It's pretty simple and easy. There's no hidden charges or anything like that, and they're pretty easy to decide on and they have plenty of options and the latest designs. They send an associate who helps you. You don't have to think about anything, just decide. The blinds are pretty sturdy and dark.

Very quick turn around from the time we signed up for the product. They delivered it and then the installation professional was very quick and clean and walked us through how to use everything. They seem to be good quality materials. We did the automated lines and sometimes they're a little slow to respond.

Betsy S was our first rep who bungled the order. One of the rooms required a back order, which she never submitted. After 3 months, we called and were sent another rep to finish the order, but we did not get our original discount. Perhaps it was the rep, Betsy S, but you should've reached out and accommodated with some kind of compensation for our inconvenience and additional expense. Your installer, Seth, however, was amazingly competent.
