I just think they seem well made and not flimsy. The salesman that came was on time and he explained everything pretty well and the people that came and installed them were they cleaned up everything after themselves and were in and out pretty fast.

Easy to use. It is really good quality. They are very expensive. They need to come back out, we have made an appointment, because they installed one of the blinds and it was incorrect based on our order. They used the blackout blinds in one of our windows where it shouldn't be.

It's pretty simple and easy. There's no hidden charges or anything like that, and they're pretty easy to decide on and they have plenty of options and the latest designs.
