When the original order was done we were told that 3 Day Blinds would figure out a way to include a doggy door in our bedroom shutters, and they would be installed in under 8 weeks. They were delayed by several weeks and no one got in touch to let us know about the delay. When they finally arrived, the installer put them in without letting us know that the doggy door was not done as requested. The last item he installed was the shutter in the bedroom, and that was when we discovered that it was not correct. It was too late to do anything about it at the time, but I called the sales person and spoke with customer service. They agreed that the doggy door had been part of the original order, but they could not do it. We are left with shutters that do not meet our needs. We were never told that they would not be done, or that they would be delayed. Customer Service did not really apologize for it. We paid way too much to not get what we wanted. And not even an apology.

We are really enjoying our 3 day blinds! We have them set up 'smart' to open and close before and after the sun set/rise. They are working GREAT. They were a bit difficult to set up and we had to make some changes to our wi-fi.

I would have liked our Designer (Faye) let us know that the material I picked out was not going to hang with a clean look. I was not aware that the drapes had to be tied up. The installer told me that they should hang for three weeks to a month. I thought that was a long time considering I was having out of town guests leaving the whole window exposed. Faye should have informed me. I called customer service and they concurred that the drapes did have to be tied that long. I contacted the Manager (Jon) . I had to email him twice along with Tony once, and when he got back to me he told me I was misinformed and that they only had to be tied for a week. I waited 9 days and untied them. They do not have a clean look, someshat sloppy. They are getting better with time, but I would have chosen a different drape if I was properly informed about my choice. My blinds on the other wall are beautiful. Overall, I feel that Faye was just interested in getting the sale and not about customer satisfaction.

We had 4 windows that needed blinds for our new addition of 2 rooms and a landing. ( 1 office with 2 windows , 1 bedroom, with 1 window needed darkening shade and 1 landing with 1 window.) The original shades in the office needed to be reordered, these shades did not fit these windows- they were each to narrow for the size of the window. The darkening shade in the bedroom is also to narrow for the size of the window. This shade currently let's in daylight a long the sides of the shade. A fifth shade was made in error.

Really like the s-shaped slats and valance; new and better design than those from 25-30 years ago that were not supported well and never stayed up; bump them and they fell down. A little pricey, but then I was hoping to replace slats only. Impossible to do on mechanism so old. Overall, worth the price.

When it came time for install, they were here. Professionally installed, they gave us our tutorials, and they made sure we were happy and understood what we needed. They're very good. We haven't had need to call them back. They're beautiful and they do exactly what we expect them to do. And like I said, they look good.

Overall, it's been pretty good and the contractors that they use for the install have been good. But we've had some issues with one of the blinds in terms of getting the details sorted out and the communication with me from the company hasn't been great. I've had to kind of seek them out.

I absolutely love them. I thought about going to Home Depot and Lowe's, but I just didn't want the stress of searching for them. The sales rep did a really good job of presenting them and showing them to me and everything. I thought they would be expensive, and they they were, but it was worth the cost. It is thick. Everything about the blind is as expected, but the only thing is I wish it was a little closer for a full blackout, but I guess because of the motor you can't have it close enough because I have the automatic, motorized one. So that's the only thing I wish that I could change: a smaller motor so that it could have less of a gap and there would be a super blackout. So that's the only thing, but I still think it's great. If I ever sell, it would add to the price of the condo. Daniel was informative, patient, and a good listener.

So far, they look nice and they've held up well, but I haven't had them very long. The sales lady who helped me pick things out was an interior designer. We had just built a new house and I was still picking colors and things. And so she was a big help. Extremely nice and polite.

Our salesperson was wonderful, and she went over everything and explained everything to us. We had a problem with our installer, but she helped us fix the problem. We also called the company and they came out and had another installer come back out and fix the problem that we had.

Today we got the blinds faster than we thought. The salesperson kept in contact with us through the procedure so that we knew what was happening, and when. The guy who installed them was very nice, very efficient, and did a good job. We are satisfied with the color. The color was really exactly what we wanted and they worked just fine.

They were recommended to us by our son and daughter-in-law. So far we're very pleased with them and quality-wise they seem to be fine. We live in Arizona and it's very hot in the front of the house so the blinds are in direct sunlight and I don't even put them up. I just leave them down just to filter out the sun.

They're they're a little pricey for me, but they did a good job. She was very courteous and friendly. They answered my questions and they came out without much time passing. They were very efficient in answering questions and doing the service. I had automatic blinds put in one window. You push a button and they go up and down on their own and it's been working very nicely.

I appreciated the price and the quality and I also liked that a customer service Rep could come out to me fairly quickly. I feel like they did a good job, although I would have liked my designer to call me and see that everything went well. And I didn't get a follow up from her. We've used them before. Every time I called I got an immediate response with the answers I wanted. The gentleman that came here was very professional and everything was great about them. They come to your house and do everything for you. They measure, they order, they install, and they don't leave a mess. I believe they warranty for the rest of your life basically, so I like that also.

The people seemed to know what they were doing when they came and measured and when they installed them. Everything went well and the blinds seem well made. Initially thought I could get them in 3 days, but I found that I couldn't because they had to be special ordered and everything. But it was worth the wait. They're beautiful and I love them.

My rep was prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. She answered every question, helped me with pick the one I liked, and the installation was exactly the timing she said. However, it's not 3 days, so that's a bit misleading. It's 6 weeks to get the curtains. I didn't mind that, but maybe think about changing the name.
