They were helpful, and friendly, but the installation was not what we had hoped it would be. When the woven chases were installed, they were not installed evenly. They have a good selection, and their prices are comparable.

The cords on my blinds began snapping after a week of installation. Then it took 3 weeks to get those replaced. I got a great deal on the cost of 10 blinds from 3 Day Blinds. But now I wonder about the quality of the product and the longevity.

I have used them in the past and they are good quality blinds. But they need to do something about their customer service department because there were some of my blinds that were measured wrong and were not correct. Some were damaged and it took me almost two months to get it corrected.

The order was messed up. They didn't have one of the blinds we ordered, and then when I told the representative, she got in an argument with me about it. She was rude and I didn't like that. Then we ordered the blind that was missing and the order never went through. The blinds are flimsy and they've only been in there for 1 week. When you pull them down, they pull down the blinds, and they don't always pull evenly. When you finish pulling, sometimes one side is lopsided compared to the other.
