The only concern I had about the whole experience was that the blinds that we purchased over the kitchen window are pretty hard to pull up and pull down.

The woman that came for the measurements gave me great ideas. Something different in each room. Loved her choices. Two out of the three came in the wrong size, but they readily took them back and replaced them. They look beautiful.

Easy to use. It is really good quality. They are very expensive. They need to come back out, we have made an appointment, because they installed one of the blinds and it was incorrect based on our order. They used the blackout blinds in one of our windows where it shouldn't be.

Very quick turn around from the time we signed up for the product. They delivered it and then the installation professional was very quick and clean and walked us through how to use everything. It's pretty simple and easy. There's no hidden charges or anything like that, and they're pretty easy to decide on and they have plenty of options and the latest designs. They send an associate who helps you. You don't have to think about anything, just decide. The blinds are pretty sturdy and dark.
