs. You don't have to do any other work. If there's a problem, they reorder it automatically and then come out and switch them out.

The guy who came over to do all the fittings and everything was very responsive. He's very friendly, got in quick, got out quick, and then when the guy came to do the actual installation, it was ridiculously fast and he did an excellent job. One of the blinds came damaged and the installer notified me immediately when they pulled it out of the box and they said "We'll take care of this immediately. This rarely happens." Within less than a week, they brought in the replacement, more than I could ask for, so we were happy.

I thought it was a really good value for my money. It wasn't as quick as three days, but it was a lot faster than most companies. I've been remodeling homes for a while and blinds take months sometimes to get installed. But this happened very quickly and they were installed in 15 minutes.

We had a little problem that they put in a the drawstrings on the blinds were too short for us and they're they're replacing them without any problems. They operate very well. They keep the light out at night or in the morning, and they feel sturdy. They come to the house and you don't have to you don't have to run around to do to a showroom to find out about their product.

We were confident because of the customer service. They're not quite as substantial as what I've been used to. But the mechanism operates very well. The 2 gentlemen that came to our home gave good suggestions. They were very thorough and and I felt like they were very competent. They sent a second person out to measure again the windows.

They do keep me informed of updates to my order, and they're very pleasant to deal with. We had two blinds in the initial installation that were defective. They were replaced and one of them was still defective. So we've this is the third time they'll come out to try to install this one particular shade. The quality control when they made the blind is lacking.

My only issue is getting used to the pull down patio door shades. I actually would have to pull them all the way down to the floor before I could get them to go up. It’s getting easier now. I would like to get 2 more plastic grip handles, one for each shade.

Archie was the gentleman that took our order and measurements the first time when he came to visit. I was having a problem where I didn't know how to actually raise and lower my blind, so I called him on a Saturday night and he actually called me back and told me how to make them work, so it was very nice.

It was a very thorough and very detailed customer service installation and follow up. The twist blinds I think should operate a little more easily. You have to put quite a bit of torque on them, more than I would have expected, but other than that I have no other issues with the blinds.

I've had their blinds in my house for 20 years and the only reason that I've replaced them is because they have added automation and blackout blinds that I didn't have before. I love my blinds. I do think they're a little expensive, but I think that I get a really high quality.

The two sales people that came to my house were friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I did not feel pressured or pushed in any way but they did make sure I was aware of all of their products and services. The installation was done on time and professionally and although it seemed very expensive I felt the value over time will be great.

They were fantastic. The lady who came to the house and helped me with ordering the blinds and the person who installed the blinds were fantastic. I can't even speak any higher of either of them. They were phenomenal, good people.

I've actually had to change my install date 3 or 4 different times because I had to have new windows put in and 3 Day has worked with me. Every time I've called April, she's been great in changing and adjusting everything for me.

I just really like their customer service, more than the blinds per se. I think the blinds are probably comparable to all the other competitors, but their customer service is just really good. Price-wise, they're very expensive.
