I feel like this was a Bait and Switch company.
I had a letter with my name and my current car payment. Since I have excellent credit I thought it would be an easy process to receive their new “quoted” payment which was $66 less per month. I spent an hour filling out the paperwork and sending copies of my life. The next day I get a call and say they can’t do that deal. It is for people in “other” states. Then why send to me? And what states? Their real rate was within a quarter point of where my current rate is.
The reason I even acted was because it had a great BBB rating and I thought it was legit.
No more doing loans on line for me.

Worst experience I've had in a while. Horrible communication, claims my application doesn't exist yet I sent screenshots of everything, only wants to communicate over phone if they decide to return my emails asking for updates, took almost 2 weeks of me emailing for an update as I keep records of everything, docked my credit 47 points for running their credit check yet AGAIN claimed my application didn't exist. Refinancing and even buying a vehicle doesn't make a credit score drop 47 points. So now they have my personal information and refuse to have any conversations besides one that isn't being recorded or via email for record keeping purposes.

After receiving "Outstanding" odds of being approved for a lower interest rate car loan on credit karma through AUTOPAY, I clicked on accept and filled out all the forms, which ended up being a waste of time bc the agent Taffy just asked me all the same info again.
After 5 days, she sent a fragmented text stating she couldn't "secure an approval that would help my financial" end. I asked if I would be receiving any information as to why, NOTHING. All I received from this offer was a -6 point drop in my credit score and horrible customer service from an agent with a cartoon name. NOT WORTH IT!!!

I reached out to this company and provided all of the necessary documentation and allowed them to run my credit. The representative I spoke with was very professional and assured me he would research the best rates and help me refinance my vehicle. He was to call me in days and totally ghosted me. I waited 10 business days and kept getting his VM. I called the company multiple times and spoke with several other representatives that found my file and would address the issue. I still never heard back and that was over a month ago. I am a professional with amazing credit. This company is a waste of time and does not value their customers! Avoid them!!

I wish I could give half start to "AutoPay". This company, I would say broker gives false promises. Very careful while go ahead with Autopay. Always go with legit source or broker. I did a mistake, on call their agent , who was not at all experienced gave me wrong information and false promise and run 'Hard enquiry' on credit. And when other agent talked to me he (Chistian C) mentioned that getting that rate which Merethah mentioned is impossible in this market.
They don't have experiences agents. Please be very very careful before giving all your information in hands like " Merethah P"
If you don't know the market please talk to your senior, I had requested her all information multiple times, And she was over confident. If you don't know your customer needs kindly don't play with our data.
FRAUD!!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL customer!!!!!!!

Horrible, HORRIBLE decision I have made to refinance my vehicle using them.
Long story short, my vehicle was considered a total loss 9/15/23. When calling around to find out how the process works with a third party refinance company, customer service is very incompetent, not helpful at all, and can be very rude!!!
Every time I request a manager, I always get an excuse as to why a manager is unavailable.
After my vehicle loss, I found out that AUTOPAY never did their checks and balances and made sure that the lenders name is on the title!
For three months, I had to wait and get the run around about this Title ordeal! While Autopay continues to call me about a car payment. I do not have the car and if the ball was not dropped on their end, my insurance company would have been paid off the vehicle.
It is now December, my vehicle is still not paid off!
Autopay sent the LOG and title to my insurance company, however, Autopay failed to add the lenders name on the LOG.
Now no one is answering the phone to give me an update on the fixed documents or lack thereof.
BOTTOM LINE: Do not do business with this incompetent company which has a lot of different hands in the pot making them send you to 4 different departments just to get correct information.

stay away, fraud. major good/5 start reviews seem like automated.
Website where they advertise the rate had 4.79% interest rate for 60 months for new auto loan that hyper linked to their website with interest rate of 5.69%.
To look for rate they ended up hitting hard credit. then asking to submit all the forms as if I was agreeing to their loan with out knowing the rate.
Additionally no one called me. so I called the number on the website to learn what was going on with my application. the agent on the phone did not know any thing about my application except they needed at least about a day for their underwriter to look through the information to come up with a rate. which was a surprise where other lenders could provide information in minutes right on their website with prior approvals.
next day I called. The agent on line Ivan C did not seem to be interested in gaining business. had totally wrong impression of the purpose of the application. instead of reviewing everything he was stating that I needed refinance on my old car. explained to him that I am buying a new car. he was then like are you financing your leased car. again tried to correct him. He did not acknowledge that there was error in interpretation or offer even an apology. instead acted like it was all my fault.
They had hard hit my credit. now provided rate almost 2 percent more than the claimed rate on the website. I am not sure if 12 year perfect credit with out any delinquency, 100% timely payment, no negative marks on credit, a stable full time job with over 5 years at current job, credit with 807 credit score cant get me the top in the line rate than what will?
the person on the phone did not care at all. later closed my application notifying over the email claiming as if I asked to cancel my application without providing formal documentation of the interest rate approved etc. so do not have evidence to take any real legal actions against them.

Pre-qualification letters are all lies. They will use that pre qual to get you to call and give all od your info jusy to get you a rate that is TRIPLE what you were "pre qualified" for. Says its good for 45 days if certain criteria stay the same and thats a lie as well. It says they are BBB accredited and I showed a loan officer where thery are not BBB accredited, he conveniently ignored that screenshot. Just do NOT trust any mailer you get from this company, none of it is real. It's just a bait and switch to get you to call and give all your info over. They already had my SSN when I called too....didn't make me too comfortable having her tell me my number. Now they have hit my credit bc of this bait and switch and im stuck with a lower score and can't go to a really reputable company. Deceptive practices all around. I'm sure the "happy" customers just don't realize they've been screwed too.

waisted a great deal of my with a promise to refinance my auto loan. After awaiting a month to start my new lower finance rate , the autopay employ decided I was not an acceptable loan . this was after being told several times over a 2 week period that I was good to go and they were just waiting on the underwriters . Its very frustrating to be treated that way .I hope my personal information is safe with this company and that I'm not retaliated against for this email.

An absolute SCAM. After receiving several "pre-approved" letters from them I decided to look into it. I was "pre-approved" to save $207.00 a Month, I allowed a hard inquiry to my credit, which is IMPECCABLE (819), only to learn I'd save only a fraction of what was promised. They had every reason in the book why the actual savings would only be a fraction, rates went up after the letter went out, blah blah blah. I declined the offer. And oddly, a week later I get yet another letter from them stating my savings would be $194.00 a Month, and then another with advertised savings of $186.00 a Month...... Scam, scam SCAM!!!! I tried to file a complaint with the BBB, but they aren't even on the drop-down list of Businesses.

I am disappointed! Intealit, I was being pressured into signing the refinance with that, and I was being rushed, so I declined the offer! I got contacted by another representative, and I explained why I did not want to proceed, but he explained how the ARP was low and how I could save more by breaking down all the details. Also, he explained How I would benefit from having covered services like oil changes, and maintenance I agreed and signed the contract, which was forwarded today. I requested information On how to access my benefit; I was informed I only have GAP coverage, which I paid for! ithey will give you false information to have you sign that pepper!

So, I appreciated the offer and the thorough explanation of what would be offered had I selected AutoPay as my new lender. But, my representative was very rude when I stated I didn't think it'd be a good fit for my long-term goals. They began to scold me, saying, "You do know what your score is," and "You'll be calling us back when you get denied," It caught me off guard because I don't think customers should be treated like this. It made me not want to ever look into doing business with this company again. Thank you so much for your unkind words, Jessy. I was very much inspired to leave this review. I do not doubt this may be a good lender and suitable for some people. I'm not sure if you were having a bad day or you need to meet a quota but learn how to take a customer's 'no' more gracefully and I'm sure it'll all work out for you in the end. Based on my interaction and the level of audacity Jessy had, I'd rather pay extra to be spoken to kindly.

Pre qualification letter received in mail is misleading. This company is a marketing company that is a third party. Communication is not consistent, I submitted for a refinance on a new vehicle and was denied, balance of vehicle was zero. Application cancelled, had to call them to question the cancelled email. Per rep, the person reviewing my application "hit wrong button. Autopay wanted to complete a new application, told them no to use the current one. A new application would allow them to run my credit again. Advise if you're wanting to refinance use a local bank or credit union. Won't use them again!

Told me my application was approved, checked my credit (without notifying me and before I had submitted verification documents), and left one message asking me to return the call. I called back twice and it just rang and went to voicemail. I reached out via email and they told me my application had been cancelled and I would need to reapply. I was never informed of an expiration date. I'll now have to reapply and have another hit on my credit. Online application portal is terrible and you can only sign in via a "magic link" sent to your email address - no option to create an account. I'm hopeful I'll be able to work something out but it all seems very sketchy and the lack of transparency is frustrating.

Waste of time! We begin this process almost a month ago now and were promised 7% interest. We were thrilled (coming from 17%) and moved forward with the paperwork. We got a hard inquiry, no big deal we knew it was coming. One week later we finally heard back again but now interest was up to 9%! Wish we weren't promised 7% if they couldn't give it to us. We said it is what is is and continued with the process because again, it's still better than what we had. We filled out paperwork and continued to wait to hear back. Today (three weeks later) we finally heard back again and now they are unable to proceed without a two thousand dollar down payment! On top of this, we got two more hard inquiries on our credit today... for nothing!! After having to upload our bank statements, credit card statements, and even a picture of a social security card (not to mention a total of three hard inquiries) they are unable to help us and just recommended us to a credit union. Complete waste of time, do not go to this company!! Instead, save your time and credit and go elsewhere. We found this company on credit karma and it was the worst mistake ever. Ms. Jaime "helped" us through this whole process and looking back, she was just trying to be nice and get our hopes up; rather than being honest from the jump which resulted in our time being wasted.

i was misled by AUTOPAY. I was "preapproved" and told them more than once to not pull a hard credit report unless they were 99% sure I would qualify because im trying to buy a house and did not want the inquiries on my credit report. Right after telling them that they pulled a hard credit pull! Told me I was approved. Then asked for tax returns and was told I did not qualify! Worst customer service of any company I ever dealt with.

Not to worry about hard credit pulls! Total outright lie! This company is not worth the time to even use. They lie in the very beginning!
Never again! I am also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

This company sent me a letter in the mail saying they would save me 230 dollars a month i have poor credit so I was a little skeptical I went through the entire application process the lady did a soft pull on my credit and said she could approve me I asked if she was the lender or a third party she said she was the lender I then authorized a hard inquiry I was approved immediately somone then called me back made me go through the entire application process again just to turn around and tell me they could not approve me then I asked to speak with a manager the lady Jenna M then began to try to talk circles and answer me with things that had nothing to do with what I was asking I insisted on speak to a manager she said she would have one call me I asked for a time and date so I could make myself available she said when they get to it they will call me I said unfortunately my schedule does not work that way she said well neither does ours so I’ll just remove your application this lady was very nice untill I got denied and her attitude very suddenly changed as did mine be carful these people do not care about trashing your credit they just want to make a sale

Terrible experience. Pulled hard inquiry for no reason . Got an offer via creditcarma at 3.4 % for car refinance, only filled out my contact details and submitted no additional paperwork. Was called the next day just so an agent informs me that they can only give me 7.8% pardon, that's double what you advertised. And no it's not my credit score cause I am well in the 800's. Their excuse was at that location they don't offer that rate. Ok I could live with that but why in the world would you do a hard query impacting my score when you already know at that location you can't offer what you advertise. I asked to be called bck from a manager which never happened. 5 days later my crefitscore dropped due to their pull. Ridiculous. Oh and ever when I call, you end up in endless waiting lines and ultimately noone answers a phone.

First off I want to say that their advertising is completely disingenuous, the ads I saw from them last week stated that they could get rates as low as 2.39% with a 750 or better credit score (I'm at 832) so given I'm currently paying 3.9% via BMW Financial, I thought sure, why not refi to a lower rate and drop the term from 60 to 48 months for a little more a month in payments?
So filled out their credit app, instantly got a email back saying I'd been pre-approved and to wait for a call back. That happened today where I spoke to Gus and he said that - even though my income is over 170K and the auto loan balance I'm looking to refi is only about $35K the best he could do is 3.95%.
So in a nutshell, have way over the means to pay, have a 0-Tier credit rating and their - FALSE - advertising said they'd be able to get to 2.39%, they can't even beat BMW Financials rate that I received back in January of this year.
If you want a hard-pull of your credit and like wasting 20mins filling out an app then 15mins on the phone being told they can't even come close to what they are falsely advertising online, then this is the place for you! /Sarcasm is you can't tell. Stay far away from these guys

I have a credit score over 800, nothing bad on my credit, never late on any payment. Thinking I might get a great rate from them, they called me after I filled out the application, then the guy skipped over numerous questions and then submitted my application. I was denied. Seriously? Then I called in and they told me that I needed to put some money down on my new car and I told them that wasn't an issue, I'd be happy to put at least 20-25% down, and the 2nd rep told me that the first rep put down that I wouldn't put any money down. He also told me that I'd probably get rates around 7 or 8%, I said no thanks. Then a 3rd person calls and tells me that I might get rates in the low 3s and I said, sure let's continue. I was told to wait 24-48 business hours for a call back, no one ever called me back. I got my local credit union to approve me in a few hours for a rate less than 4%. Autopay seems like a scam.

Seemingly easy process to refinance and yet seems like they went the extra mile to make it more confusing and difficult, hardly ever could get my loan specialist to answer text or return calls, would try to call, and he would text saying I was the next person to call and wouldn't hear from him for a few days, would tell me everything was good and loan was good, then few days later would send a text stating there was issues, would try to call to fix issues and couldn't get through, and he still wouldn't reply to text, or answer phone, do what you want but I would advise going elsewhere....a loan shark would give you better customer support

I got a letter in the mail from autopay, they offered to lower my car loan interest rate from 4.8% to 3.3% which was a pretty good deal. After talking to customer service and waiting for a while, they said that they could lower my monthly payment by extending the loan 2 more years, but also the interest rate wasn't 3.3% but 6.2% so 91% more expensive than what was offered in their letter or paying more in interest for no reason with a credit score of more than 730 with a payment history of 100%.
If you get an offer from them DO THE MATH, don't let them fool you. If they increase your rate, it becomes more difficult to finish paying the loan, you pay more and you increase the chances for the bank to own your property, even if it's 1%. In my case they were looking for a good deal for the bank not for me! Just wasted my time.

In a nutshell AUTOPAY is a SCAM! Do Not Let Them Steal Your Info
I applied online and authorized them to do a hard inquire for an auto loan and then got an email from a loan specialist named Heather W asking me to submit more documents (payroll, driver’s license and other sensitive docs) via email to complete my application. I asked her If I can get to know an estimate of the rates via email and she said she will be able to after sending her the documents requested. I sent her the documents requested and It has been 4 days and I did not get any response. I called AutoPay and they promised she will call me back and nothing happened, I emailed, called and texted her number without a response. I will be filing a complaint again them for privacy breach. I doubt that they are a legit financial lender they are a SCAM and FRAUD more than anything else.

I've been working with a representative for over two weeks all paperwork is done. I'm told the loan was funded but have no proof that it is. I had to make another payment on old loan. Present loan holder says they have not been contacted for payoff.

If you’re refinancing with these guys DO THE MATH YOURSELF. These guys will make you think you’re saving money because they might lower your APR but they will fail to inform you they raised your remaining balance

Do not use this company. Applied for a four year loan. Have a hard inquiry. Then only for this failure to offer a 36 month. At a very high interset rate. Very disappointed. Shame on you!!!!
