We just had some new blinds put in and they're working great. They look great and we really like them. Every time we set up an appointment with somebody, they were timely. They did what they needed to do and they left. So we were really impressed with their customer service.

I've known in the past that their blinds are very well made and will withstand the test of time. I never had to replace anything in my previous home. What we purchased was very expensive, but I had the budget for it. They were very responsive and Jossen made appointments to fit our schedule.

So far, they look nice and they've held up well, but I haven't had them very long. The sales lady who helped me pick things out was an interior designer. We had just built a new house and I was still picking colors and things. And so she was a big help. Extremely nice and polite.

They're super durable. They've made our house look so much nicer. Everything you could possibly want, really. They do exactly what they told me they were going to do. They were very responsive. It is thick. Everything about the blind is as expected, but the only thing is I wish it was a little closer for a full blackout, but I guess because of the motor you can't have it close enough because I have the automatic, motorized one. So that's the only thing I wish that I could change: a smaller motor so that it could have less of a gap and there would be a super blackout. So that's the only thing, but I still think it's great. If I ever sell, it would add to the price of the condo. Daniel was informative, patient, and a good listener.

I thought that they were a little on the high end, price wise. But I'm really happy with my blinds and they look great, they work great, they're excellent. The installers were really good. The Rep was really good in the beginning, but then I asked some questions through e-mail and phone and did not get a response back, so I was a little disappointed there.

The gentleman who came, took his time, answered my questions, and gave me options. He did a great job in everything that he told me. The gentleman who did the installation was fabulous and he really took his time. Instructing me about the remotes and all that. Although we thought we had an exact color match they were a little bit different.

Today we got the blinds faster than we thought. The salesperson kept in contact with us through the procedure so that we knew what was happening, and when. The guy who installed them was very nice, very efficient, and did a good job. We are satisfied with the color. The color was really exactly what we wanted and they worked just fine.

Our salesperson was wonderful, and she went over everything and explained everything to us. We had a problem with our installer, but she helped us fix the problem. We also called the company and they came out and had another installer come back out and fix the problem that we had.

They were recommended to us by our son and daughter-in-law. So far we're very pleased with them and quality-wise they seem to be fine. We live in Arizona and it's very hot in the front of the house so the blinds are in direct sunlight and I don't even put them up. I just leave them down just to filter out the sun.

I feel like they did a good job, although I would have liked my designer to call me and see that everything went well. And I didn't get a follow up from her. The people seemed to know what they were doing when they came and measured and when they installed them. Everything went well and the blinds seem well made. Initially thought I could get them in 3 days, but I found that I couldn't because they had to be special ordered and everything. But it was worth the wait. They're beautiful and I love them.

We've used them before. Every time I called I got an immediate response with the answers I wanted. The gentleman that came here was very professional and everything was great about them. They come to your house and do everything for you. They measure, they order, they install, and they don't leave a mess. The salesperson and her supervisor were very good at working with me on my timetable and my pricing. They weren't the most expensive but they do what they're supposed to do. They function well and they look really nice. I have a big sliding glass door with 4 big panels of glass and they were able to get a product that worked well in our space.

My rep was prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. She answered every question, helped me with pick the one I liked, and the installation was exactly the timing she said. However, it's not 3 days, so that's a bit misleading. It's 6 weeks to get the curtains. I didn't mind that, but maybe think about changing the name.

I really like the plantation shutters. The salesperson was not very good, but the installation and the measurer person were fabulous. There wasn't anybody specifically directly to talk to. While I was waiting for my blinds to arrive, there was just no follow up. And that was with a salesperson that was designated to help me. Regarding payment, you put half down at the start and half when you finish, but when I was finished I didn't know that they were doing that. But they just went ahead and took the same credit card so I'm just glad I had enough money in the bank to use that credit card. So follow up in my opinion was very poor.

The guy that came and measured was great. I liked that they have a lot of diversity and choices so we could get exactly what we wanted. However, we had a little bit of an issue with shipping. That took a lot longer than we had discussed when we bought them. So that was disappointing, because we didn't have anything on our windows for like 5 weeks which was a little frustrating. Plus, they're super expensive.

I love the look of the honeycomb blinds I purchased, the simplicity of the product looks perfect for my 6-window sunroom. The issue is that they are made of a polyester that is so thin it tears like tissue paper and cannot it be cleaned. This means every 3-4 years I'll have to replace. Aside from the $2K +, adding 6 shades to the landfill is discouraging. EVERY company MUST REDUCE it's contribution to our environment. The woven blinds I purchased for 3 doors are OK, the valence look very cheap tho. (Another $2k+) They are beginning to unravel at edges but I was told it's normal and just trim the loose stragglers, $4k+ is a huge expense for me, I had expected a was better quality. All the staff I've worked with have been amazing so if I could rate customer service it would earn 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from me.

The quality of the blinds is great. Love the charging system. Rep who came out was knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was as promised and service was fast but they were happy to store until we were ready for them to be installed.

When the representative came, he was very prepared, very professional, he listened to us, and he showed me all the samples. I was very happy with the presentation. And the installer was tremendous. He did an amazing job. He showed me how to use the remotes. Cleaned up after himself, was on time, very quiet, and very good.
