***STAY AWAY** I have a 780 credit score. They offered a 4.98% for my auto refinance. So I clicked accept offer on credit karma. I have done this before with carabu and other banks with credit karma and the rate that they give you is the rate you get. But no, not with AUTOPAY, they then pulled my credit next day witch was still 780 across all 3 credit places and they gave me a quote of.... 8.98%. They are proud to lie to you. It's not even a bank its a broker.

Had a terrible experience with this company. They offered me 4.8% interest then when I inquired they offer 7.5%. Not even close to what they offered to real me in on. Then they ran my credit a hard inquiry with out my permission I highly doubt not recommend using this company and to top off the experience the guy Kevin their representative was very rude from the jump. He was Very stand offish had to ask for a manager who said he would be off my profile but they didn’t even do that do not use these people or company

If possible I gave them zero star. In other words it's scam, be careful, in case you received a letter that mentioned some low interest & less payments, that is fake. Don't even apply or fill application. .they will pull your credit they will mess up with you credit score & then will gave you a run down that we have so many lenders and we'll check more options for you. Fake & Scam.....

This company checked my credit without my permission thru Credit Karma. When I contacted them about this bogus and illegal credit check they said call police if you feel your identity has been stolen. I asked for a copy of the application I filled out and signed and ofcourse they can't provide it because I never filled out a application or signed any paper work with this company.

I found AutoPay as recommended on Credit Karma. I put in all my info and submitted all the photos they asked for. My account showed pending review. It dinged my credit report so I logged in to see that my status disappeared and said application cancelled. So I called today, they said they have my loan, but it was moved into another box and they will send it back to a loan officer to get into underwriting. Mentioned wanting $1200 upfront to move forward. I have over 720 credit score and it's a 10 yr old minivan. Seems a bit much. No one has called me on it. I literally just gave all my personal info out & let them ding my credit, and they can't even talk over options with me? I will be going elsewhere at this point.

Their website wasn't working so I decided to go with another company. A company who gave me a phone call before I even finished their application and was eager to help me. Instead of just sending threatening emails. Oh right, so they sent me an email threatening to give me a hard inquiry on my credit anyway because I "already filled out an application." Even though I hadn't yet because the website wasn't working. Seems like a great way to run a business. And someone with a pretty okay score it wasn't really a threat but just an admission of someone with too much time on their hands and a vindictive personality.
