On bank rate Autopay lists rates from 4.99 to 12.99. I’m at 6.66 from 2 year ago with a credit score over 800. After running my credit and hurting my credit score they came back with 6.76! Wasted my time.

my rep didnt answer phone calls, or texts. i sent emails and nothing back. i was told i would have something back in an hour and a full day later nothing. i called multiple times and no answer. texts messages went unanswered so i went with a different company for my loan. avoid them their communication is terrible.

This company sends you mail with all the right bells and whistles to get you to call and fill out a app. Offering 2.99% on refinancing all for show. I have around a 750 credit score and they decided over 8% would be what they could refinance at and add a year to the car payment. They are a joke

Simply put, this is a Bait and Switch operation. An advertisement enticed me to click and apply for significantly lower auto loan rate than we currently have. After hard credit pull that rate was only .50% lower as compared to 2% lower on advertisement! What a waste of time and hard credit ding!

Took over 6 days to get my rate after approval. Approval was over 5% higher than advertised with a 750+ credit score. Complete waste of time just to add a ding to my credit. Not only that, but the loan agent never returned call or called when scheduled. What a bunch of sharks.

Total waste of time. The rates are nothing like the websites say. You pull them up on Google with the pitch of 2.99% but no, submit all this paperwork and nothing is what it seems. Better to find another company to refinance which is more transparent with their Refi APR.

Extremely misleading. I was told they offer used car loans. After applying and allowing them to pull my credit, they took 26 hours to respond with the fact that did not offer a loan to purchase the 2020 Sedona with 39k miles for $20k I wanted. Should have been up-front and not pulled my credit until verifying they offer used car loans.

Bait and switch, like everyone else said. Showed 5.x% rate on credit karma, ended with an offer that was higher than my current loan. Absolutely worthless and just lowered my credit with a hard pull. Do NOT do business with them. And I have credit over 800 with more than enough income to qualify for any auto loan, by far.

A scam do not use. I submitted an application, for them to turn around and tell me I had to give $4400 down payment to proceed with the application. 😡😡😡😡plus my credit score dropped 35 points. Just by them running it. Really bad company, that will ruined your credit score. Useless company.

Total scam. Submitted all of my documentation, w2's, proof of insurance, drivers licenses, all of it!! Sat for 3 days before I had to call them and they decided to tell me they no longer do new car purchases only refi's. It's all ok though, they are just working on their online portal, unreal!!

This company is shady I never signed paperwork for the amount I was charged for my re finance it was $4k more than my pay off now they won't return my calls I've contacted better business bureau please don't get in a jam like I have avoid them there's other lenders out there.

Its just wildly misleading to advertise "Rates as low as 2.99%" and then hear "Oh yeah, we dont have a single lender we work with that goes anywhere close to that today" after applying. Why is that even on the website and advertised, if that isn't accurate?

Before excepting them to run your credit, you should ask what the equity of your car is because yes, they will give you an approval, but with a large down payment on your vehicle and they don’t tell you this before they run your credit. This is really awful when you’re trying to build your credit. After asking why they didn’t tell me this. The guy told me, ma’am I just have to get back to work.
