They were on time with everything. The person that came to talk to us was on time, the prediction that he gave us when the blinds would be ready was on time, and the installer did a good job and made sure they were hung correctly before he left.

I like the blinds, I like the salespeople, but I was totally unsatisfied with the customer service when there was a problem. When I purchased my blinds, the battery that was in the remote control lasted one week and it was dead. When I called 3 Day, they don't supply new batteries but they have no problem charging you over $3000 for blinds and then give you a dead battery. So I was very disappointed.

Ordering and Install went fine, but, I noticed a few small improvements that would have made it Flawless. I told the Installer. he said call the office. They told me to call the Marketer. I left a few messages, but, No call backs. NO problem. You've got my $3,473.42 and can't be bothered to come back and make a few upgrades to make the work outstanding. Blindsters.com was more than happy to make a few hundred Dollars and now everything is Great.

Salesperson come out, measured that everything was good. The installation people were in and out in a hurry. I'm totally satisfied. I've used 3 Day on my Lake Oakland home, my golf course home, and I recently got a place in Florida and I'm going to have them come in there and put some shades in.
