All the blinds were finished early and fit this time. The problem I had was I was told 3 different times, when I asked that one set of blinds that we supposed to be ordered in my first order, had been measured and waiting to be made, when, in fact, nothing had been ordered.

The blinds are nice, just what we need. The sales person was knowledgeable and responsive. But when the blinds were installed they had the wrongs lift mechanism. We had agreed on cords but the ones installed were hand lifted. Her mistake. Plus we were not happy that the full amount was charged to our credit card BEFORE install. That's bad company policy.

I was expecting a 600 dollar Roman shade to be a little bit higher quality than what I actually ended up getting because the valence on the top only covers the front it doesn't cover the sides, so I'm looking for a replacement. The sales person who came out to see me was really great, I liked her a lot.

The blinds are as expected and the install was very good. The only issue is that they took over 3 weeks to be delivered when I was told only 10 days. How can you continue to call yourselves "3 day blinds"? The sales person was good about getting me some temporary blinds since the order took so long.

The customer service the lady was very nice but I was not happy with the price and I wasn't happy with the product that I received for that price. I paid over $580. I think that's ridiculous I think I should really give me my money back. Nothing spectacular about the blinds, they are the same as what you would find in the store. I'm not recommending them.

I called 3 Day Blinds because the cord separated on one of the shades. When the person came he explained they do that in case a child gets to them. I had not been told that when I bought them. It happened again, but then I, on my own, was able to fix it.

The blind next to the front door is too short and the base is too light. It doesn't go down all the way and needs me to manually pull on it to totally go down. It has two problems. I don't feel that it was worth what I paid for it. I think it needs a weight on the base and the measurement was off.

One of my blinds someone told me would fall into place but after many months it's still hasn't, one is definitely a little longer than the other. If you are looking to replace or new install on window shades, I highly recommend 3 Day Blinds! Over 20 years ago, I first used 3 Day Blinds and always loved the wood shutters I had. Needed to replace our current window shades, had several companies provide quotes. Prices were comparable, maybe even somewhat less $$ than 3 Day Blinds, but my husband and I felt the quality and longevity of the company business stood behind their name. We are very pleased with the results. 3 Day Blinds design rep, and installer (s) are very knowledgeable, professional and clean as they go. Our consultant, Courtney, was great. She helped us select the right product for our apartment and was very giving of her time. She also is a great problem solver as after our drapes were installed, we decided that we wanted to add sheers to one sliding glass door. She investigated how to do that, and they are now on order. I was very pleasantly surprised when our drapes came in almost a month before they were originally scheduled. The overall quality of the drapes is very good. I couldn't be happier with our 3 Day Blind experience and have given their information to my sister who also just moved into a duplex.

I chose 3 Day Blinds after receiving several promotional flyers on buy 1 and pay 50% off for the 2nd. However, my bad, I forgot to produce these promo flyers to the Sales Rep who came over on 3rd Dec 2022. My husband and I were absolutely thrilled toand showed us the variety of blinds including motorised blinds, and immediately signed up to have our whole house installed with 3 Day Blinds. After the installation, we encountered various problems to do with the blinds. For example, the pull cords were too short and we needed longer cords to be installed. There were other installation issues that needed fixing so I called on Customer Service and the agent was most helpful in arranging to get my installation issues resolved.

We could not be more please with 3 day blinds. From the Sarah who came and measured and provided a quote to Kevin the amazing installer who was so neat and so fast. The blinds themselves are perfect for our needs and we are happy with the quality the one thing we would have changed and this is just a personal preference is the pole for reaching to pull the top down on our higher blinds is a bright blue and stands out noticeable in our small unit, wish it was gray or white or black and blended in a little better. That said….we will definitely use 3 day blinds again when the need arises and we highly recommend them to everyone who needs window treatments.

Everything was super easy to the installation process. I have nothing but good things to say. If anybody is looking to do window treatments in their house, this is definitely the company you want to go with. I will be calling them in the future to do more window treatments for my home. Great experience all around, they came out to measure and provide help in picking out the best options and based on my budget (although still expensive). About a month later, the blinds arrived to the installer and I was eventually scheduled for the install. The installer was great! About 3 out of the 15+ windows / doors that were being covered, were slightly off - so the installer reached back out to 3 Day Blinds, where they re-ordered the proper size and the installer came back (once they were ready) to re-install correctly. I was glad how easy the customer service was and the installer took it upon himself to make sure everything was perfect! I would highly recommend, and I since have to friends and family.

Every aspect of my experience was excellent! Ann L was professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and absolutely lovely to work with. The blinds were manufactured almost overnight! The only small hang-up was getting an installer who was fully vaccinated. The installation had to be delayed a couple of weeks, but I was happy to wait to get someone fully Covid vaccinated. The installation was flawless. Ismael arrived on time, was professional, courteous, very experienced and was able to complete this fairly large job in record time. And there was not one bit of clean-up after he left! I am happy to share my experience and have no hesitation in recommending 3 Day Blinds!! Cheers!

Representative, Regina Z., was absolutely amazing! She gave us such incredible guidance and we are very happy with our selections! I will admit, I dread picking colors and fabrics. I simply am not good at it. Regina has an eye to design and what will work for you and your home. On top of that, she is incredibly approachable and kind. We can't wait for the installation! I also feel it necessary to mention Regina's adherence to Covid guidelines. My husband and I are both cancer survivors and my husband also has MS. Additionally, we have an adult son who has been handicapped since birth and has a severely impaired immune system. Regina was incredibly respectful. We didn't have to ask that she abide by Covid guidelines for the vulnerable. Without even knowing our situation she appeared at our door masked and gloved! What a relief to not have to have that conversation. Additionally, Regina was on time and totally prepared for the meeting. I don't have to tell you how unusual that is these days. Honestly, we couldn't be happier with our experience!
