The woman that came for the measurements gave me great ideas. Something different in each room. Loved her choices. Two out of the three came in the wrong size, but they readily took them back and replaced them. They look beautiful.

I just think they seem well made and not flimsy. The salesman that came was on time and he explained everything pretty well and the people that came and installed them were they cleaned up everything after themselves and were in and out pretty fast.

The blinds are working the way that the salesperson said it would, so I think it's reliable. I don't live in the house so I don't use them on a very frequent basis, so they look good and seem to function very well.

Easy to use. It is really good quality. They are very expensive. They need to come back out, we have made an appointment, because they installed one of the blinds and it was incorrect based on our order. They used the blackout blinds in one of our windows where it shouldn't be.

They were very thorough and explained everything. I have shutters, and I love them. If you're not getting blinds, don't expect them in three days because you won't get them. The shutters take longer and that's what I got.

I think that they can be a little quicker since the name is 3 Day Blinds. It did take me several weeks to get my blinds, but other than that it's worth the wait. It's easy and they come right to your house.

It's pretty simple and easy. There's no hidden charges or anything like that, and they're pretty easy to decide on and they have plenty of options and the latest designs. They send an associate who helps you. You don't have to think about anything, just decide. The blinds are pretty sturdy and dark.

Very quick turn around from the time we signed up for the product. They delivered it and then the installation professional was very quick and clean and walked us through how to use everything. I had two different installations over the course of a couple months and both of the reps were fantastic. They look nice and I got the top of the line remote control and it's just so easy to use. You just pair it to your iPhone and you're good to go.
