The entire process of ordering and having blinds installed was pretty good. However, the installer did not install all the blinds correctly. I had to point out to the installer that he had not installed the blinds correctly. Also, the installer did not clean up the mess the window ledges and the floor around the windows we're not cleaned up by the installer.

We has used them before. The samples they gave us matched. The person who did the measurements was service oriented. They were on schedule and we didn’t have to wait a long time. It wasn’t three days but it was a reasonable amount of time.

I liked that it happened quickly. My experience with the salesperson was pleasant. I wish there was a little better communication when it cam to the installation but I was still pleased. It as just that sometimes it took a bit for someone to get back to me. It wasn’t quite as simple as it could have been.

Overall I've been pleased with all the products and services. There was a small issue with a corner piece and they were very good at communicating when a replacement part was ordered and installed. Everything works well. They go up and down with the remote. I love the quality. It has added so much to my home to make it feel like a house.

They were very responsive and they provided me you know regular updates where my blinds were and then they have the user service that installed it which was very good. My only concern with it is how long they will last. I have motorized blinds so I'll have to see how long they last.

The turn around time was great. They sold us the little hob that works with the blinds but never showed us how to use it and it doesn't work. They charged 350 bucks for it to do it and it doesn't work. It's a good quality, the materials are really good.

The blinds are beautiful and the remote is very convenient. I'm handicapped, I can't use my arms and to put them up and down all I have to do is press a button. We absolutely love them, they are gorgeous, the color is beautiful, we got a very light sage green and there's nothing we don't love about them. They answered all our questions always.

Very expensive but a good experience. I like the product. I had used them before. I was impressed with Pamela the salesperson and the person who installed the blinds. Both were very courteous and helpful. There is a large selection. The ones I got work but there are complete darkness ones.
