In 2024 when I outfitted my Napa house that team was awesome. For my Sonoma place my December 2025/ January 2026 was okay...In January, I specifically requested how I could go about receiving additional/extra 'wands' I was routed to my 'case manager' Matt. I guess my request was atypical because my product was brand new and not defective however, I wanted to purchase additional wands to have on hand as when they break it's extra lame to track down how to go about getting new ones. Matt said he would send them to me and he never did. As well, this experience took 3 trips to finish my order. Since I do not live at my Sonoma address I had to physically travel to the property each time 3 Day Blinds came out...Maybe 3 Day Blinds should change their name to 3 Trips. My previous experience in 2024 for my Napa property was exceptional. This most recent purchase in 2025/2026 not so great.

The person who took window measurements skimped a bit on one window. The shade is somewhat difficult to raise because it runs out of fabric . Im having a workman switch shades to another room as a result
