Nami T Could not take the time to answer a simple question. Wanted me to schedule an appt to talk to him. No sense in talking to anyone if the interest rates are not something worth talking about. He or she could not take a sec to look at what I was approved for. So moving on to a company that treats the customers with some respect.

One thing I did like is he would text me. If I'm at work, I am able to text better than take a phone call. I'm not q fan of talking on the phone, so it worked out great!

Terrible to deal with. I refinanced my car almost 2 years ago, have sent title documents twice already and they still can’t get it right. I have now spent over $100 in notary fees and just sent the third set of paperwork. I have zero confidence it will be done correctly this time. I’m ready to refinance elsewhere just so I don’t have to deal with this incompetent company.

First off I want to say that their advertising is completely disingenuous, the ads I saw from them last week stated that they could get rates as low as 2.39% with a 750 or better credit score (I'm at 832) so given I'm currently paying 3.9% via BMW Financial, I thought sure, why not refi to a lower rate and drop the term from 60 to 48 months for a little more a month in payments? So filled out their credit app, instantly got a email back saying I'd been pre-approved and to wait for a call back. That happened today where I spoke to Gus and he said that - even though my income is over 170K and the auto loan balance I'm looking to refi is only about $35K the best he could do is 3.95%. So in a nutshell, have way over the means to pay, have a 0-Tier credit rating and their - FALSE - advertising said they'd be able to get to 2.39%, they can't even beat BMW Financials rate that I received back in January of this year. If you want a hard-pull of your credit and like wasting 20mins filling out an app then 15mins on the phone being told they can't even come close to what they are falsely advertising online, then this is the place for you! /Sarcasm is you can't tell. Stay far away from these guys
