The original sales person was very helpful in my decision making. I am very happy with my roller shades, the center has a motor to raise and lower shade and with the extra cost. The shutters for the upper windows are very well made, my only complaint is that it took 3 months to get them made, they were made overseas so that was the delay. Installation was fast and well done. I would use 3 Day blinds again.

I used these blinds many years ago, so, when I needed some for this house, 3 Day Blinds was the go to place for blinds that I could pull up or let down and have total privacy. At the same time, they are light in color, so when the room is decorated in a dark pattern, they bring in light.

Remember, 3-day Blinds from the 1990's do not mean the blinds will arrive in three days. They may take three weeks or more, but once they arrive, the installer is fabulous and you should be happy. I love the new mechanism since my shades are vertical and split in the center. There's no strip that falls off or gets unglued anymore. The modern ones are magnetic within the framework. So, I plan to get one more set to cover my largest window and I have shoji screens to cover the opening during my wait. The colors are almost lighter which is fine now; the darker green shade was better a long time ago because we needed our darkening shades. Now, not a problem.

I had a positive experience with their polite team who promptly sent a technician. My first product lasted impressively long. The blinds we chose provide the perfect sun screen we needed and are quite rich looking. Matthew, the installer is a gem. He explained everything to us regarding the installation process, functionality and care of blinds. Unfortunately, we will be looking to another manufacturer to complete our entire home blind purchase. The blinds can easily move side to side on their brackets, leaving them uncentered. In addition, the 'extension' required on the patio door blind, to increase the depth necessary to fall beyond the door handle, involves exposed wing nuts which we find unsightly.
